Two Separate Shipments Saying Delivered But Never Received
This is ridiculous!! I have had two orders from Costco that say delivered to my porch but they were not.
You cannot ever speak to a friggin person and I do not want to file another claim. I want to know who the UPS person is delivering my orders to.
The first was said to have been delivered 6/29 @ 11:25 a.m. then again the second of the same was said to have been delivered 7/12 @ 10:41 a.m.
These items were NOT delivered to me at my address as provided. Where are they?
This is so frustrating. There is a schematic showing the apartments/unit numbers.
I give up!! Im contacting CISTCO to complain as well.
User's recommendation: Use FedEx
UPS Gross Negligence
Sent an envelope of documents via the UPS Store # 5785 located at Orient Way, Rutherford NJ. The envelope arrived at its destination soaking wet and in atrocious condition due to the package being left out unprotected in the weather.
As a result, the documents contained within were totally damaged and rendered unusable.
I filed a claim with Jay at UPS store # 5785 and provided all the documentation Jay requested to file a claim. I provided over a dozen photos of the damaged transit envelope and the damage to the documents that were shipped. Additionally, proof of the costs for the original documents were provided with credit card receipts. The UPS shipping charges were $111.90 and the costs of securing the documents approximately $60.00.
Thereafter, Jay informed me I would be entitled to about $60.00 as reimbursement.
When I questioned Jay on how this amount was determined he stopped communicating with me and ignored my additional written correspondence and phone calls.
I understand things can go wrong however the character of a company is revealed by how they deal with their errors, especially an error caused by UPSs gross negligence in handing the package. Needless to say, UPS and their agent Jay have failed miserably.
Jays refusal to respond to legitimate inquires about damaged caused by UPSs gross negligence speaks volumes about UPS lack of character and professionalism. Caveat emptor!
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified ReviewerPackage Delivery
To whom it may concern,
Im writing to file a complaint regarding my delivery. I continue to complain but to no avail.
Im an older individual with LIMITED MOBILITY. On EVERY package, I specifically add BASEMENT APARTMENT, and each time my package is delivered upstairs and left on the porch. Aside from the threat of my package being stolen, it is difficult climbing stairs to retrieve a package that specifically states BASEMENT. This clearly violates my fair disability act, and clearly points out UPS drivers failure to read the address label.
Today I received a package that clearly stated the contents of the package which happens to be $200 worth of seafood along with Perishable stated on the box. The package was just left with total disregard. After filing a complaint, I received a return call from an extremely courteous representative who took my information stating she would forward my complaint information to a supervisor as well as follow up with the driver. I would greatly appreciate this situation being rectified as I dont want to involve a disability rights advocate.
My address indicates BASEMENT on EVERY package.
Than You,
Ms.

Description of complaint:
On April 4th my wife contacted the UPS store #1856 in Lexington MA to inquire about the cost of shipping a Villeroy and Boch Basket weave dinner service for 8 and was told approximately $400.00. Her sister took the dinner ware to the store on 4/9 to pack and ship.
They charged her over $1100.00 including $70,00 for insurance. Shipment arrived in Naples Florida on 4/10 consisting of three boxes with a total weight of 29 pounds. Tracking # 1ZXA443903****2414. One 7" saucer was broken so we contacted the store to file a claim per UPS instructions.
They required numerous pictures of the item as well as pictures of the shipping label. We were told we would receive a check in 7 to 10 days. Two weeks latter we called again and were told the claim had to be refiled. We have called twice more and do not even get a call back.
Contacted UPS customer service to talk to a representative but the robot could not understand the tracking number so disconnected me.
UPS customer service is so difficult to navigate that one just gives up. Next time I will use Fed EX.

Package delivered destroyed
Life saving antibiotics which were supposed to be delivered cold were hot when received. All cold packs were hot.
Cant use them and will use my last cold vile tomorrow. UPS driver never knocked on door when the package was delivered and when package was opened it was all melted. This last week another package containing my medication never showed causing me to miss several doses. A courier was hired to deliver the package and it arrived at midnight.
The medication is used to keep me from having to have my foot amputated. Option Care out of Gainesville Fl. Is the Pharmacy who sent the medicine through UPS. The delivery ticket was from Crescent Healthcare at 5431 SW 35th Drive suite200, Gainesville, Florida 32608-****.
Please check into the matter.
