UPS = U PEOPLE SUCK
I sent a package to my son and his girlfriend to Florida from Ohio. When they received it, the box was in such terrible condition that i dont know how ups stays in business. It looked as if they kicked it around the warehouse for 3 hours. The whole side of the box was ripped open. It also looked as if someone deliberately tore it open to see whats inside. I do know it sat in the warehouse over the weekend which makes me wonder who's keeping an eye on these packages when they are waiting to be delivered. I shipped on tuesday from Ohio, they told me it would be arrive in Florida on friday the 18th and would be delivered on the 21st. If i were UPS i wouldnt have had the guts to deliver the package in that condition. And oh its gets better, they said they dropped off 2 packages to their address that day, one was from me and one was from one of the people who live there, expecting their xmas gift in time for xmas, mine arrived beat up and they other is ummm MISSING. They cant say someone stole it from the porch because it was delivered directly to the homeowner. WTF is up with that. They tracked their package and it said "left on front porch along with mine" and yet there was none. Is someone so desperate in that company that they have to steal someone elses gifts, or could it be they trashed her package too and decided to "just keep it" SHAME ON YOU UPS......WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN! Wish i could show everyone pics because i think people need to be aware of UPS sorry delivery service!!

I ordered something from a 3rd party seller on Amazon. The guy shipped it UPS with signature confirmation which wasn't even mentioned in the ad. But anyway, checked the shipping info online and it said a delivery attempt was made, it's now at their office area. Tried calling to have them put it on hold until Monday when I could ***, I was on hold for about 20 minutes. So I just went up to that office 45 minutes out of my way to pick it up. The woman said they had it in the truck still and the driver wouldn't be back until 8-ish. Okay, so the website lied, I had her put a hold on it to deliver on Monday when I could ***. So I got home and checked the tracking info, it mentioned the hold was placed at 6:43pm. Checked again Saturday, that bit from Thursday was the last update still. So Monday rolls around, I called the UPS office in the morning for an ETA and the woman said it'd be here midday. It never came. I poked my head out every so often to check if maybe they left a slip and I didn't hear a knock, but nothing. Called the office around 5:30 and the woman said the next delivery attempt is the next day, but they didn't even try to deliver it??? Oh but wait it gets better. These two women outright lied to me. I checked the tracking info to see what it said, and it had finally updated again (apparently at least 3-4 days behind) on Thursday about 43 minutes after it mentioned I had asked them to hold it until Monday to deliver, and what did it say? "THE RECEIVER DID NOT WANT THE ORDER AND REFUSED THIS DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SHIPPER", right after it mentioned I had them put it on hold. An hour or so after that, it did it's exit scan to the next facility to go back to it's place of origin that Thursday night! Ahhhh that's fantastic, especially while the office was closed at the time I presumably didn't want to receive it, so there was no earthly way I could've made that request in the first place. I can see them sending it back after the final/3rd attempt, I'd understand that, but not after the first attempt after I asked them to put it on hold til Monday. Of course they're slow on updating that tracking information, so I wouldn't have seen it when I checked it over the weekend. So I called the office again, the woman I was talking to this time was actually pretty sweet and did sound concerned, but she couldn't find an explanation. But the package was already back in its original area. Contacted the seller, awaiting a reply, keeping my fingers crossed he'll refund me the shipping as well, since I never even saw the package and it's not being "returned" to him in the conventional way. I missed work and waited around a whole day for something that was just going back to where it came from 'cause someone messed up in the office and they lied to me about a delivery time.
UPS and You. Keep your hand on your wallet!
UPS shared a warehouse with us in Paulsboro NJ. They were animals! Fights and stabbings were common. Public urination and drunkiness in their parking lot. Finally the landlord evicted them. When they left they damaged the wall seperating our warehouse from theirs. Despite UPS promises to cover the costs, the guard company was stuck with the unpaid bill, which we must now cover. Our company, which is international, has stopped using UPS, based on their lack of integrity, I will personally never use them again and encourage you to do the same. If you must use a shipping company, I would use FedEx.

my package was completely destoyed by the time it got to our son's home and no i did not have insurance on it but how can you value something that was made for our son when he was a baby and wanted to pass it on to his first born this cost me enought to send it 50.00 what can you do about it we are very upset all i could do was cry when our son told us this took a lot to destroy because it was solid oak please do something about this the pickup no. was 294br2h7bar
UPS What brown did to me
On Dec 13th a vendor mistakenly shipped a package to me with my old address. I caught it with the tracking number and both the vendor and myself tried to stop redirect or have the package held and a ups outlet. I was finally told that they could only fix the problem after the package had been delivered to the wrong address. I called 3x's after package was delivered to a perfect stranger and was finally told they couldn't help. Aparently they were stalling untill package was delivered so they could wash thier hands of it. The party that recieved the PACKAGE called UPS to pick it up because it said perishable. UPS told the party to "enjoy the contents" since they would not be picking it up. My realtor finally got me the package since she had both parties numbers. In short if UPS screws up they give your package to complete strangers!!!

Lost tikctes but couldn't seem to grasp why back tracking which takes 8 days is no good when the concert i'm supposed to be taking my daughter to is tomorrow! Up till now they keep referring me to the online tracking then today they say I should have started a backtrack a week ago but hey i'm not allowed to do it as i'm not the customer the ticket people are. They wont start backtracking until 1-2 days before the concert! See the problem well UPS can't! ups registered the tickets at their depot on the 11th dec but lost it now i have to try all mornign to find relacements. idiots i'm furious not the only family round here either friend had to drive to the depot yesterday after they found hers that they said hed been delivered when they hadn't
UPS poor service again
We've lived in our home for 15 years in rural Illinois and for the past three years have not had one good experience with UPS. After complaining multiple times and even asking them to call for us to pick up our packages they still can't get it right. I've had thousands of dollars of merchandise left out by our mailbox which is a 1/4 mile away from our home, watched the driver throw, yes throw a package from ten feet towards our front door, electronics by the way, leave packages of fruit by the mailbox during the winter months, have been told the driver couldn't make it down our lane during the winter though the phone company, Fedex and our propane gas company had no problem, and now I received a post card saying after fifteen years they now need directions to our home. With that they couldn't deliver our latest package, and if we don't pick it up by 12-18 their going to send it back to the shipper. What is the most irritating about this is for 12 years we never had an issue using UPS and Fedex has never had a problem ever. On 12-11-09 at 1:11PM the tracking records show that a delivery attempt was made but there wasn't anyone available to sign for the package. This can not be since my wife works from home and no one ever came to the house. I think between the door bell and our three dogs she would have noticed a delivery truck driving down our private lane which only has three homes. At 7:23PM on the same day they said they needed directions to our home and that they sent us a postcard asking us to pick up our package. If you ask me it sounds like just another of their incompetant drivers not wanting to perform the tasks of their job.
UPS in Bronx, New York - Package not received
I'm expecting a package but never received.Worst thing was they placed a comment on the tracking system that I received a notice and made an arrangement to pick-up the package from one of their nearest locations. I stayed all day in my apartment waiting for package to arrive and UPS never showed up, did not receive any notice and I did not make any arrangement to pick up the 37lbs. package because I have back problem and I don't drive.I have no idea how they make up false comments in the tracking section.I complained to UPS almost every week and wrote a letter to customer services but all they did was listen and did nothing.
I know someone personally (regret) that often BRAGGED about how they would see on the delivery sticker what store the items were coming from and if they were of intrest they would OPEN the box! If they felt like it was their size or what ever else they considered they...
We live in a remote area, although still accessable by any and all vehicles. Our driveway is 300 feet long and rather than drive all the way to the house, the lame driver dropped our package(s) over the fence into the pasture, about 50 feet down the driveway. UPS's...
