UPS phone assistance was rude and short w me as I filed a report for the lost product. Bought item thru Amazon but UPS was to deliver. My issues are w UPS, not w Amazon

I tried five times unsuccessfully to got a quote

I could not figure out how to get the website to give me a price so I called the 800 number got one price of $300. She would not finish the transaction told me I had to do it from a link she sent opened the link it was just the ups.com, with none of the details we spoke about so I called the next 800 number got a price of almost $3000 but I kept asking to re-clarify what I needed. She gave me three more prices all different I gave up called my son in Tennessee and hes going to put them in his pick up truck .

Lost package

They UPS said they delivered my package to my front door! It was not we have a long driveway because we live at a lake. All my deliveries have always come to my front door. Three days later my husband found the package by rock boxes by the garbage at end of my driveway all wet. This is not OK!!!

Horrible robot customer service

After repeated attempts to slowly tell the robot the tracking number it repeatedly did not understand the tracking number. It wasnt that it didnt recognize it.. it was as if I didnt tell it anything. Even after several Lets try this including using my keypad to enter the tracking number I called a UPS store and received a local UPS number to get a local representative . She immediately found the tracking number that the robot could not find, got in touch with the UPS driver and resolved the delivery issue. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET TO A HUMAN BEING.

Unauthorized signature on check I never received

I work for UPS. One year ago my original check.

I lost moving and I was happy to get an email and a letter from them in July this year about the check not being cashed and offered me to reissue if I moved. Since then I have not received the check. I have jumped through hoops. Can't get in touch with anyone.

These stupid generated emails are a joke. They told me that my check was cashed and cleared and I have not received or signed anything. They sent me a picture of the signature. It is so not mine.

I can't get in touch with anyone from payroll. HR hung up on me. There's no one to contact. I want this fraud to be taken care of.

I have no money. It's not my signature. Where were the people at the bank? Didn't they take ID from this person?

I want my money and I'm very disappointed. I call customer service. I finally hung up after 55 minutes I had enough. It already brings me to tears that I have so much trouble getting my money back or talking to someone anyway nothing has been resolved.

No one to talk to. This is a disgrace. Unacceptable and just makes me so mad that I end up crying cuz I'm so angry and I can't get anything done about it. I can't get anywhere it's bad enough that you can't speak to a regular person nowadays but for a company that you work for and they have your original signature and nobody at the bank took an ID to see that it wasn't me and they're telling me that I cashed it and I can't talk to nobody.

Nobody will help me fix it. This is just not right

Preferred solution: I would like to get the check the reissue check that I was offered when I was an employee there and they told me somebody else cashed the check. I did not sign it and I need this to be taken care of. I would like my money

User's recommendation: Make sure that they have a lot of time on their hands, a lot of patients and a lot of know-how or they'll never get nothing done. As for I got nothing done. Nothing resolved. No person to talk to

A pkg was shipped to my old address, tried to intercept but was too late, pkg was lost/stolen, so I filed a claim. Ups said it was delivered and closed the claim, then Skinceuticals closed their claim based on UPS and Citi Bank is giving me a hard time also based on UPS and Skinceuticals actions. At this point I am out $173.00 unless Citi Bank reverses their decision based on all my emails to the other to companies I will be screwed out of $173. Also totally impossible to get to a human at UPS

Weather delayed delivery

My tracking #is 1Z6EF255243****999. I requested this package be returned to me on December 22, 2022. I have been checking the shipment progress. On December 28th the package was delivered to the UPS location on Roosevelt Avenue in Woodside, NY. I know UPS has been closed due to the holiday through today January 2nd. The normal deliveries are resuming tomorrow. I want an expected delivery date by tomorrow. This is an important delivery.

Pick up

Had a package that had a prepaid label and they still wanted to charge 25 for pickup. Never again. And why do I have to write 100 words here. Ive stated the problem and that is it. I wont be using your services ever since.
