UPS SUCKS!!!!! I agree!!!!
Ripped open my packages I've received from UPS for the past 4 deliveries from them. I've Ordered, unusually, a lot more items recently; and undoubtedly in this backward town particularly, the workers are curious to see what's being delivered. And, of course, if you complain to the old hag in charge of UPS here, she just brushes your complaints off!!!! YES...UPS SUCKS!!!! UPS in Caledonia, Michigan - Overcharged and Lied!!
I owe a good size retail company that grosses about 2 million a year. I was using UPS to ship my product. They overcharged and lied to my vendors. NEVER AGAIN will I ever use UPS. They informed my vendors that I REFUSED to pay my shipping bills. Then they tried to double bill= me & the vendors. CROOKS! Then when I tried to just pay off the shipping bills, they told me I couldnt and picked up the phone and called my vendors to tell them lies. They are very expensive, unprofessional, unethical, and never tell the truth. DO NOT USE UPS!
UPS in Miami, Florida - Worst customer service ever
ups has the worst customer service ever, they suckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk and im pissed at them i hope u guys improve your customer service skills and train better your representatives it were for me i would never use ups they have to learn a lesson for being such a dutchb**s. first they give you an estimate time when the package should arrive, lets say that its from 2 to 5, well if they say that they are either going to show up at 1 or 6, and if by any chance the driver its in a hurry he wont even ring the house bell, it happened to me. it was the third attempt and i stayed home just waiting for them because the package was supposed to be deliver from 2 to 5, the ups truck pulled out in my complex at around 8:20 pm, i saw the truck from my window and i sat on my couch waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting within 15 min i looked over the window again and the truck had disappear so i walked out my apt and noticed that the driver had left another infonotice, i got pissed but i had to go to work because i work night time. the following day i woke up and called them asking them if it was possibly for me to pick up the package and the lady that there was nothing i could do because the shipment had been sent back..... woaoooooooooo way to do business meaning that now i have to pay for another shipping, where i get no customer service at all, and they are super unprofessional.. why is it that big companies don't realize that its us who make them or brake them and when they they feel they super big they don't care about little details that make customer satisfied, but i had enough from this company and im refusing to use it
UPS in Dallas, Texas - 2 weeks late overnight shipping!
I have ordered my item online on Friday, September 17 and paid for an over night shipping hoping it would arrive on Monday September 19. As September 20 rolls by, there is no sign of my overnight shipping package. (Hint: Expensive and over priced overnight shipping fee = urgent and in need) By lunch time of September 21, I called the UPS office regarding my package. They said the package was already delivered in the morning of september 21 at 8 o'clock in the morning at the address which is a business. Correct me if I'm wrong but, at 8 o'clock most people are still at home or on their way to work. So i ask them if i can go pick it up. They said I cant and I have to wait for it to be deliver the next day at a reasonable time. On September 22, my package is still not here! I called them again to see what i can do to receive this package. And they replied just like last time, " You're package will be deliver to you tomorrow". I was pissed but not as ticked off. As September 23 roles by (which is today), There is still no sign of my package. I had to call the UPS office again this afternoon, They said, "Your package was sent back to Memphis because no one was there to receive the package on September 21, The earliest arrive time would beTuesday, September 27" By that time, smoke was coming out of my ears!! The reason I paid for an overnight shipping is to get it within the next 2 days not the next 2 weeks!!!! And on September 25 I have to travel to a different country for 6 months!!! And i need to use my package in that 6 months! How the *** willI be able to receive my package if I am not here to receive it ?!?!?!?! If someone else sign off for it they would have to pay international shipping fee to deliver the package to me one more time. What a waste of money!! Why the *** would they send it back to Memphis?!?! How idiotic can they be? It's not like I haven't claimed it, I have called UPS everyday for my package! How did they not know that my package was delivered back to Memphis!?!?!?! and told me that it would be delivered for me the next day! UPS have ruined my last 2 days in the States. I mean, who the *** deliver a package at freaking 8 o'clock in the morning, Who would be there to receive it?!?! How would i know to wake up extra early for the package? How could i predict that it would come at that time? Im at my office 13 hrs a day from 9:00AM- 10:00 PM everyday! There is nothing i can do now other than have it internationally ship it to me. What a waste on money, the over-priced overnight shipping cost and an international shipping fee! and The worst part is I cant do anything about it.
UPS in Tampa, Florida - Rude Customer Service
Just called UPS to report 2 attempts by their delivery driver, attempts which were NEVER made since someone was home the entire time! This happens quite often as a friend of mine who worked for UPS previously, said that many times drivers will rush thru areas and many or may not leave notices, but they do it quickly and close out the deliveries as "party not available" so they can meet at the local pub where they park their trucks in the rear of the building, especially on Friday afternoons. The customer service / tracking number representative I spoke with, named Max, was rude and hung up on me! This is not the first time this has happened as their reps show little concern for the customer's problems. UPS' poor service, both in deliveries and customer service, is the reason why their business continues to decline! One day, they will be out of business!!!
Someone should sue UPS
If you have lots of money someone should def sue UPS for false advertising and misleading ad to general public. They gurantee shipping on ad and they take twice as long. Fu**kn company should close down. i hate ups so much. they are the worst compnay ever. companys going broke right now. they have to hire unsucuessful ppl who don't speak proper english outside of north america. governemnt should close down UPS. They should not be in business. fed ex and USpS is better than this *** p of *** ups. i hope someone sues them soon. can't wait for law suit
Worst BS terrible horrible never ever UPS
My bf paid $60 for standard shipping plus signature confirmation with UPS.They advertise it as "3-5 business days guranteed shipping.Sep 20 is my friend's bday and I needed this shiping to come on time. Item was supposed to arrive latest sep 20th and now it's going to arrive on Sep 29th!can you believe it? because *** company forgot paperwork.paper work came from LA to Vancouver Canada and item was misplaced.Now instead of them sending item straight from LA it's going to SC,Il and floria. Unbelievable ups is the worst f*ckn company out there!!! and their customer service is from Philiphines and noone speak proper English! UPS should get sued for false advertise and misleading ad to general public. UPS die! never ever use UPS!!
UPS in Hurst, Texas - Second Time non-delivery
Second time in three months I've had UPS not deliver a product. Last time the vendor was cordial and resent the item at no charge, but they lied about trying to deliver item, never left a notice. Someone was available all the days of expected window of delivery. We were only able to access shipping information once the item was returned to vendor. This time, they've delivered to an office which is the wrong address, despite all shipping info being correct. They've had someone I don't know sign for the item, and the office delivered to isn't the same address as the apartment building on the shipping information. We've verified this twice, and are going to report the item stolen and pursue further action.
100 words is not enough. June '11, Apple delivery, driver signs, misspells name, Apple alerted calls me, I find computer dumped at gate, Apple reports driver. 7/12, UPS driver uses USPS box for overnight delivery, gets reported by USPS, again not me don't know what happened to driver. 9/2 UPS Freight LTL, claims cant deliver 300 lb heater not contact on shipping order (lie, some inside UPS guy sends me order later # on it.). 9/8, UPS refuses to deliver once they make it to my town, because local office says my road is dangerous. Guy driving a 40' empty tractor trailer. I have a 42' class A fully loaded 40,000 lb. Claims can't turn around, have a 150' circle drive, tell them, ABF turning 53 footers in my drive, no way!!! The agree to dump shipment in my builders apt building driveway, WAIT, they failed provide lift truck (order specified lift). I have to hire a driver, bobcat and trailer to get my heater home. UPS just apologizes, won't pay 240$ for the cost. CHEAP FOR WHAT 3 GUYS DID. UPS next day saver, reports delivery of my chemo to my porch, leaves in USPS mailbox (again) in heat, messed up. Wish I had room to show u the emails from them, but none apologize or offer to pay. I guess they hate me, this is no way to run a business. Use FEDEX........
Ups are unreliable
My really important UPS document took several days to be delivered. It cost loads of money (61 pounds) and I am annoyed that UPS and the company -mail boxes etc- will not refund any of this. UPS say it is because there was a problem with the plane and then the driver. UPS have shifted the refund to mail boxes etc saying it is there responsibility, however mail boxes etc say that UPS have not provided them with a refund because of the excuse of the airplane problem. I have no way of checking with UPSs because even though I have the tracking number they won't discuss the order with me. Poor service and poor customer service afterwards. Next time I will use royal mail!
