UPS left to the werong address
I do not usually use my home address for shipment because I know the carrier track record. But this time I had to because the package was pretty big. On September 6, 2012 I did not go out all day just to wait my shipment from Babyrus. Around 5 p.m., my neighbor rang my door bell to let me know that UPS just left my package at her door, did not even ring the bell. I am so pissed, not only did UPS left it to the wrong address, UPS did not ring the bell either !! What if somebody stole the package !?!? I don't like UPS !!
UPS MESS UP AGAIN!
UPS lied to me and posted their lie on their tracking records. They did not deliver a package stating on their tracking record that there had been an "exception" and gave a time of 9.45 as an attempted delivery time. When I phoned I was told the receiver was not at the premises when they attempted to deliver. On investigation we discovered the package did not leave the UPS destination depot as the driver had determined that the said premesis was closed on the day given and so the package was not even loaded for delivery. This is the second time in two completely different areas in Florida. Exactly the same complaint. No compensation was made to our company.
UPS in Lake Forest, California - Did not ring doorbell after I waited all day.
I waited all day up to 2:15pm to sign for a package. I hear what sounds like a truck and look out a window to see a UPS truck driving away. I note that there is an attempted delivery notice first attempt on my front door. I proceeded to jump in my truck and found the UPS truck a couple of blocks away. I confronted the driver with the notice and said that he did not ring the doorbell. The driver went completely belligerant and said that I called him a liar which I did not. He refused to release the package to me and hastily drove off. Subsequent communication with UPS customer service has me driving 20 miles to pick up my package at 8pm this evening. Oh....am I one pissed customer. Will try to avoid using UPS at all costs. Even if it costs me more.
UPS franchise owner,
the lady at the counter made seem like looking for a package was the worst thing she ever had to do. she almost refused to help me. i told her that UPS did not leave a notice at my home, they called me instead and the caller didn't provide me with a tracking number. she told me that without it, it is impossible to find. she went to the back to look for it and in less than 1min she came back with it. horrible. may be she was having a bad day, no customer service, she should be trained properly
UPS once again does not ring doorbell
This is the third time UPS has left a UPS InfoNotice that they attempted to deliver a package. I work from home with 2 people onsite and 2 dogs that bark at a knock or doorbell ring. I was waiting for a time sensitive package. The driver does not ring or knock on the door. I spoke with a neighbor, that also works from home, and she complained about the same thing happening. She has also received packages for someone on another street. We receive overseas packages via DHL and no problem. FedEx, no problems. USPS no problem. I called customer service and still no call back from the local delivery center. December, I paid for a early AM delivery. 8:00am rolls around no package. I called at 8:30 and they said out for delivery. 11:45 I can see him stopping at other homes for normal delivery. I chewed him a new one. The package clearly had the Early AM label on it. Instead of apologizing, he said they have a window during the holiday. I told him for 1 if it was 10:30 delivery he is late too but the fact it was Early AM Delivery and UPS policy is regardless of holiday is Early AM packages are to arrive by 7:30am I used to have respect for UPS but ever since the UPS strike the service has gone down drastically. Another example how Unions are ruining America.
UPS dropped the ball
I was suppose to receive my priority medicine and did not, they say that the delivery was aborted because no one was home to sign and receive the package. This is *** I was in all day. I was waiting and the delivery was never made and i am now dealing with medical issues as a result of their cover up for their delevery person. I am writing this the next day and still have not received my medicine and hope to hear from UPS's headquarters after i write them a letter. By the way they said that they left a calling card, and that was not true as well. Repromand should talke place.
UPS stoled my package!
So I had an order from Coach coming via UPS when I noticed the tracking looked a bit funny. Houston, TX, United States 08/31/2012 3:56 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS It is obvious that something doesn't look right here, why would it go back to the origin city?? OK, so passed that it was supposed to be delivered on 8/31/12. That day come and went and nothing. I called UPS just to have them tell me that I was supposed to have gotten my package on Friday 8/31 and that they don't know where my package is!! I made them start an investigation, and still nothing. I have the horrible feeling that my package it's not going to reappeared. How can this happen?
UPS in Chicago, Illinois - UPD did not deliver for days
I ordered some construction materials and paid 500 dollars extra to get it delivered earlier. UPS was supposed to deliver it on 8/31/2012. UPS showed on their web site as it is out for delivery. Today is September 4, 2012 time is 7;50 pm. Still did not get it and it shows as rescheduled for tomorrow. I could not understand what is going on with them. I have one word. They sucks. Better to work with Fedex. Or maybe we need to give chance to small companies to compete with giants. For instance A1 did one of my deliveries. They were fast and on time. I recommend them to everyone.
Stay AWAY from UPS at any cost!!!
My investment company did their part by sending me a check for a large amount last week through UPS. They even covered the $25 overnight delivery fee for me. I took Thursday off of work just to stay at home and make sure I was there to receive it. I waited ALL day long, and nothing....just to find out late in the evening that someone forgot it in the warehouse, and it was never even on a delivery truck. Noone bothered to inform me of any of this. The next day, I took another day off of work (2 days loss and wasted for nothing) and called the UPS 800 number, and the rep took my number and told me someone would call me from the local office near me with information re: my package. A woman called and told me around 10:15 am that it would arrive to me before noon that day (yesterday). She also left me with her call back number in case I needed to call again. At past 1 pm, still nothing. I called her back and told that I still hadn't received my package. She puts me on hold, and then comes back and tells me that my package DID indeed get scanned and physically removed from the warehouse and put on the truck, BUT they now can't find it! They were supposedly looking all day and night, and had managers even searching the warehouse and dispatching ALL drivers to check their trucks. Although the driver of the truck my check was supposedly put on, said she couldn't find it anywhere on her truck...And today I've called the 800 number several times to no avail, and everyone just keeps saying how sorry they are, but not taking any accountability for losing my package. I can't do anything since it's Saturday (as well as Labor Day wknd), and now I have no choice but to call my investment company on Tuesday, have them do a stop payment and send another check on Tuesday, and wait even longer. I've encountered huge financial setbacks and loss due to UPS and their horrible negligence. I have a strong suspicion that my check was stolen by someone working at UPS, and I'm contacting an attorney on Tuesday to start the process of filing a lawsuit against UPS. I will NEVER in life do any type of business with this company again. BEWARE OF UPS!!
UPS IS A SHAME!!!!
It has been my second problem with UPS, but it will be tha last!!!! The driver only put the paper in my building door, he never knock the door or ring the bell. After the second attempt I called yesterday to 800 833 9943 and told that tey could hold my package because I was going to the store pick my package up. The guy told me that I had 5 business day to go the store. However I went there today, waited 32 minutes in a huge line, and then the attendant told me that my package was sent back to the shiper. He told me that the guy who talked to me problably forgot to put the information at their system... IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!!! I'LL NEVER USE UPS SERVICE AGAIN, NEVER!!!!!
