UPS damaged package

ups did not deliver my package on the date it was scheduled for on the tracking site,so i called them to see were it was ,they told me they had damaged the package a had to hold it to inspect it for damage it was delivered the next day and that's when i was assured by the driver that it was inspected and there was no damage but when i opened it i found a 2 inch gash in the front of a $699.00 guitar amplifier i am still trying to get this resolved even after ups admits they did the damage

Where's My Package UPS?

I placed an order online as a gift for my wife. November 9 2012 my 10 year anniversary expecting for UPS to deliver my package overnight delivery, then I got an email saying they drop it off in front of my door but there was none. This was the 3rd time they did this to me. I called the company I ordered the gift from and they will replace the missing package, but as far as UPS they said they will investigate for the 3rd time!!! And never did got any answers from them why and WTF!! they do to my packages!! Never use them if you have a choice to use other couriers. I have to wait for another 5 days for my wife's gift to be replaced. Thanks for screwing up my 10 year anniversary gift UPS!!!!

I called them up and they said it's on time, I called converse and they've been having alot of calls and issues with UPS. They should not drop off packages if it's not signed for,, but then again ups mentioned it does not have to be signed, so that means the driver can just say they drop off the package and take it for themselves?

I dont know. specially if your ordering a $120 converse shoes.

Then again who em I to accuse. All I know is I paid for the item and I want my package deliver as promised.

UPS IS A LIAR

UPS didn't make delivery but the tracking information showed they made! My wife was at home at 6:43pm on November 7, 2012, but UPS tracking information said the customer was not available at that time! The UPS driver didn't come. UPS told a lie! What a liar! I called UPS, but UPS doesn't have a effective communication procedure between the customer service rep. and local office for delivery. I think UPS's operation and management is horrible. I ever don't know where I can file a compliant to UPS, then I used google to get this website.

November 9 2012 I was supposed to get an overnight delivery, paid $14.00 for it and got the same email saying my package has been delivered left in front of my door at 9:43 am. I took a day off because of this package for my 10th anniversary, this package is a gift for my wife and I'm so mad that the package is not in front of my door.

How could they say they delivered it but I don't have the package. Its the 3rd time they did this to me, customer service keeps saying they will investigate but nothing was ever done to it.

Some one has to fix this problems. If only I have the choice to chose which delivery company to use, I would not pick UPS.

UPS !%$K me!!!! and not in a good way

Ordered a new cell phone through a great company, and UPS was supposed to deliver it next day. Tracked my package around noon and found to my surprise that the driver said no one was there by that name and it was deemed undeliverable, BS!!!! the driver never stopped by. So I called their call center and spoke with a rude customer rep and a manager or supervisor who had more attitude and disgust with people(great career choice ZOEY). Then after an hour I got a call from the local office and they told me my package would be delivered the next day, HAHA. So I check the tracking and they deemed it undelivered again!!! I'm in sales and my new cell phone was to replace the one that got broke and my clients who pay my bills cant call me. So UPS does not care for the customer or their needs. Do not use UPS!!! be smart and use FEDEX or DHL or even pigeons

UPS is perhaps the worst company on planet!

I placed an order in the US and had it shipped to Canada via UPS Express Service at a cost of 50$. I voiced my concerns to vendor asking that they use an alternate shipper as UPS gouges with exorbitant brokerage feeds and other tax , duties..etc that just don't make sense. The shipper ensured me that the Express shipping method includes all brokerage fees so it won't be an issue. Long story short , UPS delivers and attempts to collect an additional 125$ on 500$ which includes extra brokerage fees. When driver showed up I refused package from UPS . In the package tracking information the driver states that I refused shipping because package has been 'shipped too late' which is a complete fabrication. Here is where the story gets interesting. Pacjage is returned to original shipper and about a week later UPS sends me a bill for $350 for return shipping. Seriously! To make matters worse my returned package has been stuck in Kentucky for 3 weeks. The original shipper is very upsets with UPS for their incompetence and explicitly told me not to pay them a cent. UPS deservers to go out of business.

UPS is a joke

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. The driver comes by, delivers 1 of 2 items I had ordered, and says that the other package is in his computer, but not on the truck. He says it might have been left at the hub or on another truck. I called UPS on their worthless customer service line, and I get the run around. They tell me its on the truck out for delivery, so I tell them that the driver came by, said it was not on his truck. Then I get oh, it might be on a different truck. I ask if there are several trucks on this route, but they don't know. I ask if there is a number to the local hub, nope, they don't know that either. Customer service was useless. They just tell me to wait and it should be delivered tomorrow. EFF that, I paid for 2 day shipping, it should be delivered today. No offer to deliver it early morning, no offer to waive shipping(Which I did get done on Amazon, a whole different story there). Last time I use UPS, period.

UPS ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! >:-(

DO NOT USE UPS ...here is why after sending an OVERNIGHT package (a pair of shoes) to Ontario Canada from Miami Beach, Fl on Thursday Nov 1st 2012, and paying over $130 for shipping with UPS....next day (Friday) I checked the status of it and it was apparently stuck in "a warehouse in Ontario" according to the ups website. I called them and they simply told me that it was held by customs in Ontario and waiting to be checked and released for delivery. I ASKED many times if they need it any extra information or paper work from me or the receiver and they say NO, that everything was fine. Next Day (Saturday) the pkg was NOT delivered and I was never notified by them as I requested, it was still on "Hold" in Customs and they told me the same old thing....waiting for it to be Processed blah blah blah...I was so upset and my costumer in Canada was livid! Today, Tuesday Nov 6th 2012 the status changed to "exception" and after spending 45 min on the phone with them they finally said that they need a receipt from the purchase of the Shoes...WTH?! why didn't they tell me this before hand....? Now my pkg is still on Hold, I'm about to loose a costumer and $130 which I am SURE they will not give back to me...so unprofessional, no regards for costumers, so disappointing...UPS never again

UPS in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island - Real bad service

i had a package being delivered by ups the tracking said it was scanned to destination on friday 01 nov 2012 so i called ups and they informed me that the package was out for delivery by 7pm on friday it never arrived then on sat i received an email saying that it was guaranteed delivery by 7 pm on monday well guess what it never showed up and i called them at 1pm to check the status and was again informed that it would be here by 7pm i have been on the phone with them for 3 hrs and they do not know where the package is

UPS man knocks out my 10 year old Bichon for barking at him.

My Bichon who has approached and barked at this man for the last year or so, was barking at him. The driver did not stop walking so the dog followed him. The man waited for the dog to get close enough and then this 6 foot plus man back handed the 19 pound dog in the head with all his might using the scanner he uses on packages. The dog feel lifeless on the spot right in front of me. UPS refuses to do anything. 2 days later the man filed "aggressive " dog citations against us and now we have to go to court. The dog did not and never has bitten him. Now the UPS driver has been sending any of our packages back as "undeliverable." UPS refuse to respond to our request to have the man moved to a new route. They have been sent two certified letters to corporate from attorney's . No response! Great customer service! I posted on the UPS facebook but they took it down! You will only find glorious , wonderful things written about UPS on their facebook!

UPS in Hammond, Indiana - LIED ABOUT COMING TO MY HOUSE

I had an important package coming. I called off work to get it. Stood by the door. Double checked the door bell. When i refresh the tracking info it said first attempt had been made. So i reviewed the tape because i have 16 cameras at my house and nobody came by. The ups driver flat out lied. I had already been avoiding shipping with them because on other occasions they never rang the door bell. I would review the tape and the UPS truck would show up the guy would run up to my door post a sticker and then leave. Never had the package in his hand.

The same thing happened with me. My room mates said no one knocked the door, and witnesses in the neighborhood said the truck was there, and the guy just slapped a notice on the door and left. WTF!

First of all,I would like to know are you on some type of meds.Second of all i would like to know why?Would anyone have 16 CAMERAS in their home.And last of all if you alway's have a problem with the UPS why?Would you not have your package's delivered by some other company.Something about this post does not ring true.WTF is going on between youself and THE UPS.I have had several package's delivered by UPS and Guess what!I recieved every last one of my package's.I had left and Went to the store oneday not thinking UPS would arrive before i got back since the store is just around the corner from my home,But UPS did arrive before i returned from the store and Guess what on his way in for the day he returned to my home with my package.He did not have to return,He could have taken the package back but he did not do so.So i find your story hard to believe.Why?Would UPS NOT DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR HOME.

Yeah right! You have sixteen cameras at your house-----what are you a security nut?

I would be surprised if you have even one real security camera.

As far as you standing by the door, I know you didn't do that all day, or even in the one-two hour time frame that UPS usually has. People do have to make trips to the bathroom, get something to eat, etc.
