This review is for UPS delivery services in general. As I write this, I have lost a day of packing because the UPS driver, for some unknown reason, decided it was easier for him to simply leave a tag on the door, rather than ring the buzzer. I have been here all day...
Ups keeps loosing my packages
I order from shop nbc and ups cannot get a package delivered to my house. ups has lost my christmas present for the last two years. With all these numbers and codes, they keep delivering my orders to the wrong place and they are lost. tracking number 1Z78FW430340 order number75215179 ShopNBC I am only 14 miles from Bowling Green KY and I cannot receive my freight. UPS has crummy service. I will request other freight when ordering from now on. ShopNBC cannot do anything about this because it is UPS that keeps delivering the packages wrong. thank you UPS delivery date by Jan 2,2012.

Ups is the worst of the worst. This people wonÂ´t even care about checking if they deliver your mail at the right address or not. Neither will they bother and ask someone to sign for the delivery. In my case, I bought a pair of shoes online. My address is 75 Havenbrook Boulevard, North York and they dlivered it in the building next to us: 95 Havenbrook Boulevard. This mail company in my opinion is totally unreliable and careless. They donÂ´t know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YouÂ´d better not use them if you care about what you are sending to a friend or your family. They work in total mayhem. DonÃ±t even know how the Canadian government let them work in this country They took 5 days to dliver the package to the wrong address and 10 days more to decide what kind of *** mistake they made.
I was expecting an overnight package that I had paid extra to receive. It was properly shipped from the shipper on 3/6 and scheduled to arrive on 3/7. On 3/7 - no package; I called UPS customer service and was told it would still arrive by 7pm on 3/7. It is now 3/8 and...
It seems EVERY shipper had HUNDREDS of AWFUL complaints. I could not find even one that had more than one or two even neutral posts. Are they ALL as bad as this site would have you believe? Is the only option "do it yourself" ?? END Sorry for the extra words...
UPS in Boron, California - Panorama City Van Nuys CA 91402
On Feburary 28, 2012 Panrama City in Van Nuys buzzed the aptartment to get in but did not identified himself. Person living in 8540 Willis Ave #21 did not buzz the gate because she did not know it was the delivery service. Later that same evening Land Lord came and told person living in apartment 21 that that UPS threw her package on the ground inside the gate. This is not the first time this has happened with UPS drivers in the Panorama City Van Nuys 91402? In order to make delivery they are supposed to ring the door, identifiey them selves and get buzzed in. Am I being targeted by UPS? Achelle
I order an album online for my client , so i pay a little more for my shipping 2 days.... well the company make fast my order and shipped but UPS took 1 week to delivery.... at the same time i ordered an item at amazon , same history but now i have to go to the POST OFFICE! because " Sorry we missed YOU" WHAT?!!! first if i paying for delivery to MY HOUSE!!! second: The guy never went to my door .... now i have to drive to pick up a package... Some company will be affected by this. because now i ask shipping by UPS or Fedex? im pretty sure that im not alone!
Delivery and Tracking with UPS is questionable.
I purchased a Television back in November of which UPS never delivered. When my package wasn't delivered I contacted Amazon to find out why, of which I was never given a legitimate explanation as to what happened. I was forced to put in a investigation as to what happened to my package and it took UPS 6 additional weeks to figure out what happened to my package. They found the package, but I missed out on a good deal, because of the lengthy wait I requested a refund. Seems I have gotten myself into another situation with UPS's questionable delivery practices, as I am again waiting for another package I ordered on 2/29... So much for expediting a delivery. I paid extra to have the delivery made sooner and I am still waiting and they have also lost tracking on this package as well. I am beginning to question if UPS is a national delivery service or a bunch of Thieves???? Concerned customer once again!
