UPS in Hurst, Texas - Second Time non-delivery

Second time in three months I've had UPS not deliver a product. Last time the vendor was cordial and resent the item at no charge, but they lied about trying to deliver item, never left a notice. Someone was available all the days of expected window of delivery. We were only able to access shipping information once the item was returned to vendor. This time, they've delivered to an office which is the wrong address, despite all shipping info being correct. They've had someone I don't know sign for the item, and the office delivered to isn't the same address as the apartment building on the shipping information. We've verified this twice, and are going to report the item stolen and pursue further action.

UPS Mess

100 words is not enough. June '11, Apple delivery, driver signs, misspells name, Apple alerted calls me, I find computer dumped at gate, Apple reports driver. 7/12, UPS driver uses USPS box for overnight delivery, gets reported by USPS, again not me don't know what happened to driver. 9/2 UPS Freight LTL, claims cant deliver 300 lb heater not contact on shipping order (lie, some inside UPS guy sends me order later # on it.). 9/8, UPS refuses to deliver once they make it to my town, because local office says my road is dangerous. Guy driving a 40' empty tractor trailer. I have a 42' class A fully loaded 40,000 lb. Claims can't turn around, have a 150' circle drive, tell them, ABF turning 53 footers in my drive, no way!!! The agree to dump shipment in my builders apt building driveway, WAIT, they failed provide lift truck (order specified lift). I have to hire a driver, bobcat and trailer to get my heater home. UPS just apologizes, won't pay 240$ for the cost. CHEAP FOR WHAT 3 GUYS DID. UPS next day saver, reports delivery of my chemo to my porch, leaves in USPS mailbox (again) in heat, messed up. Wish I had room to show u the emails from them, but none apologize or offer to pay. I guess they hate me, this is no way to run a business. Use FEDEX........

Ups are unreliable

My really important UPS document took several days to be delivered. It cost loads of money (61 pounds) and I am annoyed that UPS and the company -mail boxes etc- will not refund any of this. UPS say it is because there was a problem with the plane and then the driver. UPS have shifted the refund to mail boxes etc saying it is there responsibility, however mail boxes etc say that UPS have not provided them with a refund because of the excuse of the airplane problem. I have no way of checking with UPSs because even though I have the tracking number they won't discuss the order with me. Poor service and poor customer service afterwards. Next time I will use royal mail!

Small Business, Refrain from using UPS

Can't rely on their pick up; some days they come some days not. Even when I called UPS they told me the driver will show up in an half an hour which never happened. In addition, I'm always seeing the driver throwing the packages. Can't rely on their pick up; some days they come some days not. UPS- NEVER AGAIN.

I work at a puppet museum and theater in KC MO. We hired a puppeteer to come from Florida to perform a show. She mailed her stage & puppets a week before the show, because she was flying in. They were sent by ground to Kentucky, and then one was sent back to her in Florida. She called UPS and complained and UPS said they would send the packages by airmail so they would arrive. All the packages except the one with the puppets arrived. That box was 30 minutes away from its destination in a warehouse, and she was not allowed to go pick them up. The show was ruined because of UPS.

UPS in Tampa, Florida - Speeding trucks in manufactured home park

I love in a manufactured home park with a lot of ederly people and children. They use walkers, scooters and canes to get around our park. I called UPS to complain about the drivers speeding, the posted speed is 10mph. The drivers don't know what 30mph is never-the-less the posted speed. I was told that the local supervisor would call me by 2:05pm today, it's 3:56 and no call. I would hate to see one of our residents being hit by one of their drivers. I will send packages thur USPS or Fedex. UPS customer service is a joke.

Ups Sux!!!

I already paid $20 for the shipping and paid extra $4 just to reschedule my deliver. I waited until 11:30pm on the day and I stayed home just to wait for the package. I called them twice, asked about it and they said they will come by the end of the day! this is crazy. UPS never show up and they said they will deliver again next week! What the heck is that?!? So what's the point of paying extra $ just to reschedule and I never got any resolution for this problem!!! Never use UPS ever again!! I mean, 4$ is not a lot, but this is not right for customer!

UPS rotten service

I had a shipment being delivered from Massachusetts to Chicago by UPS, normally a two day transit. It was picked up at a commercial customer site and shipped. For some reason, they routed it indirectly, and it arrived at Franklin Park late Friday. They told me they would not deliver it til Monday. I offered to pick it up at the Franklin Park depot, they told me that would be too much trouble. I told them I would lose a $10,000 sale (the customer needed the item to finish a large order for Saturday pickup), they said too bad, rules are rules, we can care less. I am filing suit against them, see how much they care then. UPS is a large company, and too cavalier for their own good. If possible use anyone else. Truly rotten service. This company simply does not care.

Same issue. Nine hours on the phone, two supervisors that promised to get my package back, neither lifted a finger. Then charged me cod fees for my own miss shipped package.

Never been treated so poorly.

If this is the same Marshal HAGY that sold motorcycle parts in Chicago then I for one do not believe a single word this liar, thief and bucket of vomit has to say. He caught me on ebay for just over $400 Aust.

He is well known here in Australia, he caught a fellow from the UK and at least 3 motorcycle enthusiasts in the USA have warned me about him. I have no problems with UPS and do at least 2 shipments a month from the UK and one from the US. I would like to attend court when he instigates proceedings and give evidence about this thief. I still retained notes of my conversations with him and his receptionist Laura Collins.

She seemed decent enough and advised that all she gets is complaints about this low life. There are warnings on other sites about HAGY. Have a read and form your own opinion.

He regularly changed sites on ebay when he accumulated a number of negatives. Ebay were aware of his activities and REFUSED to take action.

Way to embelish, UPS told you "too bad" and something was "too much trouble"? I call BS and it makes me wonder what else you have lied about.

In any event, good luck with your lawsuit.

I highly encourage you to sue, you will waste a lot more money (compounding your perceived current loss).

When shipping 100's of thousands of packages daily it is possible that something can get misrouted.

If it was that important why did you not 'play it safe' and choose expedited service? Cutting it that close was pure foolishness if it would trly cost you 10k.

don't waste your time with a lawsuit. shipping insurance through any carrier doesn't cover indidental damage, which is what you'd be seeking.

Dont trust UPS in South Florida

I work with a number of UPS offices around the world and for the most part they are ok at what they do. I was shocked at the incompentence and dishonesty of the UPS employees at the Fort Lauderdale office. The delivery person, claims to have attempted to deliver a package to my home three times, all three times we were home. Last attempt was Thursday Sept 8, at 7:30pm. I was home, and I know no attempt was made at that time. Prior to that, they claim he stopped 2 times between 3pm and 4pm. My wife was home, so the delivery guy may have stopped for a nano second, but he did not knock. I called customer service on the the 7th and spoke with Evette who was demeaning, curt, abrasive, abnoxious, and last but not least plain dishonest. Always trying to hide behind "UPS" Policy, blaming me for the problem, and trying to bully me to back down from wanting just plain, simple good service. I finally got her to commit to have the package delivered on Friday 9/9/2011. I worked from home that afternoon to ensure I could sit on the front porch and wait for the UPS guy to deliver the package. Around 3pm the UPS truck speeds by the house again and does not stop. So I called UPS again to find out why the UPS truck didn't stop. Sure enough, I get another very unhelpful, incompentent, employee by the name of Didi from the South Florida office who tells me that Evette didn't committ to have the package delivered and that I have to drive 30 miles to their office to pick up the package - at their convenience between the hours of 10am and 1pm on Saturday. UPS Employees in the Fort Lauderdale office make the US post office look spectacular!! I am sure with offering this kind of service they will be going out of business eventually!!! If mailing to South Florida - use the US Postal Service, definitely not UPS. Guess I will be driving 30 miles out to the UPS office tomorrow to see if my package is really there - I doubt it will be there. Don't Trust UPS in South Florida!!!

Ups employees are nothing but bunch of thieves!

I sent a gift and a birthday card to my dad but when it was delivered the gift was gone. Someone opened the package, took out the gift, and sealed the envelop back with a tape before delivery. It is unbelievable and a shame that a company as big as big as Ups could have thieves working for them. I called their customer service and all I was asked was that is the merchandise replaceable? I told the lady is not about being replace rather it is about the dishonesty and if this can happened with Ups then, it is an issue that is worth looking into properly and thoroughly.

UPS can not tell if a person is dishonest,they can only do a backround check. If your clean (just havent been caught) how would they know..

Seems like she wanted to replace it,thats all they can do after the fact.

I'm sure they will try to find out who did it but with so many ppl's hands on it,it would be hard to flat out blame someone..

Camera's on the inside might help...
