UPS in Phoenix, Arizona - TO ALL DELIVERY DRIVERS
Please do your best to do your job. Be a good representative to your company care about what you do and provide good customer service, that is all consumers want. we are all in this *** economy and all are trying to get the best for ourselves . we just hate "unnecessary roughness" I have had great service and terrible service. but more often it has been terrible. Its simple respect. if you don't like your job or your packages you deliver you should change your job, don't put your issues on your customers or their items!!! BIG THANKS TO THOSE THAT CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO!!!!! I KNOW I TRY MY BEST!

UPS in New York, New York - Do not ring bell
I had a package that was suppose to be delivered EARLIER in the week I had another package that was attempted to be delivered but was NEVER delivered because the DRIVER NEVER RANG MY BELL! I placed another and he did the SAME THING AGAIN! However, UPS understands they are at fault BUT they CANNOT do anything to prevent this from reoccurring!There are NO accommodations they can provide for THEIR DRIVER LACK OF WORK. In other words I will have to deal with this myself I find this to be ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! UPS has to be the WORSE delivery service who can only accommodate their company!
UPS in Madisonville, Kentucky - Shipping Cost & Delivery Time
I don't really have a complaint, however I do wish the shipping methods were better. I agree with other customers regarding the shipping prices being above average and the fact that you do seem to ship items separately. I wish you would lower your shipping cost or at least ship as much of my order in the same box. I do like LTD and your products. I have just about decorated my daughter's entire apartment, at college, with all LTD products, and she loves it. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion. I wish there was a way that UPS would just deliver the orders, instead of taking them to the US Postal Service. That takes so long and it takes forever for the orders to get to us.
UPS in Bellmore, New York - IN PIECES
I ordered two little tables, covered in bevaled mirror. When they arrived the UPS delivery men PLACED THEM UPSIDE DOWN, and most likely had been tossing them around in the truck. When I opened the package nearly every piece of mirror was shattered, and the drawers were broken and out of place WITH BOTH PACKEGES! I am furious at how IGNORANT AND CARELESS the UPS DELIVERY MEN where. The boxes they were shipped where covered in "FRAGIL" stickers and "THIS SIDE UP" . Unreal, I can't believe how careless they where. Not only that, but UPS doesn't have any numbers to place a caomplaint, it's almost as if you can't even place one.
UPS Store #4040 - Unreliable & Undependable
After 5 years as a mailbox customer of this store at corner of Baseline and Power in Mesa, AZ, the service provided has taken a severe turn toward mediocrity. No response to messages, failure to comply with customer instructions/requests for forwarding of mail, and failure to ship mail when promised. Recently, the store "lost" a FEDEX envelope containing important and expensive tickets just 10 feet away from my mailbox! When I confronted the owner, I was told that maybe I should go and request duplicate tickets. The owner seemed indifferent and unconcerned about the matter. Tell me, how do you lose a large envelope that you have signed for and acknowledged receipt of just a step or two away from the mailbox to which it was addressed? A week later, the envelope was found, after apparently falling into a crack in the mailroom. Because I became upset, the owner decided to just terminate my mailbox. Don't waste your time going to this store.
I used the UPS store in Fallon, Nevada to package and ship valuable collectibles to 4 different customers. EVERY package arrived damaged. I called the store and was told to call the toll free number to submit a claim. I paid a lot of money to have the store package my items and a lot of money to have them shipped. I was reimbursed for the value of the items, but not the expense of packaging them. The store is still open with the same people still working there. DON'T USE THIS UPS STORE. Recently I received a call from UPS wanting to know why I hadn't paid their shipping bills. One I received and paid MONTHS ago and the other bill I have never received. It sounds like their billing department isn't any better than the Fallon store's packaging department. I won't be using UPS anymore.
On 01/07/12 I had a small package shipped to MA. Tracking Number 1z79v5930363313903 Supposedly, it was delivered on 01/13/2012. The tracking information says that it was left at the door. The person to whom it was going said to me that she was at home the whole day...
UPS consistantly fails to deliver packages
Over the past 2 months I have placed about 14 online orders. Everything that was shipped by Fed Ex and USPS arrived on time and undamaged even in horrendous weather conditions. Then there's UPS... they have lost a total of 3 packages in these 2 months. Lost package #1 - When I called because the package they said had been left at my door at 6:00 was not there at 6:35 (I was outside shoveling snow from the driveway at this time, no UPS truck even went down the street) I was advised to keep looking. The second time I called they told me to contact Amazon, because it's Amazons responsibility, not theirs. Thank goodness Amazon has such stellar customer service.They shipped out a replacement overnight. Still has not arrived. Lost package #2 - UPS lost track of it in Arizona somewhere. They told me to call Amazon, since they could not find it. Amazon sent out a replacement overnight. It arrived here well after dark looking like it had been run over by a truck and then chucked from the street to the doorstep. It was laying in a bush. At least I got it though! Lost package #3 - Was a Kindle for my sons CHristmas present. Said they left it on my porch (I do not have a porch, unless you count one small concrete step and a series of stepping stones as a porch.) First I was advised to check under my porch (Really UPS, should I also pry up the stepping stones). Then they advised me to go door to door in my neighborhood and ask for it. I went to a total of 12 houses and did not find my package. But I did find another person who had similar problems with UPS that week. Yet again Amazon and their fantastic customer service replaced the kindle and sent it to me Fed Ex. It arrived on time, in perfect packaging, and the driver actually knocked on the door with a smile in the daylight hours! From now on I refuse to purchase anything that is shipped by UPS as they clearly have no idea how to treat other peoples packages.
