I hate ups
UPS was supposed to deliver a package to me yesterday! I paid extra to have it next day shipping. The "driver" forgot the package! So they told me if i wanted it i would have to drive 45 minutes each way to pick it up with no refund! I said no just deliver it the next day. To came and went they never brougth the package! They told me it was because when he origanlly lost the package it took 24 hours to return to the warehouse. I had spoken to the superviosr he promised me it would be here today! I called again they put me on hold for over a half hour and then disconnted the line because the reprensentitve did not want to deal with this. I called today and they told me i would have to pick the package up. I *** HATE UPS NEVER AGAIN
UPS delivered to wrong address, very poor customer service
My street address is N. Blank St, my package was delivered to S. Blank St even though it was clearly labeled. I am not happy that my package was delivered to the wrong address but I can forgive them because people make mistakes. When I called to let them know that I didn't get my package is when I got mad. I told them the tracking number shows that it was delivered but I had been home all day and had not received it. They told me the address it was delivered too and then asked me if I had the phone number for that residence so I could call them and go get my package! I don't have the phone number for someone that I don't know and I wouldn't just go knocking on a stranger's door for safety reasons. I am absolutely appalled that this was suggested to me as a solution to their mistake! The reason that I order things is so they are delivered to my house when I can't get out, not so that I can go pick it up anyways!
UPS in Dallas, Texas - Delivery and service
WORST SERVICE, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE MEANING OF SERVICE. OVER THE TELEPHONE THEY SAY SOMETHING BUT IT'S NOT TRUE. THE LIE A LOT. Over the phone i agreed to collect the item by myself, while i reach the collection centre, they said different story, and they provide different date printout which one is not related to the item. Over all UPS service quality is worst, i had this bad experience in Manchester, UPS CUSTOMER CENTRE, JAMES NASMYTH, GREEN LANE, PATRICROFT, M30 0SF. THE ARE NOT ABLE TO FIND THE ITEM, EVEN IT'S AFTER SCANNED BY THEIR OWN COMPANY. DATA WHICH ONE SHOW IN COMPUTER IT'S DIFFERENT FROM THE PRINTOUT WHICH ONE THEY PROVIDE TO THE CUSTOMER.

my shippment arraived from overseas(3 x box), i start waiting at home 1st attampt and 2nd and 3rd bare in your mind i work from home i dont go anywhere speacilly when you expect boxes, try to call costumer services they say we are really sorry thats all they do like they have been trained to say sorry, a week later i had to collect parcel from their office, i spoke one of the ups guy and he confessed that too many delivery on que and short of driver but they are happy to tell you lies that they came but couldnt find you, i personally spend 10k last year using their services but not anymore! i hope they will realize when their profit goes down funny thing is they are so large i guess they get used to it,
UPS in Scarborough, Ontario - Delivery of product
I'm disgusted with your "claimed" attempt of delivery service. No one was within probably 40 miles of this house and they claimed 3 attempts!!!!!bull----! I would like this delivery done NOW!! I have had prior deliveries that were done without any problems. Please find out the fault here. This is upsetting,not UPS standards. When I contacted customer service I was told someone would contact me within an hour...poor sap I believed them. If this isn't resolved asap I will make sure everyone I have contact with know about this expierience Deliver the parcel tomorrow Please
UPS in Monroe Township, New Jersey - Lost a package and then I spent five and a half hours waiting for them to unlock the place.
After attempting to correct the shipping address for the iPhone 4s delivery ups proceeded to lose my package for three days and then when I got to the location to pick it up because I didn't trust them to try to ship it and they told me that it was locked up and I should come back at 3 when they would have access to it. Then when I got there I was told they didn't know how long it would be. So I ended up having to wait a total of five hours for them to get me the package. Absolutely atrocious in my opinion.
UPS Lacking in Customer Service
I awaited delivery of an iPhone most of the day Friday but eventually had to leave. They left a notice that they would re-attempt delivery on Monday between 2-5pm. I arranged to be here during that window. Arrived home at 1:30 to find a notice that they had already been and gone. When I called to find out what happened, I was given a script --"The delivery windows are estimates." There are five delivery windows on the UPS slip. Only one was checked. The driver could arrive before or after the window, but that is not stipulated anywhere on the delivery slip. Then I was told I could wait again tomorrow knowing now that they may not honor the window and be early or late. Or I could drive 45 minutes to UPS and 45 minutes back. Or I could impose on a neighbor to stay home for an unspecified period of time and take delivery for me. I consider all three unacceptable. I asked them to contact the driver so that I could meet him somewhere and was told they are unable to contact their drivers. I don't believe that for a minute. I ordered two iPhones. One came via FedEx easy as can be. I wasn't home, but they left a slip allowing me to sign for delivery and leave it in my absence. UPS is a nightmare. The poor customer service representative could do no more that offer her script. Her supervisor was downright rude. I immediately called Verizon and told them that UPS is not serving them well and they would be better served to use FedEx. I will go out of my way to use FedEx in the future, even if it means paying more.
UPS never left the package at the door!!!
I've been waiting on a package for days and not I go to check the tracking number and it says LEFT at FRONT DOOR ..... what a load of ***. Someone was home all day. Also, driver never made an attempt to deliver my iPhone either nor did he leave a slip. Why are these drivers employed? UPS charges ridiculous fees to ship overnight etc and yet they cannot make a delivery? Are they that lazy? Do they just not care of their jobs? There are plenty of people out there who want to work. Sick of this useless company.
UPS in Stratford, Connecticut - Worst Service
From now on, whenever possible, I'm going with Fedex!!! For someone who receives deliveries through UPS as often as I do, you would figure that I would get better service, but let me explain. UPS never gives a time frame, just that the package will be delivered before the "end of the day" (whatever the *** that means). I used to get my deliveries around 6pm, but I never complained, even though UPS always refused to give me an idea as to an approximate time of delivery. Then all of a sudden, my delivery guy started coming early in the day (between 12 and 1pm), and also all of a sudden needing a signature, never having needed a signature before. Who the *** is home at 12pm?! I receive deliveries through UPS so often because I don't have a car, so I had to make arrangements to go pick up my package 4 miles always, for which I had to go on foot to pick up. What the *** is the advantage of going through UPS, when I have to walk 8 miles to get my package?! So before when I was home all day, I couldn't get UPS to drop my package off earlier in the day, then I start working and going to school, keeping me away from home most of the day, and UPS wants to deliver early in the afternoon, and require a signature, where before they needed none. I express my situation to UPS customer (no) service, and they offer NO help only saying "depends on the driver's route". Basically, despite the fact that I'm a paying customer, often paying extra for overnight delivery, I have no say as to when I get my delivery. Now my most recent experience; I went online to set it up so that the driver can leave the package, even if no one is home to sign. So you figure no more problems, right? Wrong?! I waited ALL day Friday for my delivery because it was extremely important that I receive my delivery before the weekend, the delivery guy comes at 9pm, stops at the house next door to me, pauses there for 20 seconds, and speeds off claiming that my address doesn't exist. Despite the fact that I live on a small dead end street, I had the only house on the street with the front porch light on, my house number was plain to see right near the light, and I was standing at the door. The only reason I didn't come out was because it was drizzling out, and I figured if he was leaving my delivery to the very end of the day, the least he could do, is bring my delivery to the door. But the driver didn't even try and look, I was right next door to the house he was in front of, under all the aforementioned circumstances. He didn't even try! I call customer (no) service, and they apologize and say there is nothing they can do until Monday, despite the fact that I paid for overnight delivery because receiving the package on Friday was extremely important. Saturday customer (no) service calls me and says that the regular driver was out, and this was a new or substitute driver who was confused and thought my address was for the neighboring town. Why the *** would he have a delivery in a different town? And even if that was the case, why was he on my street, right next door to me? I didn't buy it, but what could I do?! Now, you'd figure that my delivery would be the very first on Monday morning, as an attempt to shown some desire to appease me. Wrong again?! I swear, UPS is the only business I've ever experienced where customer complaints are either defended of justified. The driver is always right, I've seen no dedication to quality service.
Unbelievable. I took the day off from work to wait for my iphone 4S delivery. I was not allowed to pre-sign, b/c it's the iphone. I sat by my door all day and even checked a couple times, to see if the driver might have left a note. At 3pm, i opened the door, and found a failed delivery attempt note on the door!! No one ever knocked or rang the doorbell!! When i called to complaint , an operator apologized and said she'd attempt to send a msg for same day re-deliver and i'd get a call back in an hr. 1.45 hrs later, i called again, and they said the driver was too busy "trying to deliver iphones by the end of the day" and would be unable to redeliver!! Unbelievable. Apple should not use UPS if they can avoid it. UPS seriously needs to deal with their drivers and fire these incompetent *** or their managers.
