I am not sure which is responsible, but UPS received "billing information" (according to tracking info) on 10/04 but did not ship item until 10/09. Did Sierra Trading Post somehow submit billing information but fail to give UPS shipment?

Or did package sit in some UPS loading dock limbo?

Either way, a pointless 5 day delay is a shameful indictment of a company that just doesn't give a rats butt.

So far, a 3-6 day shipping pledge from Sierra Trading Post has turned into a 10 day exercise in frustration. It all really shows how badly American business is decaying and doesn't care one bit about the customer.

UPS cares the least about their customers, as evidenced by the myriad of issues more and more people are experiencing and voicing. Are you listening, UPS?


Billing Information means the label was printed.

When you get the shipment, you will see when the Vendor actually gave the item to UPS for shipping.

In this case, it was the Vendors fault, and not UPS, as they cannot process a package that they haven't been given.
