UPS sucks!! I Agree with Many!!

UPS often doesn't deliver until 10PM nighttime. The 3 consecutive Black men that deliver never knock or acknowledge delivery ever. My packages lately always come mashed or half ripped open. When I speak to the delivery men, they just sneer at me. Words go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on....to have to be bothered by this. More and More and More and More and More and More and More and More and More and More and More....to be bothered by this!! What a PROBLEM this complaint is made to be so that NO ONE will bother!!!!

Ups has no customer service. beware!

sent package to los angles. the address was off by one digit. i called to correct it. said shipper must call and correct. they did. next step in incorrect addresses, ups makes up an address themselves close to the one on package. go figure! how can that ever be correct??? i call again and am informed of their address change. no i say, it is wrong and have given the correct address. why isnt ups using it? dorked around delivering it 3 days to their address. go figure. called m,t,w,t,f with correct address, spoke to 4 supervisors. second supervisor incorrectly puts the logs address leaving off on digit from my giving him the address once again. 3rd supervisor, patronizing and never sorry! says will call my by 10:00am next day to confirm delivery. Why? He never calls. 4 supervisor NPT2895 made excuses for ups and really could have cared less by his obnox tone. Will is get delivered today?? Bottom line you cannot go past supervisor. Service ends there. you are out of luck. they all say they will help you and then when there is a failure nothing more will happen and someone else will say they will help you!

UPS in Alexandria, Virginia - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

UPS has the worst customer service processes and people, and their lack of ability to give instructions to drivers about where to and where NOT to leave packages and anything else reflects their dark ages mentality. The stupidity you encounter and total lack of caring when dealing with any and all of their "service" options is shameful and they should be embarrassed by how little they care about their customers. Thankfully, I choose to NEVER use them when sending and only have to deal with them on deliveries, but even that is too frustrating! Choose ANY other method of mail service you can find!!!

UPS in New York, New York - Can't find my package

regarding package #9314 6303 4237 , i missed the 1st & 2nd attempts , so I called on 1-800-833-9943 at 10:30am Thursday in order to pick it up .the operator told me it is ready for me to pick it up. I went to the UPS office located in 56-13 48st, Maspith asking for the package . they told me there is nothing left for you. I told them the story, but i found no one is helping. I called back the costumer center , they told me they didn't register the package to be picked up. few mints latter some one in the office told me they are trying to locate it , 2 mints latter they told me , we can't find the package .

UPS has No Complaint Process or Resolution

My background, dual Military and spouse is pregnant. We are due in 4 weeks. We ordered baby furniture w/ UPS delivery to our home. A note was left asking for signature and UPS would leave the parcels. We signed but next day note still stuck to door, right next to new sticky requesting the same. We sign and leave both only to have a 3rd sticky the following day saying 3 attempts made we need to pick up package from store. I called the 800-742-5877 three days in a row and was told each day driver would return but he never did. On day 4 I call again and was told package has been returned to sender. I spoke to 3 managers at the # above and each eventually patched me back to the UPS office to speak to the clerk whoI spoke each time I had a problem. I have requested to speak to the Manager of the store, today and I'm awaiting her call hopefully Ms. Craig is more capable than the lot I've been dealing with.

Just happened to us, UPS delivered a package then backed into our carport doing damage to it, mother-in-law witnessed it from kitchen window. Manager came out with driver and they are denying they did it.

Not sure what else I can do... Frustrated beyond belief!

UPS gives window of time for delivery - but ya still gotta stay home ALL day!

Got a notice of 1st delivery the day before package was due... 2nd attempt was to be next day between 2:00 and 5:00. Check Delivery status before I left work for a half day off for this delivery and the package had not been delivered. Got home at 2:00 and the note says the package was attempted to be delivered. I called and the attempt was made at 12:37!!! So am supposed to take the entire day off work because the times are "Estimates"????? I spoke with a supervisor - who assured me that they spoke with someone that can contact the driver to see if the driver could redeliver today - she took my number and assured me - again - that someone would call me back. Well - an hour and a half later - I called UPS again and they had no record of my call. - so not only are they arrogant – they are LIARS! So now it is well after 4:00 – I have been a slave to the phone and front door – mind you for over an hour and a half - and the only alternatives I have are: take tomorrow off work – for another (the final) attempt. Reschedule a pick up – for $6.00 (and take the day off for that). Sign the slip releasing UPS for all liability and leave the package at my door step – which is a hop skip and a jump from one of the worst crime areas in my town – yep – that is going to happen. Last option is to go to a slum part or town between 8:00 and 8:30 tonight to pick up the package – the 66 pound package. What can I say – UPS SUCKS!!!

UPS in San Mateo, California - Pollution

On Aug 30, 2011, on Hwy 87 in San Jose, Calif I followed a UPS vehicle spewing black smoke and noxious fumes continuously. License number California 1VD1572. Get this truck fixed. Please don't read this because I'm using it as filler due to your ridiculous 100 word minimum. I'm pissed about this stupidity too. I hereby enter a complaint about this too. Why do you want verbose complaints? Shouldn't you require brevity. Maybe this idiotic requirement is to discourage people from complaining. Why do you have this website? 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100.

UPS does not care about small business.

UPS has lost or delivered a package to the wrong address 2 times in the past 2 weeks. I am appalled at their customer service and handling of all of this. The first excuse was "we can't keep up with every package" and the second time they told me to wait 9 days to see if they can find it. I am a small business just trying to make ends meet and these are very time sensitive deliveries for weddings. They don't care about anything but covering their own tails and giving the run around to anyone that calls with a complaint.

UPS Jupiter FL exposes customer to credit card fraud

UPS Store, Jupiter, FL - surly customer service, bad credit card policy!. Made many calls to UPS, UPS Store customer relations (awful!!!) - no one helped solve the problem. Shipping table/4 chairs (settling my mother's estate) from Florida to Boston. $700 order (sentimental value). Had to bring Items to store - not what I expected from ads/web UPS said fax my AMEX card number, signature and back/front of card to store (I'm in Virginia). Can't you see my credit card info sitting on a fax machine? Risky! Another shipper picked up/shipped items. UPS brand/reputation damaged!
