UPS in Tampa, Florida - I watched the driver drive past me!
UPS sucks!! I will never use them or deal with anyone who does use them. I watched this driver pass my address, slow down and then ***. Tracking showed that my address did not exist (it has since 1950!). I called his supervisor and they told me my pkg would probably be deliver the next day. I was actually transfered to Guatamals at one point and was told if I didn't like it, i could hang up. My pkg was transfered to another city 3 hrs away after I spoke to the mngr! Next day the driver is still claiming my address doesn't exist. Horrible horrible service. I spoke to 10 people over the course of 2 days and i still don't have my pkg! NEVER AGAIN!
We have a UPS store in our neighborhood. As no one is home all day, we thought it would be convenient place to have UPS packages delivered and on occasion USPS ones as well. About a month ago we a USPS package showed up there from overseas. We had about given up hope...
UPS in Richardson, Texas - Inane delivery
My front entry is as wide as the door but recessed about 16". It has to swing open past the recess for me to get out. Deliveries are always placed against the hinge side of the door, making it impossible for me to open the door so UPS deliveries can be brought in. I've had to go out the back door and around the house through a locked gate to bring deliveries inside. With two hip replacements and one knee replacement, that's very difficult. Given the time of evening (now after 6 p.m.) when most deliveries are made, I have no help to bring things inside. Further, last night a large oblong box was delivered & left standing on the end where the flap was almost open. When I tried to pick it up the bottom fell out and the heavy cot fell onto my foot. I couldn't bring the box in for a while because of the pain. It was senseless to leave that box standing on the end where the flap was loose! I hope you will address this issue and correct it. Application of a little common sense could readily fix the problem.
UPS REFUSES ALL CLAIMS
UPS delivered the wrong item, so we were instructed to place the item outside our front door for pickup. Fed Ex delivered another item on the morning of the UPS pickup and UPS picked up the wrong item. Idiots picked up the Fed Ex item. We were never able to locate the item and lost it altogether. UPS refused to do anything, but said they would pikcup the corect item. Fat chance. We kept it. UPS, all the way up to the corporate office, simply refused to do anything. I wouold have sued them but it was not worth it. Instead, I stopped using UPS for the 100+ pckages I deliver and get delivered each year. Go UPS.
I been a pasttime "UPS" customer; but not anymore in the way that I used to. Ever since I had been a hit-and-run victim, of a UPS van. (mid-speed --- sideswipe) UPS versus my 'cycle. To no surprise, that be why United Parcel Service be so concealed with those TINY #digits on the top left corner of each van. And as time go by, the tone of the yellow become darker -- to match the brown of the van. Teamster move~~~? Any time that a UPS van pass you --- look towards that top left corner; before the van speeds by.
UPS in Chicago, Illinois - Circled between cs and tech support
I spent an hour on the phone being circled between customer service and tech support because UPS.com had proivded me with a Revised delivery date that was incorrect. I spent the majority of my time on the phone with an incompetant superviosr who wouldn't file a complaint. She sent me to Tech Suppor; Tech support sent me back to Customer Service where a gentelman not only filed the complaint but found away for my package to be delivered ahead of schedule in under three minutes. All I wanted to do was file a complaint and they kept blaming it on the other side. Apparently, they don't want to improve their systems and would rather have my companies business sent through FedEx instead.
UPS ruined daughters homecoming!
The dress was ordered for my teens homecoming dance. UPS delivered the dress to "110" house number on the street behind us. I had to make 8 calls and sit on hold and repeat the STRESSED search for this dress to the idiots at UPS 8 times!!! It was thursday night and the dance was friday...she was the very first freshmen to be nominated in the schools history for duchess...and we had NO dress! I was furious...We went up and down along with our neighbors all the streets in our neighborhood. Left notes on doors of who ever didnt answer ... Friday at 6:20 ... 30 minutes till kickoff...a neighbor brought our pkg. Just typing this *** me off again... I WILL NEVER EVER USE UPS AGAIN...they have never reimbursed me for the shipping charges (overnight by the way) nor has there been an apology...I hope they all rot in *** for what we were put through.

UPS in Chattanooga, Tennessee - What CAN brown do for you???
Apparently Brown can not do anything for me. They attempted to deliver a package to my home on 10/27. I received the missed attempt notice and immediately contacted their customer service department and requested a "will call/customer pick up" for the package. An hour later I received a confirmation call from UPS and was informed that their pick up location is more then 15 miles from my home. As a single mother of 3, anything outside our typical routine does not work especially when they told me that the package would not be available for pick up until after 7:30pm. I then asked if I could redirect it to my work address. Was told "yes, just call the 800 # and they'll change it for you". Well I call the 800# and am told it will be $6 to change, I agree but inform them that I will have to call back with my credit card info, I just called back and was told that since I did the will call option they are not able to process any other changes to the account. So now they are delivering the item to my house once again then will be returning it to sender. WTF?
