Watch Out UPS Delivery Date FRAUD

We ordered a party dress at May 12 '09 from BarriePace website, it was charged and shipped at May 13 '09 with UPS 2ND Day Delivery Service. At May 15 we called BarriePace and UPS, both stated will arrive at May 22 (the web tracking system also shown "Estimate Delevery date May 22"). Got the item at May 22 with slight package damage. We can't do anything since at May 23 we have to go abroad. 5 weeks after (when we came back), we were curious and rechecked the web tracking system, we found that UPS MODIFIED the DATE to show it was delivered at May 15 '09!! Called and they didn't want to admit! We had the phone conversations proof, a web screen shot on May 20 (package still in process), and 2 witnesses, still UPS said they didn't change the system! We're not sure what is their intention, but shippers please watch out!

Delayed Delivery Due to UPS Messing Up

UPS guaranteed my package to be delivered on 6/12, but that date came and went. I tracked the package and it was heading all over the United States. Called UPS on Monday 6/15 and they said it was rerouted and would be rerouted to the correct address and delivered on 6/18. I said someone with UPS screwed up, they said yes and that the package was coming. I asked them since they guarantee delivery dates what they were going to do about that and they said there was nothing they could do. UPS is a waste of time and money to ship with!

Call the center manager. UPS will gladly refund your money for their error. UPS is run by humans and like all humans, they do make errors from time to time.

UPS in Cincinnati, Ohio - No merchandise received. Won't refund. Hung up phone.

Ordered Chineses Elm tree on 4/22/09. Now June 15th and still no merchandise. Have called and talked to several males in the nursery on at least 4 occasions. Was told by first contact that package was damaged and returned by UPS and he would send another. Don't know why I wasn't contacted or another tree not sent before I called them. No tree. Second contact said sorry he would send out and should receive in 3 days. No tree. Third contact said no tree was scheduled to go out that day and I should get in 7-10 days. No tree. Fourth contact, a manager said UPS returned tree in May and it was now (June 15th) too late send and will send tree in the fall. I asked for a refund since I could not trust them to do in the fall what they have falled to do in the spring. He said I could not cancel because they have a no-cancellation no-refund policy and refused to refund my money. They assume no responsiblility for their failure to perform on four occasions.

UPS did everything they were supposed to do. The shipper is the one that is screwing you on this.

It is UPS policy to take care of any damaged package in the system. They sent the damaged package back to the shipper to send a replacement as I'm sure you did not want a damaged package.

It was the shipper's responsibility to sent out a replacement order and they failed to do so. If I were you I would be going after them not UPS, they did nothing wrong

UPS- giving me a hard time with claim even with payed insurance.

I purchased a computer from HSN and I was not satisfied with my purchase and decided to return it. I had a month to return the computer and I decided to use UPS. With their commercials and popularity, I figured my package would be safe in their hands. I was wrong! I called HSN about three weeks later and they told me that they had not received the package and to give it a couple more days because the tracking number said that it reached the California UPS. About a week later I called and HSN told me to go to the store that I sent it out of to figure out what went wrong. When I payed for the shipping, I also payed for the 600 dollar insurance, so I have a leg to stand on in this argument. They said that they had to run a check on it and that it would take about 8 days. Well, a week and a half went by and then they BS me saying that they cannot do anything without the receipt for the computer. It doesn't matter if I insure a box of peanuts for a million dollars, I payed for the insurance, so this part let me know that there was going to be a problem. Plus, how could I give the receipt when I sent it in the box with the computer. I did the next best thing and gave them a print out of the computer and the price and they said it'll work. NOW, another two weeks later, when IM suppose to pick up my check and pay off my card they tell me they cant do anything without the receipt. Million of packages plus the extra money payed for insurance and they cant come up with 600 dollars. IM in college, IM broke as heck and they pull this stuff. If you are a business looking for an honest company to keep clients happy, I would try Fed Ex. I could not see a company doing well telling their clients that it'll be two months before they receive their money. Another thing, if they put a package for California it has to be marked for transport so how could it not seem odd to them that it was never checked off on arrival. In my opinion, I think this is poor survace. IM sure millions of people are satisfied with their outcome but IM not.

This is UPS billing dept for INTERNATIONAL CHARGES ONLY. They will try to tell you that they are with regular UPS billing and that they couldn't charge your card and that they may "Interrupt" your service.

This is just a ploy to get you to call them back. If you shipped a package internationally and that package was returned, then they sent you a separate bill for "Brokerage" fees, and you probably didn't pay it. That was the case with me and I can tell you "I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO PAY FOR A BROKERAGE FEE FOR AN ITEM SHIPPED BACK TO ME. This money goes right into the pockets of UPS.

They can go jump in the lake! SHIPPERS UNITE!!

UPS Delivery Man in Greentree, PA

Our UPS delivery man is as rude as they come. He has been trying to get us to call and have it changed from previous residents request so he can just leave our packages. I wont call because I don't want the package to get stolen or destroyed so he is rude to me every time. He told me the neighbors before me ran a shady business in my apartment; however, when I said I don't want the packages left here he said so you are the reason I have to get a signature. He will not drop heavy objects in the house he leaves them in middle of the door way. Yesterday he knocked real quick and left a crib in a card board box next to our burning grill. He came back a few minutes later and said I guess I need a signature.

UPS FRAUD AND THEFT ALERT

UPS delivered many pobox addressed packages to same name at random address. UPS doesn't deliver to poboxes, but accepts packages from senders to poboxes. Customer service is rude. UPS finds no need to look for lost packages unless with tracking number. (Unless court subpeona). If a tracking number is lost oh well. This practice allows for theft on the receiver door. UPS is basically being paid to take a pobox delivery when UPS doesn't deliver to poboxes then stealing the package from the shipper and addressed person by sending it where it wasn't intended to be shipped.

UPS SUCKS!

I Wish UPS have estimated time frames for delivery times. I would be waiting all day for my package and check my front door every 30 minutes to see if any UPS trucks are outside but to find out I receive an UPS InfoNotice on my front door and it would be like 7pm WTF???? First of all, do they even knock the door or even ring the door bell? I speak for a lot of people when I say that people don't have all day to wait on a package. They should have an estimated time of delivery when you track your package like they do on their InfoNotice. For example: 12pm - 3pm, 4pm - 7pm. I even left a note on the front door saying if no one answers the door, please leave package at the door and signed my name with the tracking number on there. Screw UPS. Everytime I buy items off ebay and find out it is being shipped via UPS, I feel like crying! USPS and FedEx are way better! not to mention faster!

The UPS deliver was so rude.

He was a big man.I am a lady in pearls.

He showed up with a pissed face because he could not find my address for his reason. (Fedex deliver package to me all the time).

I told him the address was correct. We are in a large building, it has 3 numbers. And my address is one of them. It is correct. He shake his neck and head, stared at me and said "NO".

I told him Fexdex and U.S. Post Service deliver to us all the time. He moved his pissed off head and mouth and said "I don't care, your address is wrong". He said "You don't even have a real sign for your address!" Actually, We have a sign, IN FRONT OF HIM.

I said "This address is correct. You can find it on MAPQUEST.com. I can show you on my computer. The UPS driver said "I don't care, you address is wrong!"

I truly feel physically threatened, and the deliver person obviously had mental issues which do not suit the job.

The UPS customer service just want to believe in his lies to protect the disgusting deed.

SHAME ON YOU, UPS.

UPS should be ashamed for this driver and the customer service.

There is a way to get a guaranteed pick up/delivery time. Get packages delivered every day, just like you get mail at your house every day, and the mailman comes around the same time.

UPS drivers, unlike the mailman, have a completely different set of stops to make from day to day. Come on, use some common sense people.
