Gray, President US Operations. These are the people I will be trying to get thru to asap. Unless they are too busy having their Limo's take them to the bank! Bet when the stock takes a dive they will pay attention.

My guess is that they have no clue as to what is being said on their on FaceBook pages. Much less other forums. Just google "UPS Complaints" and see for yourself. There is POWER IN NUMBERS folks.

Can you say "ENRON", "WORLDCOM" and even "TRUMP ENTERTAINMENT RESORT"? They are not beyond going down for lack of service.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "delivery & bad cust svc" of ups delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $100. Ups needs to "refunds, written apology, call from corporate office top dog and permanent solution" according to poster's claims.
