UPS lies to people
I was due to receive an overnight shipment via UPS. Tracking said it was delivered. It was not. (not at my house and not at neighbors nearby) Upon contacting customer service I was told I was still on a truck even though tracking said it was delivered and I should give it another hour (?). After an hour I called again and was told no one in customer service would tell me such a thing. The driver was called and he told them indeed it was delivered. No package here. Now WHY would I say my overnight shipped package is not here?! Customer service said it was drivers word against mine and said to contact the shipper. They could have sent the driver back out but its a holiday weekend and clearly they dont want to do their jobs.
Ups lies about delivery!
I ordered a product from a company and was suppose to recieve it in about 5 business days,it never came,so i called the company to find out what had happend they gave me the trcking#,i then called UPS and they claimed that the package had already been delivered to my address.It was not because i was here all day.I called the company ,they were very nice and sent me a replacement said it would be deliverd express. It never came. ups again says they delivered my package I called the company again and confirmed my address with them and it was correct, again they were nice and sent another replacement ,if it does not make it to my address this time i will complain to the BBB or yet the police!!!
UPS handling of packages is abhorrent, even when labeled FRAGILE and packaged properly. The worst of it is they just don't care. Their claim system sucks also, they expect you to wait around all day 9 am to 7 pm for them to show up and inspect damages which will not be covered anyway. There is no excuse for this type of apathy and sorryness. I packaged my item in such a way that I cannot imagine that it was still broken it must have been run over by a truck or dropped from the plane, unbelievable! UPS is the worst and I will never use them again and I plan on letting them know it.
UPS in Dallas, Texas - Irresponsible workers and terrible customer service
We had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, pretty important one. Checkng the tracking number it was later than usual, so it said it would show up on Monday. Well, Monday came and went, we were waiting for the package for the whole day, and then at 4:30 I decided to check the tracking number again, and it said that they tried to deliver it but nobody was available. Complete lies. So we called customere service and they said, that they will investigate and call us back in 2 hours. So, 1 hour went by and we were still pissed so we called customer service again, and they said again they will investigate and call us back in 30 minutes. Still didn't call us back, and then when we finally called back again, they said that the driver is already done work for the day. Don't use UPS!

UPS in Indianapolis, Indiana - Irresponsible workers
I'm pissed with UPS service, I don't understand what was the point to pay more, if they have such a horrible service! I will never use their service again. I schedule late deliver after 3 p.m. on purpose went home early and guess what, the driver came in at 1:00 p.m. because he was at that area. I paid twice more for your company to do your job and if offer late deliver please do so. Second I called customer service she apologized and offer to pick up box at palatine which is 35 miles away, since i needed box as soon as it possible (my lenses i can't drive without them) i wen there, they told me i have to wait additional hour to receive my package. At 8:15 worker telling me that she doesn't know where's my package and they will re deliver, i asked what time and again "We can't guarantee deliver after 3 " I wasted my gas, my 3 hours of time and 1 hour 30 min on a way home for nothing!!!! I was so mad but there is nothing you can do with those people!!!I had long day at work, i had to drive without leans, I had to spend another 40$ on gas to make this trip. will never use your service!!! I will re-sign my business and tell as many people as I can about your horrible service
UPS lost my package
UPS lost my package. I eagerly waited for my package, watching the delivery status. china, hongkong, bubai, germany, uk. UPS in the UK lost the package. I can only assume how that package went missing. the price of the order was Â£400. I will leave it to the people who read this to guess what really happened to that package, the item was purchased from the apple store. UPS have not just let themselves down but also have let down Apple. Someone has advised me to notify the police. If it is the police or someone else who can help, all i know is, i definetly need help from someone.
UPS is making my blood pressure go up.
I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF SHOES FROM ALDO FOR MORE THAN 50% OFF WHICH UPS WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER. LONG BEHOLD, THEY GO AND DELIVER IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NOW THERE IS AN OPEN INVESTIGATION WITH NO SHOES IN SIGHT. I HAVE A WEDDING TO GO TO TOMORROW AND HAVE NO SHOES TO WEAR. It REALLY shouldn't be that hard though. Now they are looking to refund me, but those shoes don't even exist in their inventory any longer! WHY ARE THEY SUCH IDIOTS? They need to hire more competent and literate people. UPS: FIND MY SHOES DANGIT!
UPS- Live Animal Shipping
I had a baby tortoise shipped UPS Overnight from Las Vegas NV to New York. My sister had another package coming to the house that day too, so the idiots at UPS put the two packages together in plastic and flipped the tortoise box upside down! There were two read arrows on each side of the box pointing up, the direction in which the box should have been keep in. It clearly said live animal on the box as well. Luckily my little guy is doing fine, but he was stressed out enough from being shipped then to get turned upside down but some *** at the UPS center. *** you guys suck.
The European policy, called UPS Terms and Conditions of Carriage, REV. 01/11, states that "UPS may deliver a shipment to ... neighbours of the receiver". I have three questions about this. Is this a recent revision or a long time policy? I've had several packages...
