The most annoying advertisement ever! The rolling out UPS advertisement is the reason I will never ever use this company. This "Roll over to expand" ad opens all the time. And then it is not closing. UPS, you have the worst advertisement EVER! Do you really think that annoying advertisement works? it's the first time any advertisement in internet has got under my skin that much. And there is no easy way to comply on it at UPS - you have to register to leave any feedback. So bad, it's the first time I see such a bad advertisement.
UPS to Canada
I have never used UPS to ship or receive anything in the past. I assumed that they would be professional in their service. I was not home at the time of delivery and received one of their post it notes. There was an unexplained charge on the bill. I tried to arrange so I could pick up the package. After becoming disgusted with their web site, tried to navigate it for 20 mins, I tried Live Chat. I was notified that I was the 13th person and my wait would be about 5 minutes. I then tried to call customer service. Another irritating experience that took 4 minutes of my life that I will never get back, only to find out I could not schedule a time to pick up MY package until the following Monday. Nothing about this company has been easy to deal with. I have never been so frustrated with a web site or attitude of a company as portrayed through their attempts at multimedia "Customer Service". I will try never to use them again.
UPS zero customer service
horrifyingly bad experience with claims dept and non customer servive at UPS. sent my sister a CAST IRON LeCrueset oval baking dish. it arrived shattered,not just broken,but shattered.filed a claim,denied.they said improperly packed. I absolutely dispute that and that person is LYING. That same day I sent handblown glass plate and a bottle of wine which arrived intact. both packed the same but cast iron dish like it exploded. filed 2 claims, both denied, asked to have item shipped back to me,impossible, because my gift had been thrown in the trash, have called at 10 times,talked to customer service, claims, supervisors, corporate and my local store. Nothing ,not one single person could help. I am just completely stunned that this company and it's braindead employees could be so *** obtuse. What kind of horrible handleing shatter a CAST IRON baking dish. There is no recourse for me because my dish is in the trash.I am so thourghly disgusted I will never spend one penny on ups, this company is absolutely deplorable. I tracked my package from Texas to Latham, New York. The tracking info stated it was out for delivery on 12/11/12. It is now 12/13/12 and it still has not come the 10 miles from the service center to my house. The UPS truck just came with another package, but said...
I got a email saying my shoes would come on the 13th today is the 13th I saw the UPS man pull up and walk towards my house I have 5 steps yet when I got to the door he was pulling off and I all i got was a failed attempt note seriously? Wtf is that *** I understand you tired and ready to get off but there is no way you even knocked on my door I only have 5 STEPS by the time I hit the last step you were gone bad service dude really bad service smh
UPS , Astoria Queens keeps loosing my packages
They have lost my second package this month, they say on tracking that the package was " left at the front door" . I was waiting at the front door for them ( I saw UPS track passing by), but they never stopped by my building. secod time- no one from UPS was at my front door, no one rang my bell, no one left any packages for me. How could they live 400$ iteam at the front door without any signature at the apartment biulding plus I was the witness that no one stopped by from UPS. I guess its not important to them.
Ups shattered a CAST IRON dish,denied claim twice
ups shattered a CAST IRON dish.denied claim, stating improper packing,I dispute ,filed 2nd dispute thru store ,also denied. called customer service, called claims dept, called local ups store. absolutely no satifaction. called and requested package be returned to me,they THREW IT AWAY. as far as i'm concerned thats still my property. states right on their website damaged items will be returned. have gotten absolutely zero resolution from ups.i am so furious i can't sleep. i have gotten nothing but aggravation from ups,no one, customer service,claims ,supervisors, corporate office,or local store has given any satifaction. i will never spend one dollar at ups and will tell anyone who'll listen, how *** they treat their customers
UPS in Falls City, Nebraska - Bunk bed set shiped
when ups delevered said bunk bed set, it was damaged can send photoes if you would like. e couldnt return the breds our daughter needed them right away for her kids.when the opened the book there was a lot of damage to parts of the beds( can also send photoes of the bed parts also). what we do know for sure is if we dont here from you on this mess. we can only assume your not interested in helping us. Minnapolis MN, UPS delivery driver to lazy to get out his truck
on November 30, 2012 I went to UPS to have a package shipped to Minnapolis,MN package was scheduled to arrive December 5, the receiver of the package was available to receive the package but the delivery driver was to lazy to get out of the truck to deliver the package to me. UPS claimed they made three attemps to deliver the package, how in the world could that be when the lazy driver made not attempt to come to my door and did not even leave a notice. LAZY driver in Minnapolis ,MN. UPS was not caring of situation.

Juan, the delivery driver assigned to the route of my business needs to be fired. He delivered 3 VERY HEAVY packages the other day. Normally this would not be an issue except this day he decided he was going to just walk right on in past the lady in the front office and straight to the back where he the proceeded to drop all the boxes on the floor in the far back corner. I chased him back there to try and ask him to leave the boxes up front since they belonged to a lady who is slightly disabled and she could not be walking back and forth nor could she ever physically be able to pick them up and move them. His response to me was that he was too busy and had a lot to do and has no time to be doing that for me. At this point i got very upset and told him that was his JOB and where was his customer service he just laughed at me and walked out of the building. *** THAT!
