UPS in Sherman, Texas - Delivering Consistently to Wrong Business

I will not tolerate my products delivered to another Mattress Store two doors down. Our products are very valuable to our customers. Unhappy customers spell no business. Is that what UPS stands for and do they want more business? Are your employees paid off by other businesses to deliver packages to them? I want a call from corporate or an apology and a resolution to this problem immediately. I do not mind calling the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint there. You may not respond, but I will get my message out to the general public that UPS is antiquated and not trustworthy with the products of our business. Thank you, Mattresses Plus More Jackie Phelps-Gaylord 903-463-3340

UPS store in tx stole from me...

To whom it may concern: I sent two Wal-mart giftcards on May 15, 2008. One was for $100. The other was for $50. I used the U.P.S. store in Bryan, Tx. I sent it to Grenada, Ms. tracking number (1z202a0r0307316718). I have the receipt from Wal-mart. My package was lost during shipping. Somewhere in Mesquite, Tx. Now I have to go through alot of trouble just to get my money back. This was supposed to be a reward for my son. He was eagerly anticipating this gift! How is he going to be compensated for his disapointment? We are going to begin a boycott of U.P.S. starting now! My wife is prepping a petition.

UPS in Brantford, Ontario - They charge you in the name of BROKERAGE for DOA Return item

It really sucks to deal with UPS, i sold an item on ebay for $81.00 and buyer said it is defective and i asked him to ship it back for refund, after i already paid to ship it and going to refund the $81.00 now i got the BROWN coming to my house with the package and asking me for $30.45 and i refused, i called UPS and told them it is a return and i should not be charged but do you think they give a sh.... no they don't and asked me to pay it, ask the shipper to pay it or send it back!!!!!! Now how do you think we Canadian look to Americans, they can easily call us crooks and sob's. How come US people do not get charge when i ship to them but we do even if it is for damaged or DOA....think about it!!! Sam

Repeated calls/visits to UPS still no package

UPS used to be a very good company. They no longer care about the consumer. I have called them to notify there is no body home to sign for package since I have to work. They indicated they would hold package for pickup. I go to UPS (40 miles) to pickup and told "Sorry" it's back on truck. Asked them to hold and told OK. I call the next day ... you guessed it ... back on truck. I've tried for five days to get my package and I'm still waiting. Very poor business ethic and unwilling to work with individual customer. I certainly will do all I can NOT to have things sent UPS in the future.

UPS in Athens, Georgia - Mike Gibbons is A Thief!!!

on 01/14/2008 I dropped a sealed, pre-labeled UPS package containing my $400 Dash smartphone to return to T-Mobile for service. I've had to do this several times, and usually hand it my local UPS driver. However, I was near the UPS store, I needed it gone now, and I thought it'd be okay to give the guy a chance. My previous two visits to his store had been very bad, so I was reluctant to say the least. I left the package with him, and went about my day. The next day, I get a phone message that I need to call Mike Gibbons. So I call, and he gives me this BS story about how the box was empty and would I still like him to ship it. I asked him how he came to find the box empty, and he said he opened it. I asked him if he damaged the Tamper-Evident seal, and he said he had not. However, to open the box, he would have had to damage the seal, and the seal was intact when I dropped it off. I asked him to return the device and send it on to T-Mobile, and he said he didn't have the device. I gave him the day to make things right. He refused, so the next day I filed a police report. He was rude to the officer who took the report, and tried to confront me in the parking lot. He returned the box to me, saying it was torn open when I gave it to him, and his cameras could prove it. I asked him to please provide video proving his claim, and he did not. I filed a complaint with the BBB and UPS corporate. UPS corporate is a joke, and the BBB has no power. I ended up filing a claim in our local court, and he returned the device to me the night before the court date. I met with him briefly the next morning at court, and he was a *** then, too. I dismissed the case since I had the device back, and didn't want to waste any of my valuable time on him. He owes me $68 for the court fee, and $132 for research, filings, claims, time lost, late fees, and a *** fee for fun. I will no longer go to his store for any reason because he is a thief and a liar. I do not know how he's managed to stay in business this long, but I will not tolerate this extreme stupidity in my town. If anyone locally would like to band together and make a stand, post a comment to me and we'll see what can be done. I'd like to see his business license removed and his store closed. -Daniel

UPS Sucks

I have been expecting a package since I corrected the shipping address on Tuesday 4-8-08. I have been contacting UPS everyday after then, and was guaranteed to receive the package the next day in two different occasions. Now it is Friday 4-11-08 and I still have not received the package. I feel like this is a big joke as UPS spends so much money on TV commercials and on the technology, and yet it cannot get this problem resolved. I already postponed my meeting for three days and hoped I would get the package I needed for the meeting. And now I do not know what to say when I meet my client. I may just say ‘UPS sucks’ and lose my contract with the client.

UPS in Foggia, Puglia - Can't get my package.

My husband who is stationed in Afganistan orderd a package for me. We are living in Italy. The package has been in the UPS warehouse in Bari, Italy since before Easter. Not only haven't they called me but when I called them they refused to help me because there was a digit wrong on the tracking number. The website was no help. There is no way I can find my package if I don't have every number correct on the trackin number. I asked the operator to help me out, to check it by name or address. No luck. The package will just have to be sent back. Good bussiness practice!!! Way to go UPS

UPS in Brandon, Florida - They get it wrong every time

Every time I ship to a particular address, they get it wrong, eventhough I include the Apartment complex name, building number, and apartment number. They will hold the package for upwards of three days, and make no contact with me or the reciever. Has anyone else noticed when you call to complain and ask the name of the person you are speaking with, their first or last name is always Kristy or Kristin? Take note of this. Even the person who is supposedly "Head of Customer Service" at a totally different number is Kristin. Oh and before her, it was Darren Kristin. The person i spoke to at the 1800-tracking bs # was kristin, followed by her boss....Scott Kristin. Nice, real nice wonder what the code is here.

I have noticed that as well. U.P.S.

has delivered on time twice in the last 5.5 years.

Just Twice! A $5,000.00 Dell computer was damaged by U.P.S. The front of the computer was hanging off the computer , no plastic sleeve and holes in the box.

I think U.P.S. stands for United Pissie Service

I had a similar experence. I ordered a 32 inch tv from amazon.

The order shipped and i had a tracking number. The day the order was to be delivered nothing was. When i checked the package status late that evening it showed out for delivery status. I waited a few days with the same out for delivery status.

Then i changed on the ups website to have me pick it up at the sorting facility. After my request was confirmed the next day i went to the sorting facility to pick it up. I showed the worker my confirmation info and they went to find it. Then they came back and said i need to contact amazon because the lost my tv.

I asked the ups worker how this could happen and they said the adhesive ups label must have fallen off. So i called amazon and they were very helpful, got me a replacement with next day shipping. I asked the amazon rep does this happen often and they said yes. I think its strange how a sticker just falls off a tv box and is lost.

I think someone at ups stole the tv. At least amazon resolved my issue quickly, and i hope they will get reinbursed from ups.
