I was to receive a package at my apartment. I went through the proper procedure to get the message to the driver to leave the package with the super of my building.

The driver has now been to my building FIVE times and cannot comprehend this simple request!!! I am still waiting for the package. One more try and I send it back and use FedEx or the USPS!

Their customer service is useless!

They do nothing to solve the problem. All they know how to do is read the corporate script as to how "sorry" they are about this situation.

I am equally sorry that UPS drivers are *** and/or illiterate. That is the only explanation for not being able to comprehend a very simple request or ringing a different bell in the building.

I was promised by my manager that he was going to cash me out after I left. What that means if I have personal days, sick days, and a vacation he'd pay me.

When I called him a week after I left the company he said I didn't have any days. Kind of funny since I have one week vacation left, four personal days, and one floater holiday. At this point I have been out of the company for four weeks( I am extremely happy to have left this corrupt company) and still haven't been paid. They also treat Veterans like machines and try to take advantage of us by putting us in the heaviest loads.

I didn't realize this until a peer pointed it out. Management was very abusive and embarrassed employees upfront of other employees. Everything was a out their numbers and the new *** delivering system Orion. Most of the drivers, the ones far away from retiring are miserable.

It would suck the life out of me. Safety is bull ***, they want their numbers. Corporate had a meeting on his to fix the company. I told them about how their training needs to change In Island city NY.

It's only gotten worse.

I'm not throwing anyone's names out there, but unless this company changes its ways, corporate opens they pen pushing eyes, gets rid of Orion. I can see a lot of people leaving.

I'll take Fedex over Ups any day. They have no respect for the customer.

Ups driver showed up at home 4 hrs later then what they marked on the slip and had the nerve to be mad. when i told him he was late, he copped a attitude and we got into it. then to top it all off, his uniform looked sloppy. i never seen a driver come to someone's home with their shirt hanging out, any other time they have it tucked in and seeing his undershirt hanging out too. This too me is very unprofessional. I will take Fecex over ups anyday. I would rather DHL if i got a choice.

UPS is Horrible! USPS and FedEX Are the Way to Go!

This is not the first time I have had trouble with UPS. The first time I had a problem with them, I called and specifically requested for them to return a package to the sender. Were they able to do such an elementary task? No--of course not. This time, there were a couple of packages that were to be delivered, from two separate companies, and they were unable to complete the task. With the first set of packages, they delivered the WRONG items. The second time, they didn't attempt to leave the packages with my neighbor, although I gave them permission to do so. Instead, they chose to leave their notice and have me go out of my way to pick it up at their extremely inconvenient and remote location. The girl over the phone gave me the WRONG directions to the place, and I ended up not making it to the center in time. I paid good money to have those packages delivered overnight, and because UPS can't do their job, I wasted approximately $80 total in shipping charges and I am still WITHOUT my packages. They aren't open on Saturdays, so I won't be able to get the packages that I need tomorrow. What kind of respectable delivery service closes on the weekends? After all these years of being in business, one would expect UPS to know that the world does not stop turning on the weekends! They really ought to get a clue. I order a lot of things online, and I will NEVER order from a company who uses UPS again. I'd pay extra money just to use the FedEx or USPS. They are dependable, knowledgeable, and have a clue about how a shipping corporation should operate.

UPS in Moscow, Moscow - C/O can not get the load???

I am writing to complaint about the service in your company UPS,punctually about your branch in Russia. While our partners used UPS service to send us some commodity such as coins, medallions here in Russia it has been held in custom-house service, and we were asked to come for adjusting our load by ourselves. Finally,custom-house service said that C/O can not get the load until he shows from original recipient the letter empowered to get the load. And UPS service did not even try to help me out. I am asking for the meaning of C/O recipient for your company and does he have any kind of rights to get the load addressed to him as C/O.Should be taken some kind of measures to prevent such incidents for the future not to lose potential customers reliable. It has been happening not the first time.As a result we had to simply send the goods back, which saddened us very much.

I went to the UPS store and purchased a 30x24x6 box but when I shipped it thru the same store it grew to 7 inches after it was delivered! Got a "credit card billing adjustment" notice by email!

I called and was put on hold for 23 min because " we are experiencing extremely high call volume". LOL! Stop cheating people and you won't have the high call volume, dufus! Or hire more service reps to handle your lyin and cheatin.

Mine told me they would remove the charge as a "one time courtesy". It will be a very cold day in *** before I ship thru this ripoff shipper.

Hey UPS! U suck!

UPS in Sherman, Texas - Delivering Consistently to Wrong Business

I will not tolerate my products delivered to another Mattress Store two doors down. Our products are very valuable to our customers. Unhappy customers spell no business. Is that what UPS stands for and do they want more business? Are your employees paid off by other businesses to deliver packages to them? I want a call from corporate or an apology and a resolution to this problem immediately. I do not mind calling the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint there. You may not respond, but I will get my message out to the general public that UPS is antiquated and not trustworthy with the products of our business. Thank you, Mattresses Plus More Jackie Phelps-Gaylord 903-463-3340

UPS store in tx stole from me...

To whom it may concern: I sent two Wal-mart giftcards on May 15, 2008. One was for $100. The other was for $50. I used the U.P.S. store in Bryan, Tx. I sent it to Grenada, Ms. tracking number (1z202a0r0307316718). I have the receipt from Wal-mart. My package was lost during shipping. Somewhere in Mesquite, Tx. Now I have to go through alot of trouble just to get my money back. This was supposed to be a reward for my son. He was eagerly anticipating this gift! How is he going to be compensated for his disapointment? We are going to begin a boycott of U.P.S. starting now! My wife is prepping a petition.
