UPS is RUDE and does not not del. pkgs when they say they will

I travel a lot and I schedule all my deliveries when I am town. I had an order that was delivered to UPS on 1/10/11. The weather conditions was not good, so it was not delivered. However it is still not delivered and the weather conditions are fine. They were fine on 1/13/11 and It is now 1/16/11. I called UPS and was told by Ann and Lycafa that they would guarantee the delivery to be no later than 1/13/11. After 7:00 p.m. on 1/13/11, I called UPS and try to reschedule my delivery since I was leaving for out of town the next day. I was rudely told by J.C. and her supervisor Matt that they would deliver it the next day and if I reschedule the delivery, I would be charged $6.00 and as you can see by this letter, it was not delivered the next day. I know I won't have a choice, but if I did, I WOULD NEVER USE UPS. As my letter states, I am still waiting on my package. The only reason my package has not been delivered is because it is in the back of the UPS Truck. I guess they will deliver it when they get around to it. Thank you for allowing me to make this complaint.

UPS FAils Again - Really Does Not Care!

Paid for expedited shipping from NY to SC. Package made it to SC and is sitting in a trailer on the UPS yard. UPS is blaming bad weather for their being too cheap to hire extra help or work overtime to unload the trailers they let back up. UPS "Customer Service" (Joke to call it that)using a multitude of lies to excuse massive failure. Will not give out contact information for local manager. They have made it clear that they simply do not care and all I can do is wait until their UNION employees decide to unload the trailers. Fed Ex delivered EVERYTHING on time as UPS FAILED AGAIN.

UPS in Sylva North Carolina use Fed Ex instead.

Terrible delivery. When the roads are clear they will not deliver. My package was due on Tuesday. Now it is Saturday and still no package. When UPS is called they have no idea when the package will be delivered. Apparently UPS does not know what customer service is. Will never use UPS again. The roads were clear here on Wednesday. I could understand a day or even two for poor weather conditions. When the package is still not here, and when customer service is called and they have no answer, or there supervisor has no answer on a projected delivery date this is a great example of poor customer service. Some may even say they have no customer service.

UPS failed and failed again

I had a package scheduled to deliver on a Tuesday. The delivery was delayed due to bad weather. My package was out for delivery both the following Thursday and Friday. Friday afternoon at 5pm I was verbally guaranteed that the package would deliver. Now at 9pm Friday night, I'm told that the package will not deliver until the following Monday. No Saturday delivery, no option for pickup. Customer service is useless, furthermore there is absolutely no recourse for dissatisfied customers. Fedex has been going up and down my street all week. I will never use UPS nor condone the use of UPS again.

Did not send a package on time, now is charging me to have sent back to me!! UPS sucks!!!

UPS sucks!! I p aid $108 for a package that was not delivered on time and now they want me to pay $120 to have it delivered back to me!!!UPS stated that the package was not delivered on time coz the UPS oerson who filled out the receipt did not describe the contents correctly. Now I have to pay for somebody's stupidity and mistakes!!! This is so unfair!!! I was willing to waive my $108 and was begging them to just return the package to me but they kept insisting on me paying to have it shipped back from canada!!!!

UPS in Madison, Wisconsin - Never recieved order

i am disabled so i've had to order all my xmas gifts online. I ordered a med gray and black cashmere sweater and a black cashmere scarf for my daughter and it never arrivd. I checked the routing with ups and they said they delievered it. we have searched all over and assked the neighbors- nothing. I am not sure if it is macys fault or that of ups. we live in a neighborhood where the houses are far apart and we have a private police force. it is not a place where stealing takes place. thank you kjh

UPS has got to be the worst shipping company in the world. I can not believe this. I have a small fenced back patio and that is where my dogs stay when I'm not home. I never ever use the back patio door and only go out there every couple of days to clean up and throw...

UPS offers text tracking as well that tells you where and at what time the package was delivered. The information is sent directly to your cell phone.

You're going to tell me that's too much trouble?

The drivers most often place packages where they're less likely to be stolen--you're welcome. Please, join us in polite society where people actually work for a living.

Ups

omg ups has become the biggest piece of *** delivery company existing on the market today. maybe another company to big for its own good. i have been waiting on one package for over a week now another package from the same dealer and i am now waiting for two packages. and all you get from them is we are doing the best we can lmao if thats the best they can they should sell out to fedex. thier service is the worst their customer service is non existiant because if you complain they just disconect you. my next call this morning is to the better bussiness bureu to file a formal complaint. i will never order from any company after this that uses ups to ship their products.

UPS poor service getting worse

it seems like no one is being held accountable for poor service in UPS I have tried to avoid using this compay for about 2 years now since the bad experiences just kept coming, this is not a door to door service, it is a lot cheaper to send a package via USPS and faster too. and if you call customer service to complain, it seems like they are all friends and cover one another...I hate to say this but it seems like since the hispanics started taking over some of the management jobs, not to mentioen other races.... the customer service began to decline, by the way AM HISPANIC" but this is what I have notice, hopefully one of these managers can read this commnet and do something about it. with this economy the way it is, service should be climbing instead of dropping.

I have ordered alot of things on amazon and have normally had good service but for the last 3-4 packages i have not they threw my packages in the dirt "so what if they were in a ups garbage bag" they were left close to my fence so someone could just reach over and get it some were a lil bit away from the fence but they were all left in the direct sunlight!..my 4th package im waiting on i spent $3.99 on amazon to 1 day ship it saldy it did not end up with fedex like my other order my item is worth $20-$30 it's 100% pure shea butter it "is/was" coming by ups i was sposed to get it today by noon..I did not get my package today at all and my mother was "kind" enough to call the person there said they could not give me or her any info but i should contact amazon to get my shipping back!..that get but who's going to give me my $20-$30 worth of shea butter back?...i hear it lose's some of it mosturizing and healing propoties being exposed to alot of heat..so much for good service! :(

Maria, have you tried taking up your beef with The UPS Store? Those stores are still franchised with Mail Boxes Etc (both in Canada and the U.S.) If you used the TUPS location to ship it, they are the primary service provider and recognized by UPS Canada as the Shipper of Record.

Basically, UPS Canada has no responsibilities towards you at all.

TUPS does, regardless. Most of the TUPS locations though are touch nuts to crack as they lose any refunded moneys out of their own pockets.

*** ups sent a watch through this company! That watch was $4659!!!

They lost it and won't pay even if I insured it! They will pay the amount I paid them to ship it but nothing else.

There should be a class action law suit for this trash company! Bunch o thieves!!!!!

I went to the UPS store inside staples located at north greenbush, NY to send a package, paid $108 but it did not get to my cousin on time!!! Now UPS is insisting that I should pay them $120.47 to have the package sent back to me from UPS canada.

So ridiculous!!!

Do they think people are so *** to keep on giving them money and not getting any service on return??? I am telling all my friends, my family, my patients and everybody I know and meet about this nightmare that I am going through right now with UPS!!!!

UPS in Duluth, Minnesota - Dishonest employees

a ups driver showed up at my parent with no package and wanted to buy their dog. after being told it was not for sale he had his mother call the sherriffs dept and file a compliant for dog neglect. sherriff deputy show up and check the dogs who are well taken care of. we will no longer use ups ever due to this situation. dishonest thieving company. i wouldn't doubt that this employee steals all the time when people are not home especially in rural communities where no neighbors are around to see. so next time your missing something see if you got a package delivered recently

I don't see what's dishonest about his actions. Because he wanted to adopt a dog that in his opinion was being mistreated, you assume he steals packages?

That makes zero sense. The people on this site never cease to amaze me with their stupidity.
