Customer service agent
I received a ups failure to deliver card 6 days after an attempt to deliver was made. I had to drive 30 miles to the nearest pickup point indicated on the card for self pickup. All of the information on the packege was correct for delivery. I have received ups deliveries at this address for years. The agent seemed unconcerned about my request for an explination and suggested that I try Fed Ex next time. Is this policy? I have always been very impressed with UPS and its service. I hope this was an isolated incident. Thank you for your time.

Limited availability of customer service
We shipped our package internationally with UPS last week, and it got stuck at US Agriculture Department. UPS has for this case a customer service available 6 am - noon EST only ! We are pacific time, so by 9 am they are gone and messages were not returned until the next day ! My complaint is that the UPS system with limited office hours and limited availability and limited effort of calling is not set up to reach the customer in time. Only when I complained and requested to get the supervisor, Iwas told I would not be called back, as the supervisor was not in and would be back next day ! Guess what, the supervisor called me. Jsuta a week too late, our package was ruined by then.

Yep, liars and rude
Received email from shipper, clicked on tracking, saw "incorrect address, driver held". Address was CORRECT, so I called UPS, was told I cannot automatically have all packages held, but to join "My Choice", and THEN they would hold them, I joined, holding packages was NOT an option. I emailed UPS, got call this AM, rude woman told me, "your package is here", address wrong", I told her, NO the address is NOT wrong and I want all of my packages held for pickup. She said she would "flag" (whatever that means) my address to hold all packages. Now, WHY couldn't the person I spoke to yesterday have done that AND why can't the driver find my address? I'm not hidden away, I'm just outside of New Orleans!

UPS Run Around
Pay UPS Store #4441, Davie, Florida, to package, insure, & deliver an antique light. UPS damages one glass part beyond repair. I make the claim. I'm willing to have a duplicate glass piece made; they investigate and learn its not possible. This is a 90 year old piece and is not replaceable. UPS wants the whole lamp to be given to them in order for me to get my insurance claim. Despite the promise from the local UPS store that they would not confiscate the item. This has been going on for 4 months. I call the main UPS corporate offices and they defer to the store. Anyone else know where to go for resolution?

UPS HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICES!
UPS shipped two packages at 10 AM at veterans day to my house. Both items were marked as shipped, BUT my 3rd package was marked as 'The receiver is on a holiday. Delivery will be attempted when the receiver returns' AT 10 AM!!??!?! The UPS guy was in such a hurry to leave! He left and was driving away when I got down to my gate! HE SAW ME BUT WHY DIDN'T HE GIVE ME MY 3RD PACKAGE? Aside from all that, I can't email UPS because they require some Infotrack # that I don't have. I tried to call customer service, but they don't have anyone I can talk to, but a *** robot. I hate UPS.

UPS Mess
100 words is not enough. June '11, Apple delivery, driver signs, misspells name, Apple alerted calls me, I find computer dumped at gate, Apple reports driver. 7/12, UPS driver uses USPS box for overnight delivery, gets reported by USPS, again not me don't know what happened to driver. 9/2 UPS Freight LTL, claims cant deliver 300 lb heater not contact on shipping order (lie, some inside UPS guy sends me order later # on it.). 9/8, UPS refuses to deliver once they make it to my town, because local office says my road is dangerous. Guy driving a 40' empty tractor trailer. I have a 42' class A fully loaded 40,000 lb. Claims can't turn around, have a 150' circle drive, tell them, ABF turning 53 footers in my drive, no way!!! The agree to dump shipment in my builders apt building driveway, WAIT, they failed provide lift truck (order specified lift). I have to hire a driver, bobcat and trailer to get my heater home. UPS just apologizes, won't pay 240$ for the cost. CHEAP FOR WHAT 3 GUYS DID. UPS next day saver, reports delivery of my chemo to my porch, leaves in USPS mailbox (again) in heat, messed up. Wish I had room to show u the emails from them, but none apologize or offer to pay. I guess they hate me, this is no way to run a business. Use FEDEX........

UPS rotten service
I had a shipment being delivered from Massachusetts to Chicago by UPS, normally a two day transit. It was picked up at a commercial customer site and shipped. For some reason, they routed it indirectly, and it arrived at Franklin Park late Friday. They told me they would not deliver it til Monday. I offered to pick it up at the Franklin Park depot, they told me that would be too much trouble. I told them I would lose a $10,000 sale (the customer needed the item to finish a large order for Saturday pickup), they said too bad, rules are rules, we can care less. I am filing suit against them, see how much they care then. UPS is a large company, and too cavalier for their own good. If possible use anyone else. Federal Express would never treat a customer like this. Marshall Hagy Chicago

UPS is the worst option for shipping
A while back, UPS left a package clearly marked "XBOX 360" in front of my house, and they were surprised that I reported it missing when I got home at 9:30pm after working a 13 hour shift. The UPS driver was rude like he always is, and accused me of lying about the package not being there. Previously, he had complained to me, my friend that used to live with me, and my pet sitter every time I received a heavy package. Since then, they have required a signature for every delivery. This is a huge inconvenience since I work until 8pm, I can't be home for the deliveries. So I have to wait to get the shipping notice on my door, ask them to hold the package at UPS, and drive 30 minutes to the UPS location. If I have a day off work and wait at home for my package, the driver doesn't usually get to my house until between 6pm-7:30pm. Waiting at my house turns out to be a waste of my entire day AND night. UPS is a waste of time and I will be searching for a shopping website that uses only FedEx or USPS.

UPS is terrible
I am writing a complaint about UPS due to the fact a vital document was ordered last week that i needed for a Job that i am supposed to start in 1 week. I ordered this document and paid $17.50 for it to be sent over night. Three days later i still do not have this document. The local UPS office in Blackshear Georgia states they could not find address but had my phone number and did not call. The 2nd day they did call at 8:30am but still did not deliever the package. Day three we are still waiting at 5 p.m. We did call but the office states hopefully it will be delivered sometime today. I will never use UPS for anything else.

UPS Dropped the Ball - Big Time
Ordered a generator a couple of days in advance of getting hit by Hurricane Irene as a backup for my sump pump. Paid $250 to have it delivered no later than Saturday (I am in NJ and it was scheduled to hit early morning on Sunday). I called the company that I ordered from to make sure that the shipping instructions were clear. Didn't think that I'd need this b/c I paid to have it there on Saturday, but I wanted to be sure. My receipt and all written correspondence reflect Saturday delivery. I waited at home while tracking my package. Seemed to be going ok. Around 3pm it arrived at a UPS storage facility 45 minutes from my house. I called UPS just to make sure that they were going to deliver it. There are no road closures or delays around my area. They proceeded to tell me that my package would arrive on Monday. When I asked about picking it up, they said no because it was a on a large truck. Clearly they screwed up the order. I spoke with a couple call center people and they couldn't help. They suggested that I seek a refund for my trouble. Thanks UPS. What a bunch of ***

Dear UPS: use the doorbell!
Literally every time I've had UPS ATTEMPT to deliver a package to my apartment, they have not used the doorbell. Then when I leave my apartment I see this lovely post-it on the front door saying they stopped by, while I was at home, and left. I've called them to make sure they would come when I was home. And I'd be home. Yet still the doorbell does not get rung and I get yet another post-it left on the front door to the building. I've checked with the superintendant, and the doorbells work and are labeled correctly. So my question to UPS is: What is it about doorbells that is preventing your delivery personnel from using them?

UPS - Completely incompetent
In less than one week, UPS has fouled up 3 deliveries. The first box delivered was almost unrecognizable. It was battered so badly I posted the photos on Facebook because no one would have believed it. The second package arrived with both items damaged. The shoe box inside was punctured, smashed and broken. Those photos also made it to Facebook. The 3rd delivery was to have been today, but UPS sent the package to the wrong Post Office, causing more of a delay. I have spoken with their Customer Service department for each delivery (or non-delivery) but this continues to be a problem. Do UPS employees have no sense of quality performance or pride in their work? The packages they deliver have been paid for by customers with hard earned money, and they deserve to have their possessions handled carefully -- not tossed around for hockey practice. Unfortunately, most online vendors use UPS exclusively and don't even offer upgraded service to FedEx. I think UPS has become too big with all of these exclusive contracts, and as long as the vendors give no upgrade options to customers, UPS will continue their slovenly, careless practices. I have managed to draw some satisfaction that UPS trucks have no air conditioning. Thus, I feel a sense of karmic justice in this triple digit weather.

Delivery of product
I'm disgusted with your "claimed" attempt of delivery service. No one was within probably 40 miles of this house and they claimed 3 attempts!!!!!bull----! I would like this delivery done NOW!! I have had prior deliveries that were done without any problems. Please find out the fault here. This is upsetting, not UPS standards. When I contacted customer service I was told someone would contact me within an hour...poor sap I believed them. If this isn't resolved asap I will make sure everyone I have contact with know about this expierience Deliver the parcel tomorrow Please

Lost a package and then I spent five and a half hours waiting for them to unlock the place.
After attempting to correct the shipping address for the iPhone 4s delivery ups proceeded to lose my package for three days and then when I got to the location to pick it up because I didn't trust them to try to ship it and they told me that it was locked up and I should come back at 3 when they would have access to it. Then when I got there I was told they didn't know how long it would be. So I ended up having to wait a total of five hours for them to get me the package. Absolutely atrocious in my opinion.

I would think my choice would be easy for you drivers.. I dont know who you are son of Dave, but saying that the package would get damaged is going alittle far dont you think....
Yes but we shower often. And we all hate mychoice, so if you don't want your package mysteriously somehow damaged, don't use it.
