My package was scheduled to be delivered today so I take the day off and wait for it. I end up waiting all day and then all of sudden around 7p the tracker states its been rescheduled for Monday! First of all it would have nice to have gotten an email notification...

Same *** ***, my company moved about a block away, UPS won't deliver a package with the old address. UPS sends us a card by US mail saying they have a package at the main center.

I take the card there to pickup package and they will not give it to me. Now I'm dresses in a company uniform with a company ID on a lanyard around my neck and I have the cad on hand..... What more proff do I need that I work there ?

UPS ***.... And drivers drop *** off and never ask for ID

UPS Stinks!

UPS, specifically the one on Western in Gardena, just absoluely stink! For one, it's a nasty little place, flies are swarming around and it smells really bad. Service is awful too. No matter when you go, there is a line out the door with one person at the counter. They will walk right by you and disappear into another room instead of helping out the one person left at the counter. If I had my choice of shipments, it would definately be FedEx. They know what they are doing. Maybe they couold train the UPS people on what customer service is really all about. I HATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH, I would be a carrier extra to get away from them. YUK!

UPS Driver was swinging a sign at my Lab, as I yelled at him I saw him back away from my dog at the beginning of my rural driveway, my dogs are on collars with invisible fence; they did not advance on him near the road. I started yelling to him as he came forward again...

Here's an idea: keep your mutts inside when you're expecting a package. Tracking number will tell you exactly where your package is.

I know of several UPS drivers who have been bitten, so they have a right to worry.

They don't know your dog, just like you don't know them! BTW, those of you who believe they get paid to hit dogs are either retarded or mentally ill.

UPS in Glendale, California - Next day air shipping is ***

so i lost my cell phone and bought a new one through the carrier. i need my phone constantly for daily life and business. i payed EXTRA to have it delivered the NEXT DAY after it shipped. it shipped monday, i was supposed to get it the next day. IT NEVER COMES! the tracking information they give you is a bunch of bulls h i t. finally it said it was supposed to come today BEFORE 3pm. i waited all f*cken day at home. NOTHING. i check the tracking page and it says Incorrect routing / Delivery rescheduled. ARE YOU F*CKEN KIDDING ME!?? I DONT HAVE THE TIME TO SIT AROUND AND WAIT UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO START DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. its unbelievable how its so difficult to put a package in the right truck, drive to the residence and hand it to the person. if im gonna pay extra to have my package delivered and i end up picking it up myself because they cant do it right, i might as well drive the 2700 miles to new jersey and pick it up myself. it'll be faster

UPS Sucks!

I am so pissed with UPS right now that I just need to write this complaint! Today I found the 2nd UPS sticker on my door announcing that again nobody was home at 10:55am to sign for the package and that a last attempt will be made tomorrow at the same time! In this case I suppose that if I don't want the package to be returned to the sender I should probably take a day off and wait for the delivery... When I called to leave instructions for the package to be delivered after 5pm, I was told that the drivers are not available at that time (even though the sticker that was left behind has a time category "after 5:00")and that my options are either to reschedule the delivery for the moderate fee of $4.00 or I could pick it up myself. Not to mention that the package is not at the nearest UPS Store. I have not experienced this lack of flexibility and poor customer service with any other shipping company and I hope I will not need to engage UPS ever again!

Correct they would not leave a pkg at UPS Store, a privately owned franchise, unless they changed the delivery address to there. I will agree the UPS stickers left on the doors do need some changing but they are used company wide and different UPS Centers do have slightly different ways of opperating due to size or towns or delivery areas.

But if you stop and think just for a second...if they delivered every pkg to every customer who wanted a pkg delivered to them on a certian day at a specific time...those drivers would work 24/7/365!!! Come on get real.

I'm surprised at how ignorant people can be.. one - why is it so difficult to follow the few directions in terms of retrieving your package?

- two, why would they leave it at a UPS Store which is an independent company. People are *** about some really petty stuff here like they are being attacked by some large corporation where when you actually read what these complaints say - you realize it's a lot of ignorant self centered *** UPS is not the best company in the world- but what company could possibly service a customer like you anyways?

You are supposed to get them an extra day for 2 days delivery. I have 2 days air delivery and the shipment got stuck in the hub by my place for a day now and it has been two business day.

Since tomorrow is a weekend, they wont process the delivery until Monday.

So, it is risky to order two day delivery on a Wednesday if you expect to see the package on Friday. However, UPS 1 day delivery is more of a promising service.

seriously? i spend extra money to get my package delivered faster to me and they lose my package, and tell me to contact my shipper, FYI you were the last to have the package why is my shipper responsible? It's not their fault you have IDIOTS working for you that don't know how to read the freaking address label that's your job, so you go and track it yourselves! I would never in a million years recommend any corporate to use UPS, who knows who will get your package or when it will FINALLY come, my advice use FEDEX!

Ok, FIrst of all UPS is not perfect, FedEX is not perfect, the company you ordered your item from is not perfect. Accidents happen everyday in every city, every company.

Just because your package was lost does not mean everyone who works for UPS is an ***. And just to update you on the world round you...UPS use a technology called computers and scanners and bar codes...reading is for books.

Its horrible your pkg was lost but think before you make generalizations like UPS is horrible and they hire idiots. It just makes you look bad!!!!

This may be a tuff concept for you to understand so I will use small words. You are not a Customer of UPS the company you bought your item fund is there customer.

( even smaller words Company pay UPS, you don’t, you pay company) To file a claim with UPS the Customer/Company has to initiate it. (Duh that was a big word please replace initiate with Start)

UPS Drivers are Lazy and Lie!

Every single time I order something online and that particular company decides to ship with UPS my merchandise is left on the side of the road and I have to call a family member to go to my house to grab the package before it gets stolen. The driver ALWAYS says that the package was left at the front door. They are to lazy to just walk 30 seconds out of there way to actually come knock on the door. The latest package WAS stolen and now I am having to try and convince the company I ordered from that just because the driver says he left it at the front door, it doesnt really mean he did. I wish I didn't have to use them but when you shop online you usually don't get to pick what company ships your items. Do NOT use UPS if you do not have to!!

UPS - brown for a reason

Paid $100 for air service from up state NY to Mississauga for $140.00 worth of parts required by my customer. shipment sent on the 15th - got a call from UPS mid day on Friday saying they would need to clear it for me at a fee of course and it MAY be ready for pick up Monday or Tuesday. This is the 2nd time UPS has been used and both have had similar results. We use Fed Ex and Postal system and have NEVER had an issue. They truly the WORST - do your selves a favour use anyone else

UPS in Calhoun, Georgia - Delivered package severely damaged

Today, 6/17/2011 @ 1800 hours, the UPS delivered a package (computer) with significant damage to one corner of the package. I refused the package due to this damage and told the driver to return it. The driver indicated on the Shipment Progress Activity Page that the receiver did not want the order and refused this delivery, and never said anything about the package being damaged. The driver did not provide any comments in regards to UPS policy or how to resolve this issue. He did not say anything and just walked away. I consider UPS to provide poor customer service to the company that uses their services as well as myself the receiver.
