UPS lied about delivering the package
I bought a new vaccum cleaner online which was shipped via UPS. After waiting for a week, I checked the UPS website, which indicated that they delievered the package. I was home all day and the UPS guy never came. When I complained with the online store, a week later the UPS guy came asking about the condition of the package. He told me that he left it at the door and left (without any signature). So I filed a complaint with my credit card company. They started an investigation and followed up with UPS. Now UPS somehow cameup with a fake signature that the delievered the package. If there was a signature, why did the delivery guy say he left it at the door? Now my credit card company is claiming UPS has my signature and wont reimburse me the money. Now I paid $174 for a merchendise which I dont have. UPS stole it.

Save yourself the stress and heartache and don't bother mailing ANYTHING with UPS. Your package is more likely to get to you if you let it fly away in the wind or attached it to a pigeon carrier. I had a time sensitive package sent to me via UPS's 2nd day air service from Pittsburgh to New York on a Tuesday, due to arrive on the Thursday. It is now Monday night and the package, which I have a tracking number for and have been tracking, has not arrived. This wouldn't be so devastating if UPS bothered to be forthcoming, or if I hadn't taken the last 3 business days off to literally sit and wait for this package (that was only sent via UPS because it is literally life altering and I needed the assurance that it would get here ON TIME). Instead, UPS seems to have taught their customer service people to flat out lie to you. On Thursday, the excuse was that it was sent to the wrong center and they needed to redirect it to the correct center. On Friday, the excuse was that even though they spent the day telling me on the phone that the package was on its way to be delivered, they in fact forgot it at the facility. On Saturday, they said that they do not make residential deliveries and will in fact have my package to me early Monday morning and will have the center that now has my package, call me themselves. When I asked them for the center's address, so I can pick up the package, they admitted to not knowing which center my package was with. No one called me on Monday. I called them, and they said the center will be calling me and that the package is in fact out for delivery. At 9am, they said the package will be here for 7pm. At 6:50pm, they said the package will be here for 8:30pm. After about the 6th call, someone from the center finally called to assure me the delivery truck had my package and was on its way. The center eventually just stopped picking up their phone for me or the customer service staff. At 8:30pm, the customer service staff said the package will be here for 10pm. At 10pm, the manager finally admitted that the package will not be arriving today, but again claimed it will arrive by end of the day on the next business day. FINALLY, the manage agreed to give me the address. I'm about to go there an hour before their doors open so I can sit there and hopefully get my package when they finally open their doors. All I can hope for at this point is that they haven't lost my package. Believe me when I tell you that you're better off with any OTHER company. UPS will take your money and your package and run and pay their employees to LIE to you for kicks.
UPS in Roseville, California - Theft Rings nation wide
For at least the last 6 years UPS has been turning a blind eye to high dollar thefts by drivers. The company refuses to investigate, repeatedly. I have had at least 4 high value items stolen by drivers in the ROCKLIN CALIFORNIA warehouse. In the last 3 years thefts are up over 1200% Headquarters refuses to do anything about it. I have talked to DOZENS of friends around the country and ALL have experienced the exact same thing. It's time to expose these thieves and the structure that supports them. If we keep people from using them, especially before Christmas and we take food out of their mouths, maybe they will wake up before i beat the ____ out of the next driver.
UPS in Chicago, Illinois - DRIVER WALKS AWAY WITH PACKAGE
When I came to the door the UPS driver was walking away with package in his hand going to the truck,"I said excuse me is that package for me" and his response was " Its to late no I waited long enough for you to come to the door" and continue to walk to his truck get in it and pulled away with the package in his hand. If any one have an address to the corporate office i want to send letters about this to D. Scott Davis ( Chairman & Chief Executive Office), John McDevitt (Senior Vice- President Human Resources and Labor Relations), Myron Gray ( President of Operations), and David Abney( Chief Operating Officer). and any other person who will be able to make sure that this driver don't just get a slap on the hand. I have never in my life experience such poor customer service.
UPS terrible service
I had a package to be delivered. Driver reported attempted delivery, I was home all day. I called to reschedule, I was told I had to meet driver at a business across the street from my house, because his schedule was too tight to drop package at end of my driveway, so I could send my son up to get it. This is absolutely ridiculous, next will my mail carrier want me to walk to my neighbor's for my letters? Extremely poor customer service. I will ask in the future for all packages to be sent thru postal service.
UPS left to the werong address
I do not usually use my home address for shipment because I know the carrier track record. But this time I had to because the package was pretty big. On September 6, 2012 I did not go out all day just to wait my shipment from Babyrus. Around 5 p.m., my neighbor rang my door bell to let me know that UPS just left my package at her door, did not even ring the bell. I am so pissed, not only did UPS left it to the wrong address, UPS did not ring the bell either !! What if somebody stole the package !?!? I don't like UPS !!
UPS MESS UP AGAIN!
UPS lied to me and posted their lie on their tracking records. They did not deliver a package stating on their tracking record that there had been an "exception" and gave a time of 9.45 as an attempted delivery time. When I phoned I was told the receiver was not at the premises when they attempted to deliver. On investigation we discovered the package did not leave the UPS destination depot as the driver had determined that the said premesis was closed on the day given and so the package was not even loaded for delivery. This is the second time in two completely different areas in Florida. Exactly the same complaint. No compensation was made to our company.
