UPS is the worst option for shipping
A while back, UPS left a package clearly marked "XBOX 360" in front of my house, and they were surprised that I reported it missing when I got home at 9:30pm after working a 13 hour shift. The UPS driver was rude like he always is, and accused me of lying about the package not being there. Previously, he had complained to me, my friend that used to live with me, and my pet sitter every time I received a heavy package. Since then, they have required a signature for every delivery. This is a huge inconvenience since I work until 8pm, I can't be home for the deliveries. So I have to wait to get the shipping notice on my door, ask them to hold the package at UPS, and drive 30 minutes to the UPS location. If I have a day off work and wait at home for my package, the driver doesn't usually get to my house until between 6pm-7:30pm. Waiting at my house turns out to be a waste of my entire day AND night. UPS is a waste of time and I will be searching for a shopping website that uses only FedEx or USPS.

Well never got my ps3 back but they cut me a check for $487.00 So i was happy but they still took like a month!

UPS sucks!! I Agree with Many!!
UPS often doesn't deliver until 10PM nighttime. The 3 consecutive Black men that deliver never knock or acknowledge delivery ever. My packages lately always come mashed or half ripped open. When I speak to the delivery men, they just sneer at me. Words go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on....to have to be bothered by this. More and More and More and More and More and More and More and More and More and More and More....to be bothered by this!! What a PROBLEM this complaint is made to be so that NO ONE will bother!!!!
Ups has no customer service. beware!
sent package to los angles. the address was off by one digit. i called to correct it. said shipper must call and correct. they did. next step in incorrect addresses, ups makes up an address themselves close to the one on package. go figure! how can that ever be correct??? i call again and am informed of their address change. no i say, it is wrong and have given the correct address. why isnt ups using it? dorked around delivering it 3 days to their address. go figure. called m,t,w,t,f with correct address, spoke to 4 supervisors. second supervisor incorrectly puts the logs address leaving off on digit from my giving him the address once again. 3rd supervisor, patronizing and never sorry! says will call my by 10:00am next day to confirm delivery. Why? He never calls. 4 supervisor NPT2895 made excuses for ups and really could have cared less by his obnox tone. Will is get delivered today?? Bottom line you cannot go past supervisor. Service ends there. you are out of luck. they all say they will help you and then when there is a failure nothing more will happen and someone else will say they will help you!

UPS has the worst customer service processes and people, and their lack of ability to give instructions to drivers about where to and where NOT to leave packages and anything else reflects their dark ages mentality. The stupidity you encounter and total lack of caring when dealing with any and all of their "service" options is shameful and they should be embarrassed by how little they care about their customers. Thankfully, I choose to NEVER use them when sending and only have to deal with them on deliveries, but even that is too frustrating! Choose ANY other method of mail service you can find!!!
UPS in New York, New York - Can't find my package
regarding package #9314 6303 4237 , i missed the 1st & 2nd attempts , so I called on 1-800-833-9943 at 10:30am Thursday in order to pick it up .the operator told me it is ready for me to pick it up. I went to the UPS office located in 56-13 48st, Maspith asking for the package . they told me there is nothing left for you. I told them the story, but i found no one is helping. I called back the costumer center , they told me they didn't register the package to be picked up. few mints latter some one in the office told me they are trying to locate it , 2 mints latter they told me , we can't find the package .
UPS has No Complaint Process or Resolution
My background, dual Military and spouse is pregnant. We are due in 4 weeks. We ordered baby furniture w/ UPS delivery to our home. A note was left asking for signature and UPS would leave the parcels. We signed but next day note still stuck to door, right next to new sticky requesting the same. We sign and leave both only to have a 3rd sticky the following day saying 3 attempts made we need to pick up package from store. I called the 800-742-5877 three days in a row and was told each day driver would return but he never did. On day 4 I call again and was told package has been returned to sender. I spoke to 3 managers at the # above and each eventually patched me back to the UPS office to speak to the clerk whoI spoke each time I had a problem. I have requested to speak to the Manager of the store, today and I'm awaiting her call hopefully Ms. Craig is more capable than the lot I've been dealing with.
