UPS in Liberty, Texas - No Delivery

On 3/7/2010 I ordered 2 products from a company that told me i would get them in 7-10 buissnes days. 11 days later on 3/18/10 i call the company and they tell me i should call UPS and track my packages. When I called UPS on that same day 3/18/10 they tell me my packages were delivered on 3/17/10 at 5:49 am at my front porch wich is not true because I was there the whole day and no body ever came to my porch. I dont want to get anyone fired or in trouble so please dont be harsh on your driver, I understand they are in a hurry most of the time but the fact of the matter is that no one ever delivered a package to me at my front porch on 3/17/10.Please write me back at my email jn7573@gmail.com.

Go to the Fedex section of this site and you'll see everyone recommending UPS because Fedex screwed something up for them.

I know this is catered to whiners so they can come on here to *** and moan to nobody. But think about it, UPS has about 25 million packages in it's system at any given time, a few things are going to go wrong because people are not perfect.

You're not perfect at your job, I'm not perfect at mine.

Most people can simply accept this as life and move on. Just not you people.

I just want to know why on earth do companies use UPS for their delivery service, if you can call it that!

I was suposed to recieve my order on monday 29th March 2010, i paid £6.29 for next working day delivery, it is now thursday the 1st of April and i still have not recieved my order from them.

Delivery was postponed till tuesday for what ever reason i don't know, then their tracking system says that my home address is incomplete and then they claim that my appartment number is missing or incorrect. So i phoned them and told them my address and phone number, they told me it will be delivered on wednesday. Wednesday at 4:35am tracking system says destination scanned, today thursday at 5:04am it says destination scanned and they changed yesterdays 4:35 destination scanned to... out for delivery ???

This is the first and last time i will use Ebuyer for anything, especially UPS(Undoubtedly Pathetic Service) unless this matter is resolved. UPS has countless complaints against them all over the web about not delivering, pathetic excuses and lost items.

UPS insurance is a joke! They broke, I paid.

Chicago area Insurance investigator office in Northbrook lie. I sent jewelry in heavy plastic cases surrounded by bubble wrap, packaged by UPS, they crushed the plastic boxes and broke the handmade jewelry. not only did they ignore the $4000.00 insurance that I paid for, they told me my designs were worthless costume jewelry. I had to email all of the Sr. management from the UPS website to get any money back. Then it was just 30% of the value. Go to the UPS website. Email is first initial last name @UPS.com. Write them all!!!!! They are the worst! They need to be on the new reality show for bosses.

First off, UPS doesn't package things. UPS Stores, which are independantly owned franchises, do pack items.

If you did take it to a UPS Store to have it packed, I would take up your claim with them, as they would be responsible if the packaging was deemed insufficient.

Second, insurance values of damaged items have to be documented. They don't just pick arbitrary percentages of the supposed value to pay.

I can't purchase $10,000 worth of insurance coverage on a used toothpick and then expect to be paid $10,000 if it breaks during shipping. That would be insurance fraud.

If this is something you sold for $4000, then that would be enough proof of value, and you'd have a legitimate appeal.

UPS in Richmond, Virginia - *** Poor Service

UPS was the shipper...I have been waiting days for a product...I live in a 4 plex ...back door is open and front was locked...they never check any other door in building...I never saw any notices because where they posted delivery attempts...as a result they sent the product back to company. I have used UPS before and because the way they handel boxes my items were broken and destroyed but they refused to honor the insurance on them or even reimburse for losses or cost of the shipping. UPS is a Losey shipper dont use them

My package was to be delivered today. I sat home waiting.

At 5:30 I decided to see where my package was by using the tracking number. Said it was delivered at 2:56. I was home at that time. I received nothing.

Not even a drive by. Customer Service is like "Oh Well, you have to call the company you ordered from".

That makes no sense. They didn't not drive it to my house and say It was delivered.

UPS in Newark, New Jersey - Fundamentally dishonest when it comes to Slaming

The site is good for hook ups, but I was slammed 3 times for re subscrition after opting out 3x's. This after going through there process of turning OFF re subscription option. Three if not 4 times your are required to say dont renew. Still got slammed. Third time I fought it and was re inburst in short order.That was after using the word "lawsuite". AFF pops up when turning on your computer. Took hours to figure out how to remove it. Cutomer Service? Good Luck. It is a circle from web site to phone which sends you back to website.

I am so Peed! I have not had one hot girl handle my package yet!! All these women get serviced by all these guys in shorts strutting their packages around!! UPS in Baltimore, Maryland - Lost my trust..with POOR service

To make a long story short, even after I put a hold on the package with a automative person, I was never given an adress for pickup on a Friday evening, there closed on Weekends, they turned around on Monday and tried to deliver it at 9:30am WOW. Appartently is not a question of being a Fortune 500 company!! Somebody needs to go undercover like ( Undercover Boss ) what a waste of time, gas, service, and a host of other things to follow. Then you have the nerve to tell me make it 100 words!!! I can not stop scrating my head.

I have worked for UPS for over 18 years. One thing i dont think people think about is that not only are they a horrible company to work for you are only getting good pay and benefits because you are in the UNION.

If it werent for the employees having a union UPS would be paying their employees minimum wage. And they would almost for sure one of the largest employers of illegals in the country.

Although the drivers physical condition and health far exceeds the material pay load, the accident and damage involved does fall onto the company. If someones package is damaged as a result of the driver who is delivering the package (or someone else in which case that is between UPS and that person), then compensation should be in place.
