UPS in Indianapolis, Indiana - Irresponsible workers

I'm pissed with UPS service, I don't understand what was the point to pay more, if they have such a horrible service! I will never use their service again. I schedule late deliver after 3 p.m. on purpose went home early and guess what, the driver came in at 1:00 p.m. because he was at that area. I paid twice more for your company to do your job and if offer late deliver please do so. Second I called customer service she apologized and offer to pick up box at palatine which is 35 miles away, since i needed box as soon as it possible (my lenses i can't drive without them) i wen there, they told me i have to wait additional hour to receive my package. At 8:15 worker telling me that she doesn't know where's my package and they will re deliver, i asked what time and again "We can't guarantee deliver after 3 " I wasted my gas, my 3 hours of time and 1 hour 30 min on a way home for nothing!!!! I was so mad but there is nothing you can do with those people!!!I had long day at work, i had to drive without leans, I had to spend another 40$ on gas to make this trip. will never use your service!!! I will re-sign my business and tell as many people as I can about your horrible service

wow some of these "pissed consumers" are complete idiots....a ups driver has over a hundred deliveries to make....he cannot meet you at a specific time because it is convienent for you. The world does not revolve around you and your package....

yeah there's no such thing as post 3pm delivery guarantee, you're completely mistaken. and don't try to say that that's what they told you, because i guarantee that they didn't.

Actually, NO carrier has guaranteed after 3 pm service.

UPS is a carrier not a personal courier.

It's unfortunate that you didn't check to see if your package had returned to the center before wasting a trip. Again, long days for drivers can carry into the evening.

There is no way to have any delivery service arrange a time to meet you specifically. Just as you didn't want to waste gas, UPS/FedEx/USPS doesn't want to pay for gas and employee hours to drive multiple times to your neighborhood. It's ONE reason why early delivery costs more, a special driver often has to be sent to get those packages delivered.

UPS lost my package

UPS lost my package. I eagerly waited for my package, watching the delivery status. china, hongkong, bubai, germany, uk. UPS in the UK lost the package. I can only assume how that package went missing. the price of the order was £400. I will leave it to the people who read this to guess what really happened to that package, the item was purchased from the apple store. UPS have not just let themselves down but also have let down Apple. Someone has advised me to notify the police. If it is the police or someone else who can help, all i know is, i definetly need help from someone.

They collected my parcel and it vanish!! They send me no explanation that was is and now I have to pay £5000 to my client because I dint ensure so if you don't insure they help them selfs to your passel !!!!!!!

Ups and interpacel the worst company's ever .

Uh yeah, UPS ships ten of thousands of packages a day and their staff has the time to look through every one of them to guess which ones have iPads or whatnot.

Did you try calling UPS and asking them to put a tracer on your package?

Call the company that shipped your Apple and let them know also.

After a couple of weeks, if UPS hasn't found your package again call your vendor and ask them to refund or reship. Then if you get no resolution call your credit card company. The way it looks to me you're not out anything. The person who is out is the shipper, that wasn't you.

Until you have received something, you owe nothing. So why the crying, accusing and jumping to conclusions?

UPS is making my blood pressure go up.

I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF SHOES FROM ALDO FOR MORE THAN 50% OFF WHICH UPS WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER. LONG BEHOLD, THEY GO AND DELIVER IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NOW THERE IS AN OPEN INVESTIGATION WITH NO SHOES IN SIGHT. I HAVE A WEDDING TO GO TO TOMORROW AND HAVE NO SHOES TO WEAR. It REALLY shouldn't be that hard though. Now they are looking to refund me, but those shoes don't even exist in their inventory any longer! WHY ARE THEY SUCH IDIOTS? They need to hire more competent and literate people. UPS: FIND MY SHOES DANGIT!

UPS- Live Animal Shipping

I had a baby tortoise shipped UPS Overnight from Las Vegas NV to New York. My sister had another package coming to the house that day too, so the idiots at UPS put the two packages together in plastic and flipped the tortoise box upside down! There were two read arrows on each side of the box pointing up, the direction in which the box should have been keep in. It clearly said live animal on the box as well. Luckily my little guy is doing fine, but he was stressed out enough from being shipped then to get turned upside down but some *** at the UPS center. *** you guys suck.

Dumb %sses, people order live anemals from online all the time. Sears used to sell dogs via special order years ago.

if a box is clearly labled "Live anemal" Why in the %ell would you wrap it in plastic? The employees of UPs can say what ever the *ell they want. But UPs has terrible policies. I know as an employee you all want to feel like you are Gods gift to man but you are not.

Im glad the anemals are ok. I am sorry to the poseter that this happened. maybe someone should place a plastic bag over the UPS employees head to let them know what it is like. That was plain wrong.

I get items delivered by United dumb A%%es all the time. and it is not un common neither for them to walk to the door leave a door tag saying no one was home and run. Problem is, I have waited for them all day in side 3 feet from the door and they never knock or ring the door bell. I call and it is never the fault of UPS.

Although I did have a UPS driver ring the bell once and have a conversation with me about his boss being a B%%ch..

When reported, that complaint did get a response and the driver was never seen again by me. LOL Go figure!

If you really cared about that animal you wouldn't have bought one to be shipped, you would have found one locally (or done without).

No shipping company will guarantee a box doesn't turn over in transit.

Most of UPS' systems are automated, boxes get flipped.

The only thing done wrong is the driver should have placed the box 'right side up' and allowed you to continue deluding yourself.

UPS Doesn't Pay Off on Claims

I shipped an expensive musical instrument that was bubble wrapped inside its own hardshell case inside a shipping container. When the buyer got the instrument, it appeared a forklift blade went through the outer box and case and damaged the instrument. UPS actually acknowledged the claim and agreed to pay the claim. However, it has been 2 months since the check was supposedly mailed and nothing. I have contacted them numerous times and was assured the check was in the mail. They even stopped payment on the first check and reissued it saying it must have gotten lost in the mail. Well I don't know which mail service they use, but Pont Express could have deliverd it to China by now. I have used UPS hundreds of times over the years, but no more. They have no intention of sending me a check. They hope that I'll get frustrated and give up.

this has been a problem with UPS ans USPS since before Christmas, I had taken photos of a package with fork lift tire marks on it and another with cart wheel marks, they pissed an moaned until i met with postmaster and showed him photos, he denied it was from a fork lift, to bad for him I drive several models of forklifts for my job and had taken pictures of the tires, same tread, the UPS guy was more forthcoming. pretty sad consumers have to go to such lengths to get service, but i guess all the *** ripoffs have done them in

UPS in Memphis, Tennessee - Didn't Deliver My Package

Okay, UPS was sitting in front of my drive way when I pulled up and he was blocking my driveway so I waited for him to drop off the package. He looks in his side-mirror and just drives off. Didn't drop off the package or anything. It still say my package is out for delivery, and I need my new phone bad. I've never had any problems with UPS before, I usually don't ever ship with them, I always choose USPS because they seem the most reliable. If anyone could please tell me what is going on I would greatly appreciate it.

UPS fails

On 5/16/12 I paid for overnight delivery (17th)of live fish just to have to find out that they are delaying AGAIN until 5/18/11. This is the 3rd delay in getting my order. After taking 3 of my UNPAID vacation daysand now one more. The customer service rep I spoke with suggested that I Drive the 89 miles one way to pick it up, and still pay overnight price! So from now on i'll have to ask who the company uses for shippiing and not buy from them if they ship by this low grade company

You were expecting a shipment of fish on 5/17 and took the day off work? Did the company you ordered from even ship the fish?

What is the "3rd delay" statement supposeed to mean? You say you ordered on 5/16 for delivery 5/17 where is the 3rd attempt/3 days off work?

If what you are TRYING to say is you missed the delivery on 5/17 and UPS suggested you drrive to pick them up, what is proble? It sounds like they attempted to find a solution to your needs. If you refused, of course they would reattempt the next business day. Still only two days not three and still not their fault but really dude, just say no to drugs.

UPS in Mclean, Virginia - Sent to wrong address, old product, bad service

this company screwed up the shipping, and then didn't take responsibility for it. blamed it on UPS when I get packages from UPS all the time. then sent me old product as well as sending me one container that was the wrong thing. and to boot, their customer service is the worst I've encountered, ever. they don't seem to care about quality of product or about their customers. when I called today to followup on an email I sent them, the guy was curt, listened to the problems but was rude. I recommend--don't buy from them!
