First they forgot my package on the truck the day it should have been here (Wed).Then a storm came in at 6pm (Thursday) and despite promises of delivery before storm they didnt deliver it.
Hurrican threat came through and no deliveries on Friday. Saturday called explained situation they said only special packages go out on Saturday and couldnt make exception even though thy messed up. Monday came promised out for delivery but then said was delayed because of storm that almost happened on Friday. Tuesday UPS guy comes and leaves a note next door saying he tried to deliver package.
I called request driver turns around or I get early morning delivery for this being so late and they said I didnt pay for early morning delivery so they couldnt get it to me and the driver couldnt turn around and make packages late.The customer service is outsourced to another country and they do not care about unsatisfied customers.

The most disappointing about ups delivery service from Ups was disgusting customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
