UPS FRAUD AND THEFT ALERT

UPS delivered many pobox addressed packages to same name at random address. UPS doesn't deliver to poboxes, but accepts packages from senders to poboxes. Customer service is rude. UPS finds no need to look for lost packages unless with tracking number. (Unless court subpeona). If a tracking number is lost oh well. This practice allows for theft on the receiver door. UPS is basically being paid to take a pobox delivery when UPS doesn't deliver to poboxes then stealing the package from the shipper and addressed person by sending it where it wasn't intended to be shipped.

UPS SUCKS!

I Wish UPS have estimated time frames for delivery times. I would be waiting all day for my package and check my front door every 30 minutes to see if any UPS trucks are outside but to find out I receive an UPS InfoNotice on my front door and it would be like 7pm WTF???? First of all, do they even knock the door or even ring the door bell? I speak for a lot of people when I say that people don't have all day to wait on a package. They should have an estimated time of delivery when you track your package like they do on their InfoNotice. For example: 12pm - 3pm, 4pm - 7pm. I even left a note on the front door saying if no one answers the door, please leave package at the door and signed my name with the tracking number on there. Screw UPS. Everytime I buy items off ebay and find out it is being shipped via UPS, I feel like crying! USPS and FedEx are way better! not to mention faster!

The UPS deliver was so rude.

He was a big man.I am a lady in pearls.

He showed up with a pissed face because he could not find my address for his reason. (Fedex deliver package to me all the time).

I told him the address was correct. We are in a large building, it has 3 numbers. And my address is one of them. It is correct. He shake his neck and head, stared at me and said "NO".

I told him Fexdex and U.S. Post Service deliver to us all the time. He moved his pissed off head and mouth and said "I don't care, your address is wrong". He said "You don't even have a real sign for your address!" Actually, We have a sign, IN FRONT OF HIM.

I said "This address is correct. You can find it on MAPQUEST.com. I can show you on my computer. The UPS driver said "I don't care, you address is wrong!"

I truly feel physically threatened, and the deliver person obviously had mental issues which do not suit the job.

The UPS customer service just want to believe in his lies to protect the disgusting deed.

SHAME ON YOU, UPS.

UPS should be ashamed for this driver and the customer service.

There is a way to get a guaranteed pick up/delivery time. Get packages delivered every day, just like you get mail at your house every day, and the mailman comes around the same time.

UPS drivers, unlike the mailman, have a completely different set of stops to make from day to day. Come on, use some common sense people.

I feel the same way. As i type this messsage i'm waiting for my ps3 in the mail and UPS gives a 11 hour time frame From 8 a.m to 7 p.m. This is ***!!!

UPS; a waste of fuel and resources!

Last Friday morning, I ordered a package from Washington state, to be delivered to Los Angeles. I have made the same order from the same company several times in the last year. This time, I paid for UPS 2nd Day Air; big mistake. Instead of the parcel being sent from Washington to California - it is now sitting in Kentucky! In what universe does that make any sense? I thought the rule of the day was to cut spending, eliminate waste, etc? And my arrival date is now Wednesday. This is the last time I use UPS for anything. I stopped using FedEx when it cost me $75 to ship a $35 book - I guess it will be the good ol' USPS from now on.

Mistakes are made by human error more than anything else. UPS will refund payment for premium packages not delivered on time. So, you'll get your package a day or two late, and eventually, it will cost you nothing in shipping fees.

UPS Delivered another crushed package

In the last 3 months I have had 3 packages delivered from UPS crushed. The latest package had "Fragile Handle with Care" tape wrapped around the package 3 times, clearly making the package as fragile. The contents were glass that had been properly double wrapped in bubble packaging and then placed in side the box within another nest of packaging. The contest should have been safe if the package was handled properly. Instead the package was crashed and the contents broken. What burns me more is the driver actually delivered the crushed package! Two of the 3 packages delivered from UPS to my home in the last 3 months have had damaged contents. The recovery/replacement process is long and tedious. I personally will not use UPS again, nor will I shop with vendors that only ship UPS ~ It is a small stand against a huge company but obviously they care nothing about the consumer.

The best part is when they try to crush your package into a clearly too small mailbox. And yes, mine had PLEASE DO NOT BEND written in marker.

I feel your pain, my mother shipped me a package of my wedding belongings that I paid to insure for the value of my merchandise. Long story short Ups lost my package, told me my clai was pending payment, then I was told that the security department needs more info, but never requested anything else. I had all my paper work, ups shows they had my package in their system and now its gone,and I am being toyed with about completing my claim like most the individuals are on this and MANY

AT UPS's mercy

We are moving from MN to Texas and I made the mistake of shipping luggage too heavy for the plane via UPS (a tip I read on-line.) Do not do this. I sent the luggage on Jan 26 and today is Feb 7; the luggage is stuck in OKC, OK. To file a claim I must wait until Monday for someone in MN to file a tracer which could take 10 days and then wait another 8 days to find out if I have a legitimate claim. The really bad news for me is that the luggage is filled with most of my shoes. I will never ship UPS again.

Ups on return call does not leave a number to call them back

I called in due to the fact they have been holding my package for several days not even trying to deliver it. I have a chevy hhr and i am driving in and out of this road and i am a women. Apparently these men cant drive. I called to find out when they was going to finally deliver she said she would have them call me. by 5 here it is 6 and no call my phone is a smart phone it had locked up. so i didnt get the call. she left a message i could pick it up at warehouse by 6:30pm well i couldnt do that. she did not leave a number to call back of course. so now it will probly be monday. UPS is the worst company I have ever dealt with they should haave been the ones going out of business. they suck badly. not reliable or dependable. they dont care or take pride in there jobs. the worst customer service I have ever seen. The take your money and dont care after that. they just make excuses.

UPS in Branson, Missouri - Wont deliver

I had a pkg in my town for 2 days not being moved and it was not a weekend. Yes there was ice and snow. But i rember commercials say they go in all weather. well the usps was delivering everyday and trucks and cars was making it around. so why could they not deliver to areas they could get to instaed they close there warehouse and ups store for 3 mayby 4 days if they dont open tomarrow. I am guessing they will close tomarrow and be closed the weekend so it will be next week before deliverys. I am glad its not a emergency pkg i would died by now. I will never rely on UPS ever again. they are far the worst company no complaint department no human on phone.

apparently you don,t know UPS very well. They do not ship in all weather.

That was the excuse they gave us. It come from a warehouse not a store. And they would not answer phones. I have friends who deliver for UPS they don,t like it either but it is a job.

I also have a friend that works in the stores. Try living in Branson Mo you will understand the full story then.

And you dont have to be a grammar expert or speller to complain or order. :eek

I have never had a problem with UPS, but then again I can communicate and understand on a adult level. UPS is the ONLY carrier that honors damages if the package is damaged while in their possesion. Was it an actual UPS Store or Joe's Ups Store and tractor sales?

As for their customer service, they do have real people answering the phones, unless you were a pain from the get go, then why help those that don't want help. Oh, and they do ship in all weather, unless you were sending illegal items that got stuck in customs.

UPS in Glendale, California - Driver post notice and dashed, no knock or doorbell effort

The UPS sad excuse for a driver didn't knock at my door or ring the door bell. I must have snuck up to my apartment and posted his sticky notice and ran back to his truck. I began waiting in my apartment since 8:30am although the deliveries start at 9:00am. Every hour I would open my door to see if the brown truck was parked outside. It wasn't until 4pm that the noticed appeared on my door. I called the 800 number, they said he delivered at 2pm. That's bull! Been inside all freaking day.

UPS employees in Lafayette IN stole My package, tracking says it arrived in my town on 10/7 /19 It is now 10/9/19 and ups says they have not recceived the package yet. UPS tracking is updated each time the package is scanned.

On mondayv10 /7 it was scanned as arrived at destination.

Now they don't have it? They are THIEVES!
