UPS

At one time, UPS was a respected reliable company. Now I avoid them as much as possible because they seem to have forgotten the meaning of customer service. I am partially disabled and often order merchandise online, primarily from Amazon.com, because I cannot get around very well. Packages shipped via UPS are never delivered to me. They are left with a neighbor. This means that I must find someone to retrieve them. Since I live on a cattle ranch with a population of about 20 humans scattered over a large area, this is inconvenient for me and for the people I ask. I have sent messages and talked on the phone with UPS and they assure me that they will deliver correctly, but nothing ever changes. I have contacted Amazon and requested that they not ship my items via UPS, if possible. For all future deliveres, I will file a claim for all items not delivered to my door.

Do you think your special? The reason why you get your packages early from USPS and FEDEX is because of how the route is set up. You aren't the only one in the world waiting for your package.

I have a different complaint with UPS but agreed they have no clue with customer service. We belong to some wine clubs.

They always deliver between 10:30 and 2 when I am not home and then when I ask for a late delivery they can't accomodate me. We have to sign for it and a neighbor can't has to be us. What happened to customer service.

The funny thing is when they are delivering a package that doesn't require a signature they always come very late in the day. My wine club shipments thanks for the understanding of the wineries have changed delivery services from USP.

UPS gives *** service

My UPS driver refuses to deliver to my door and instead leaves packages on the busy street. I have spoken with her and customer-no-service about this numerous times to no avail. Yesterday again found beaten up box in the dirt, crawling with bugs. Box had food shipment in it. Thanks UPS. Brown isn't just the color of your shirt...it is the color of your service: ***, ***, ***. Things will not improve, they just do not care. FEDEX, USPS, DHL and other professional companies are able to deliver to my door...UPS why won't you?

UPS in Los Angeles, California - Jumpstart Bodyfuel

GAllagher BAssett who represent UPS on claims and damages do not return phone calls and do not uphold to their mission and that is to help customers who are in dire need of reply or resolution! UPS driver damaged my gate and I was referred to the insurance company, Gallagher Bassett, who is not replying to my calls! As a result of the damage, the gate will not open or close. The delivery was damaged also. There was a call from UPS and a call from Matt who claims he is from Gallagher but when I returned his call, he did not return my call! UPS said that Matt is not replying to them either! UPS must pay Gallagher well, how come this is happening to me/ My office # in case some one can help me: 310 650 7622 Thanks Linda Ikeda

UPS damaged my shipment, then denied claim.

UPS charged me $234 (including $1400 in insurance coverage) to send phone equipment cross country. It arrived damaged, so I asked the receiver to file a claim, which he did for $205, but UPS denied the claim saying it was not packaged properly. It is easy for UPS to say that, after accepting my packaging and taking my hard earned money. 4" of bubble wrap and Styrofoam on all sides, and they probably dropped it off a truck. UPS charged me a premium for insurance, then they deny my claim. UPS just lost another customer. From now on, I will use FEDEX. And I will see UPS in small claims court.

good luck with that court case perry mason.

when you shipped you had to agree to ups terms and tariffs. included in that document is items related to proper packing. if your packing doesn't qualify, they won't pay, and nothing you can do about it.

if your items had been properly packed, no way it would have been damaged, even if it dropped.

If you had 4" of bubble wrap AND foam - then it should have survived anything that wouldn't obliterate the cardboard box itself. You packed them wrong. Sorry; it's the truth.

UPS "lost" giftcard

In sending a pkg via UPS NEVER put "card" as description. Put "documents". I am convinced an employee thought there would be cash in a birthday card and took the pkg. They were correct. I did not have a receipt for the $100 gift card and I had paid cash so they will not reimburse me for the gift card, only for shipping cost. I'm pissed at UPS and at myself for being so naive. No UPS employee would take documents. By the way, they charged $31 to ship the envelope! I was willing to pay to have it arrive on her birthday.

UPS

UPS is a pain because subcontract *** Purolator out to delivery my Parcels which they don't do. They decide to leave them on the shelve in the depot. There should be a UPS depot here because i am fricken fed up of going to the Purolator depot ever day to get my parcels 1 week after the guaranteed delivery date that UPS gives me. If i get a Guaranteed Delivery date i expect on. I have a business to run and not a play ground. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why isn't there a depot here so that i can be service properly. I Ship a mass amount and receive a mass amount each week of up to 1000.00 and I expect service from a company that i can put trust into. So, right now. How am is suppose to trust UPS if they give my package to Purolator that don't know what to do with it. UPS should get their *** in gear and open a depot here.

UPS lost my package and denied claim

I shipped a package from MD to SC with a used laptop that was like a new computer to my Grandson. I originally purchase the HP Mini from Verizon on their 2 year plan and it only cost 200., so I insured it for $200. This would not be possible to replace for that amount, but I am honest and have documentation for that order. The package was tracked delivered at the door of my recipient and I notified her to look outside. The recipient was home and said she had not seen UPS and no package was delivered. I opened a claim and UPS went through their process and I fax documents that proved what I was claiming. After a week and a half, I am told that their policy is not to issue a claim if the package is released. So I have to go by the UPS driver's word that he delivered the package to the right address and loose out on what I had to spend to replace this computer that was a gift to my grandson. Another incident occured in MD and the UPS driver scanned a delivery to my resident on the wrong tracking number and insisted that I was keeping the wrong package. I was what I ordered and the package showed up in PA. So drivers make mistakes, but the consumer suffers. I will not use UPS again.

UPS in San Diego, California - LAZY BUTTS

UPS IS A JOKE!!!!! They have no idea how much their lazy behinds can mess up people's lives and plans. I was expecting a package today. Came straight home from work and sat in front of my window with my laptop (with view to the street) making sure I didn't miss my package. All of the sudden at exactly 6:10 I hear the truck... I looked out the window and see the truck on the middle lane (NOT THE RIGHT LANE NEXT TO THE CURVE AS IN…. INTENTION TO STOP... NOOOO) He just kept on driving. Minutes later I check delivery status and this is what I See? Status changed stating they had done first attempt. And At what time was that done? Exactly at 6:10. I called to complain and the guy said he would make sure my package makes it today.... an hour later some rude lady calls and said that the driver is gone for the day. WOW!!! GREAT SERVICE UPS... WAY TO GO. Its Friday... I wonder.

I am handicapped and in a wheel chair, ups ignored the lift on my porch. They took the package to the garage which is not connected to the house so my disabled son had to drag it to the front of the house and up the steps.

When called they were rude and very ignorant choosing to condesend and insult us rather than hear a complaint. :(

UPS - can't stand them

So here is my latest complaint for UPS. If you want to schedule to have them pick up packages that have pre-printed labels (prepaid) there is a pickup charge. If you don't want to pay a pick up charge you can drop them off or "if you see a driver" you can give them the packages. How *** is that? You try to help them plan their day by going online to schedule a pickup and they charge you. I have deemed them "Un Personal Service" for their lack of customer assistance – my latest among many complaints about UPS.

So you can't even read, ru that dense! It wasn't a package I had to drop off - that would have been easy.

It was a something I had ordered that was delivered by UPS.

Since I work during the day, they couldn't deliver to my apartment because I wasn't there to sign for it, and they refused to deliver it to a hub closer to my workplace so that I could pick it up there. Instead, I had to drive nearly 30 miles in the opposite direction of my work to pick it up!

ups charges, and thus makes, next to nothing on those return labels. furthermore, the label only pays for return shipping.

sending a driver to make a special stop at your house costs money.

don't be a cheap lazy donkey and drop off your package, like a normal person. you are not special, sweetie.
