UPS - Complaint about a manager/ payroll help
The manager, Gill, from the UPS located in 10121 Evergreen Way #25, Everett, WA 98204. UPS store #0235 is treating his customers and employees very inappropriately. One employee was fired for refusing to go into a car with him alone. Customers of the store are being followed, having pictures taken of them, physically assaulted and thrown out of the store. This kind of conduct is extremely inappropriate for someone who is supposed to be the manager of the store.

UPS is just the worst

UPS is just the worst. Just in the last week, I've had (2) packages that require a signature.

The first delivery was attempted on a Friday at 1:30. I wasn't home, and it had said it was supposed to be delivered Saturday for a week, otherwise I would have made arrangements to be home. They didn't attempt to deliver the next day, so I changed to be picked up at a local UPS store. When I got to the store (after notification that it was ready for pickup) they couldn't find it, and said it had never been there.

The package was lost, and I couldn't file a report online, as it said I'd have to call the help line. The help line wouldn't allow me to file a report or speak to a representative Tracking info says my package was left at "Residential" (no address) and signed for by Lyons. There is no one by that name at my address. I ended up having to contact the company I bought the product from, and luckily they were very helpful and got it all sorted with a replacement package.

On to this week, when delivery was attempted on a Thursday, at 2PM, and another notice was left that they'd attempt today. So today I made arrangements to be home, expecting them to deliver at about the same time. I signed the notice, and left it on the door as instructed, but also put a note to call, with my number if I don't answer, stating that I am home. at about 2, I thought, "oh this is the same time they attempted delivery yesterday, let me go hang out outside for a bit, just in case." As I looked out the front window, I saw a UPS truck pulling away.

I heard no knock, and there was no additional notice on the door.

I grabbed my shoes and keys, and went to chase them down, because I can't afford to miss another day of work for their nonsense, but they'd already gotten out of sight, and I couldn't determine which direction they went. So now I'm sitting at home, getting up at every sound, in hopes that there are just (2) trucks that are routed through my neighborhood.UPS is

Having four stay eye on your phone service means that nobody can get a hold of somebody if you have an issue with their package like I'm not going to be home today and you guys going to make sure that my package gets stolen or robbed because you don't want to let me speak to an operator on your forced AI and for that you deserve a zero across the board

Customer Service Lied!

I was expecting a package today and was told an attempt took place, but I have been home ALL day and there was no ticket on my door indicating UPS was there. I emailed and someone called me back and assured me the driver will attempt another delivery today. Untrue statement!!! Im sooo angry for being lied to.

They say they cant deliver. Incomplete address. I have actually gone to their facility & showed them on map. I talked to the driver 3days ago & gave him specific directions. Gave him the option of leaving all packages @ a UPS drop off a mile from our house. Get the same message today about another package. The number you call for help is off shore-Phillipines etc! Absolutely NO HELP TO RESOLVE!

Far far too long to resolve claim 502512****A. In process over 4-1/2 months

I sold an automatic antenna tuner on eBay for $300 on July 4th. I immediately purchased a UPS shipping label on eBay (UPS tracking number 1ZAC981803****9550) and put my eBay Store on "vacation".

On July 5th I took the package to my local UPS pick-up spot. UPS claims to have delivered the antenna tuner on 7 July to the buyer in Forest Hills NY, but the buyer never received it. Both buyer and seller contacted both Ebay and UPS and started claims processes.

For reasons unknown, Ebay cancelled the buyer's order while my store was temporarily closed and refunded the buyer his money. At that point in time, I was out $309 and UPS had the antenna tuner somewhere in its system.

On July 25th UPS claims to have

re-delivered the package but again the buyer did not receive it. UPS conducted an investigation and determined that they had lost the package. After many days of trying to get UPS to identify the shipper's account they gave me the account number. This allowed me to file the claim on November 7th, which UPS calls claim #502512****A.

After sending UPS photos of the missing antenna tuner On 11/15, UPS asked me to send them the final eBay bid page so they could process the claim. I did this immediately. Although I have this claim number there is no evidence on the UPS Claims Dashboard that UPS has received or has processed the claim. For the third time, UPS agents told me they would call me back within an hour most recently at 2:25PM ET 12/26/23.

I have to rate UPS's customer service at the bottom of any reasonable rating scale. I am still awaiting the telephone call a 3:48PM ET 12/26/2023.This comedy has been going on for over 4-1/2 months.

I NEVER USE UPS if I have a choice. I have an Aunt who works for UPS also. They are garbage

UPS shows product delivery! Except not to my apt! Sends delivery proof picture of another apt door with a realtor style lock box on the door handle. I then take pictures of said door as well as my door! Not ok this crap keeps happening! I even posted a note to the front door of the apt building.
