UPS sucks

I got a email saying my shoes would come on the 13th today is the 13th I saw the UPS man pull up and walk towards my house I have 5 steps yet when I got to the door he was pulling off and I all i got was a failed attempt note seriously? Wtf is that *** I understand you tired and ready to get off but there is no way you even knocked on my door I only have 5 STEPS by the time I hit the last step you were gone bad service dude really bad service smh

UPS , Astoria Queens keeps loosing my packages

They have lost my second package this month, they say on tracking that the package was " left at the front door" . I was waiting at the front door for them ( I saw UPS track passing by), but they never stopped by my building. secod time- no one from UPS was at my front door, no one rang my bell, no one left any packages for me. How could they live 400$ iteam at the front door without any signature at the apartment biulding plus I was the witness that no one stopped by from UPS. I guess its not important to them.

Ups shattered a CAST IRON dish,denied claim twice

ups shattered a CAST IRON dish.denied claim, stating improper packing,I dispute ,filed 2nd dispute thru store ,also denied. called customer service, called claims dept, called local ups store. absolutely no satifaction. called and requested package be returned to me,they THREW IT AWAY. as far as i'm concerned thats still my property. states right on their website damaged items will be returned. have gotten absolutely zero resolution from ups.i am so furious i can't sleep. i have gotten nothing but aggravation from ups,no one, customer service,claims ,supervisors, corporate office,or local store has given any satifaction. i will never spend one dollar at ups and will tell anyone who'll listen, how *** they treat their customers

UPS in Falls City, Nebraska - Bunk bed set shiped

when ups delevered said bunk bed set, it was damaged can send photoes if you would like. e couldnt return the breds our daughter needed them right away for her kids.when the opened the book there was a lot of damage to parts of the beds( can also send photoes of the bed parts also). what we do know for sure is if we dont here from you on this mess. we can only assume your not interested in helping us. Minnapolis MN, UPS delivery driver to lazy to get out his truck

on November 30, 2012 I went to UPS to have a package shipped to Minnapolis,MN package was scheduled to arrive December 5, the receiver of the package was available to receive the package but the delivery driver was to lazy to get out of the truck to deliver the package to me. UPS claimed they made three attemps to deliver the package, how in the world could that be when the lazy driver made not attempt to come to my door and did not even leave a notice. LAZY driver in Minnapolis ,MN. UPS was not caring of situation.

Juan, the delivery driver assigned to the route of my business needs to be fired. He delivered 3 VERY HEAVY packages the other day. Normally this would not be an issue except this day he decided he was going to just walk right on in past the lady in the front office and straight to the back where he the proceeded to drop all the boxes on the floor in the far back corner. I chased him back there to try and ask him to leave the boxes up front since they belonged to a lady who is slightly disabled and she could not be walking back and forth nor could she ever physically be able to pick them up and move them. His response to me was that he was too busy and had a lot to do and has no time to be doing that for me. At this point i got very upset and told him that was his JOB and where was his customer service he just laughed at me and walked out of the building. *** THAT!

UPS *** Website Design

I had a package being delivered to my home and wanted to change delivery to a local UPS Store. In order to do that online, I had to sign up for a "My UPS" service (which took an inordinate amount of time). At the end of the process, I looked for the option to change delivery to a store. Nothing. Again and again, around I go. Finally, I called the 800 number and eventually get an agent. It turns out that becuase the shipment is coming from outside the country, I cannot get it redirected. So... they couldn't tell me that up front before I wasted my time? Still confused as to why I could never find that out online and in the interest of actually learning where I hit a wall, I get shuffled over to customer service who proceeds to tell me that the "no redirected delivery" policy was hidden in the Terms of Service and that because the service wasn't offered on this package, that the option to do that DOESN'T APPEAR. So I'm trying to explain to this so called technical guy that there should be some button or notice or something to tell me that I can't do that instead of nothing. The guy insists that I'm at fault because I didn't read the entire Terms of Service and put two and two together. Sheesh! UPS just doesn't get it. Ths is really *** User Interface Design and it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.

UPS...Supposed Delivery a Complete Lie

I had a package of Xmas gifts coming on the 6th. I found out, unfortunately, that it was being delivered by the Unqualified Parcel Service. Having experienced their wrtetched service in the past, I took a day off to be at home to receive it. I live in the country, rather isolated with a fairly long, uphill driveway. No one can approach my house without me knowing about it. I waited and waited and waited--nothing. Finally in the evening I checked the computer for tracking info on where the gifts might be. UPS's system said the package had been delivered at 2 o'clock to my front door! This was an ABSOLUTE LIE...nothing or no one had come to my front door, back door, side door, hind door or anywhere else on my property. Some people might assume the the delivery guy just stole my stuff. I'm not saying thats what happened but I suppose its possible. If so, the UPS drivers must really love the Xmas season because it gives them so much stuff to swipe. I will repeat this...I was home the whole time and no one came to my house, no delivery was made and my gifts diappeared into the ether.

My package was to arrive on 12/11/12 and I was home all day. Later when I checked my tracking info, the UPS said that the package was delivered with first attempt and no one was available to take the package.

I looked everywhere to find the info Notice evidencing their delivery attempt but no notice was on the door. I went and checked at every apartment door of my neighbors but no note was found. When I called 1800 # UPS insisted that they had left a info Notice but IO have none. I need to get out today as i can't wait around all day again within their span of time from 9AM to later hours in the PM.

They won't even leave it art my door even when I have requested at my own risk because I'm not going to drive all the way to their warehouse after dark hours.

UPS is not being helpful at all. They need to feel customers' pain and be reasonable.
