This message supports my official UPS complaint about the two (2) White UPS employees at UPS Store 4249 that 1) refused to provide me the best rate for shipping a package (USPS) and instead tried to upcharge me for the UPS rate; 2) refused to type the recipient's address from my phone and/or a print-out that I brought along for that very purpose and tried to force me to I read the recipient's address to them; 3) told me to leave the UPS store when I asked these two (2) incompetents to follow the proper UPS protocol and 4) later called UPS security and local police to tell blatant lies based upon certain anti-Black stereotypes that these two (2) UPS works hoped would lead to the unlawful arrest of a customer.
UPS is being asked to correct, retrain and sanction "Gavin" and the seemingly illiterate UPS employee that works with him. This request, and its related official complaint, rose from an attempt to send a package around 1:35pm CST at a UPS Store (4741 Central St., Kansas City, Missouri 64112). I have done lots of business with UPS and rarely had my legal rights violated in these unforgivable ways, never been told to leave a UPS store nor had UPS security/local police called by an employee who that was not even part of the transaction/cannot read.

i have been waiting on 2 packages from AMAZON/I called and talk to a superviser about this,she told me driver would call,never did,told her to tell driver to use google to find adress never did,dr. must be to proud to rely on google or ashamed or just plain right out stupid.i found 209 E Main Street Uniontown,pa. 15401 on google right off. UPS - Terrible Experience

UPS is the kind of company where every employee will freely lie to you and kick your issue down the road because there's zero consequences for them doing so, and no one within the company holds anyone accountable.

I had a claims issue where my item was either blatantly lost or blatantly stolen by the company. First, the customer service line kept repeatedly lying to me, insisting that my package will be delivered the next day (and the next, and the next etc.) When I begged them to show me proof of that, they would all tell me that it's on a dashboard that I, as a customer, am not allowed to have access to. When I asked to speak to a manager, they all kept refusing to transfer my call saying that management would just tell me the exact same thing. Well, no surprise, after a week of hearing the same bs from customer service, I still hadn't received my package.

I then had to call the UPS store that my package was shipped from, and for some stupid reason, only they could file the claim for me. Well, they filed the claim incorrectly as several things were missing from it, but I didn't know that until after another week when I saw a comment on my claim asking for more info. I then uploaded several documents, and confirmed with the UPS store that my claim was good to go; that the claims investigation team had everything they needed.

Well, a month goes by of me not hearing anything from the claims team (and messaging the claims team literally a dozen times asking for a followup), and twice a week, I call the UPS store asking them about the status of my claim. The UPS store tells me that they have escalated my claim to the claims department, but that they haven't heard anything. It isn't until after a month of this whole process when I call the UPS store for literally the 9th time, I talk to a different person at the UPS store. I then find out that the other UPS associate has not once contacted the claims team, so apparently, my claim was just sitting idle the entire time. That new UPS worker contacts the claims department, and within two days, I receive an email from the claims team. The email itself was largely useless, not telling me anything new, but it did have a contact number on it - a number that I have not had anyone within UPS try to transfer me to. So, I call that number, and I finally get to speak to my claims adjuster directly, after only 1.5 months! The adjuster tells me what info I'm missing (not sure why she couldn't have just responded to any of my literal dozen emails telling me this???), and I'm able to upload the information she needs.

Well, even though my case is a super easy, slam dunk case for the claims adjuster (if the item is lost or stolen by UPS, she barely has to do anything), it still takes her another two weeks to verify my claim. It then takes UPS another month to reimburse me.

The incompetence I experienced at UPS is mind-blowing, and the problem, because no one within UPS will hold this company accountable, there's nothing really preventing my issue from happening to someone else. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about what happened, but honestly, there's no promises that anything will come of it.

At the end of the day, the only way to protest what happened with me with UPS is to speak with my wallet, so, I will never be using this piece of *** company ever again.

Package damage and opened

My package was opened, they changed the box, and the interior was damaged. And It is not the first time. Apart form that they expend more two months to send 3 boxes, still waiting for two of them. I had to manage a lot of emails and infinitive calls with UPS customs office it has been and absolutely unprofessional, bad treatment and lack of service resposability. I do not recomend you to use UPS, not even think bettween different countries.

I need to contact UPS about significant damage to my house by UPS driver catching and pulling down my entire power line. UPS must pay for these damages. UPS insurance resolution manager called me 2/28/24 and we had a long and pleasant talk. Contact email received, pictures and electrical repair contract sent, UPS agreed to pay for repairs, including propane costs for generator back-up power until completed. It is taking a long time to get county permit and proceed with repairs. Winter weather is an impact.

I have a P.O. Box in a USPS unit and some how UPS wasn't able to deliver to the unit, claimed they delivered twice, canceled my claim, but nothing was there. Their "proof of deliver" pictures didn't show anything and were unreadable. "left at the front door" it's a P.O. Box for god sake, in a USPS UNIT. It's been 15 days since I did the first contact and nothing solved yet.

UPS has decided to not even try to respond to the situation as it stands. The Better Business Bureau has said that they sent over my formal complaint against them.

they have 30 days to respond.

I shipped a package with UPS and paid for 2nd Day Air Service. You let my package sit in the same Location for 24 hours.

Your employees did not handle my package properly. As the package was UNRECOGNIZABLE when it was delivered 5 days after dropping it off to be shipped. That is not 2nd Day Air. Then to find out that one of your employees stole out of my package and destroyed it.

And then delivered it. So I do what i should do which is file a claim.i provided documentation showing that the value of the package was $511.03 and then the Shipping costs were $36.04. You approved my claim, however it was not for the FULL AMOUnT of $547.06 which is what should be paid to me because you did not deliver my package within the UPS 2nd Day Air timeline. You allowed to let my package sit there at the location with no pick up for 24.

Hours. Then your employees handle my package poorly by destroying he package to the point I did not recognize it. And to top it al off. YOUR EMPLOYEE STOLE ITEMS OUT OF MY PACKAGE AND STILL DELIVERED IT.

Your claims department did not do their job properly. Your claims department has passed me around and transferred me over 6 times. I have been on hold because your manager refuses to adjust the claim reimbursement to the full value plush shipping costs. I have been on the phone for right at 2 hours and 75% of the time I have spent it on hold.

Your manager has placed this call on hold and just walked away thinking that I will habg up. I need to speak with a senior member of management NOW. This is unacceptable and really unprofessional. I expect to speak with someone in senior management before close of business today.

Until my My Choice Premium Membership Fee is refunded and my FULL CLAIM AMOUNT OF $547.06 IS PAID OUT. I WILL NOT STOP CONTACTING THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTIONS OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. I SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTATION SHOWING WHAT YOUR COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR.

NOW YOU NEED TO PAY OUT THE FULL VALUE OF MY CLAIM AND REFUND MY MEMBERSHIP FEE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH UPS AGAJN.

Hello there! Id like to report an issue regarding a shipment from Cairo Egypt by a Scam and fraud company named (ARAMEX) that they deal with you UPS to deliver their shipment inside the united states!
This scam ARAMEX shipping company stole most of my personal items from the boxes before they deliver it inside the united states by your company to my location !
I made a big complaint to Aramex and sent million emails since last October 2023 but no reply or just saying your case is closed or your boxes were delivered !! I asked them to refund me for the insurance i paid incase of missing items and they refused to refund me and they denied they stole my stuff and damaged the rest and since you deal with this fraud company to deliver shipments inside the united store plz be aware that you are making a huge mistake dealing with a scam company like that !

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The provider if services UOS and ROMITAL SHIPPING PAID MYSEKF $150.00 refund of my product and the freight. Case is closed.

UPS still owes refund for damaged goods. But if not resolved in 10 days from today Dec 4, 2023, I am taking them to small claims court in Carroll County for thousands of dollars.

They deliver my pictures broken and in shambles. The shipper Romital shipping, Spring , TX refused to reimburse my $152.00. I contacted the owner Dana SCALISE and she was mean spirited and refused to refund my money. Allegedly the packing id pictures was horrible. I have a video to attach. Now she says it UPS FAULT. UPS will not respond to my complaint and I have not my antique pictures nor my refund from UPS. HOPE YOU CAN HELP.

99% of the time, if I am supposed to have a package delivered from UPS they claim to had made an attempt. They don't!!!

They take my packages right to an access drop off point. I am so sick of this!!! Not even a notice this time. I PAY FOR SHIPPING.

I should not have to pick up my package!!! Worst off, I then have to wait two or three days after the suppose delivery date to pick up my package from the access point. God help if you try to call this company to gets answers. Going to investigate to see if I can make a complaint to an government agency.

This crap happens way to often.

They pulled the same thing on me. Ordered a pair of jeans and the driver left on someone’s steps.

Sent a picture showing proof of delivery. Only the steps are tan, mine are black. Apparently their drivers can’t read house numbers or even bother to look at the name on a mail box. I filed a claim which they closed an hour after I filed it.

Saying that they couldn’t reach me. This company must hire people with a fifth grade education.

They did that to me too. They make me laugh with that proof of delivery picture.

They leave package on a step and you can’t even see the address of the house.

Makes you wonder if they’re keeping the packages themselves. Way too many are coming up lost.
