UPS - Unreliable Pathetic Service
They don't come until 6-7 PM and don't make an attempt to let you know that they have delivered a package. They have been leaving packages at the end of the driveway. We don't notice it until the next morning. The last delivery was on Christmas Eve. It was my mom's insulin that was left at the end of the driveway. It was wrapped in a big blue tape that said "REFRIGERATE". We didn't find it until the next day. I contacted UPS on Christmas day and received a message back saying that my complaint would be routed to the correct department. On 1/3 I sent another email stating that I had not received a response. On 1/4 I received a response back asking for the Tracking ID on the insulin box. Later that day, I received a response back stating that I would be receiving a phone call by the end of business on 1/7. Here it is almost 8PM on 1/9 and still have not received a phone call or response of any kind.
Lazy UPS dude
I would like to complaint about the lack of professionalism in one of UPS field-workers. He buzzes every time, falsely claims that the building gate doesn't open for him, which is working properly, and tries to call me down the stairs to get the packages which he is obligated to deliver to me. In addition, he once signed the packages "for" me and just dropped them in the hallway unattended. Because of this, I lost my two new-brought cellphones which at that time were worth about $400 for each pop. I went to his truck on the street and tried to ask for detail, he lied that packages were singed and received by the resident , yet in fact I was out on that day and nobody was at home at the time of delivery. Fortunately my neighbors saw the packages in the hallway, she picked them up and returned to me later of the day. This guy should be fired for his lack of integrity and professionalism.
UPS in Saint Louis, Missouri - Worse Company Ever...I do mean EVER!!!
I shop online every month and every month UPS delivers my packages so late in evening. At several times they came around 7pm. This is ridiculous to have to sit at home and wait like that. Then other times they leave my packages with my neighbors downstairs without even attempting to knock on my door. Even tho i was waiting the whole time each and every time. Fed ex is much better, you can arrange for the driver to call you when he/she is near, not so with UPS. UPS seriously like suck pickles. i would rather use Fedex when i ship, just wish companies would use Fedex when they ship.
UPS in Saint Petersburg, Florida - This company is pathetic...
A package was to be delivered to me on Monday Jan. 7. The number of the address is 2400, Dock B. The driver took it to 2330-B. I talked to the people at 2330 and they told me they refused it because they didn't recognize the name, totally understandable on her part. She told the driver is goes to 2400 DOCK B. The driver took it back to the customer service center.(I see this driver everyday, don't I Valerie?) but she decided 20 yards across the parking lot was too far for her to drive. Next day.... UPS picks an address they decide they want to deliver it to. I have no knowledge of this address or how the *** they picked it out. I get ahold of the customer service center when I find out it's on it's way to, who the *** knows where and she tells me that she'll stop delivery of the package and get it back to me the next day.(Today) 10 hours after I talked to her, the driver tries to deliver it anyway! Why? because he "forgot" to check his messages. What does the customer service person tell me about that? "Drivers are not held accountable for things like that" Wow... My package is on it's way to Pennsylvania as I write this.... Pathetic. I will drive a package myself if I found out I have to use them again.... Pathetic...

UPS customer service said I can pick up package Sat in Fife WA. Came Sat , CLOSED, looked at tracking said it is at UPS in FIFE. Came again Jan 2nd to pick up. Lady in front was clueless, possible cramps ? Told me her UPS Customer Service don't have a clue and blamed me for not coming earlier, which I did. Anyways just checked tracking again and they shipped my package back after few hours of me leaving. Talk about boiling point. Called Customer service and they were super sweet saying I will be contacted right away. it's been over a week.First and last time I would consider UPS, specially FIFE, WA.WOW

Truck driver refuse to follow instruction that was transmit to him about leve package at apartment office or with next door neighbor.I inform Ups that no one would be home when they are try to deliver a package at am apartment at 2:00 pm in the evening and to leave the package at the apartment offices or with my next door neighbor. After two days of that i inform UPs facitily that I would pick the package up at the facitily but they keep send the package out .I was inform at the facitly that the package would be there Monday, for me to pick up and it wasn't then they said it would be there Tuesday for me to pick up and it wasn't. I went through this bull *** for Five businees days try to pick up my package and come to find out they all lie every one at UPS, told me different story everyday for a week. Now I have to repay to have the package send back again because of a B.S> delivery truck drive to sorry to take the package to the office or knock on my neighbor next door. Then I had five business days to pick the package up at the facitily and they did not eventry to wait they just send the package back which my five days would be up Friday 11, 2013.
UPS is defective and irresponsible
Awful experience, never got the package. Amazon initially said if I order by certain date in December it will be at my door by Dec 27th. After ordering gave me a message that it will arrive on January 3rd instead. UPS brought the package to my door on Jan 3 and as I was not at home, left a label to pick from the local UPS store in 7 days. They never tried a second attempt for delivery. When I went to local store, package was not there and was sent back to Amazon "because I refused it". I called the 1-800 UPS number, earliest possible (7:30 am), they found the package and promised to resend to local UPS store. Then by midnight same day, package was shipped back to Amazon. UPS manager said they made errors but are not able to help. I should contact Amazon directly.
UPS - Delayed Delivery
The packet was picked up on Saturday 5th January, 2013 at 4 pm. by your franchisee agent M/s Flight Despatch Courier & Cargo (India) Pvt Ltd vide awb no 20081101. We were charged Rs. 2740 for the courier by agent Sunil mob. no 7206833456. Till date i.e. Tuesday 8th January, 2013 12.50 pm I have no got the UPS tracking no. This is very poor service and our buyers are very disappointed that UPS should provide such a lackluster customer service even after repeated calls to 1800 227171I would like to know immediately as to why the packet was not delivered to the right location since the 5th Jan, 2013. UPS in San Angelo, Texas - Lost boat
i ordered a pontoon boat from sportsmans guide,after it arrived i decided it was not what i wanted.i contacted sportsmans guide and got a return lable sent to my printer.i repackaged the boat (weighed approx 70lbs)attached the lable sent by sp.guide and called for a pickup which was verified by ups.they called the next morning to make sure the package was ready (it was)and said the driver would pick it up.this is a very small town and the driver who picked it up is a friend and i saw him on the day of the scheduled pickup and asked did you get my package off my porch,he stated yes i did.the nightmare drama started at that point,believing all was well i waited for my refund to show up on my cc..after app.2 weeks i called spo.guide for an update and was told they had no record of any pickup at my address and the lable sent was not scanned and so not available for a refund,i was told to call ups to start a track on said package.i did this and spoke with the ups terminal manager who stated there was no record of any pickup at my address.i continued to speak with this manager who put me off for several weeks then passed me off to some type of internal security who assured me he could get to the bottom of this problem and get compensated for my loss.low and behold the next time i tried to contact this so called security expert was told to again contact the terminal manager.the terminal mngr started off by saying he couldnt prove the package had been picked up and maybe i was trying to run some sort of scam.i again spoke with the ups driver who stated again he had picked up the package but stated that due to the high volume of packages from the holiday rush he had done so as a favor for anothere driver who was behind and had failed to scan the package.his fellow driver refuses to talk about the subject,needless to say i lost and im guessing some ups driver will be enjoying my lil boat this summer.hope it sinks.pwj in junction
UPS in Kailua, Hawaii - Irresponsible
I received a package from Nordstrom today which I requested to be delivered to my residence. The package was delivered while we were home, but the driver left it outside not bothering to knock on the door to inform me that we had a package. Even though Nordstrom paid for the delivery service, I expect a courier company to ensure that the package was delivered properly, not left outsie for someone to come along and pick it up. Additionally, the tape on the box was cut off on one end. It's pretty obvious that a UPS employee looked inside to see what the contents were. UPS charges more than the post office, but I get better service from them. They are the worst courier company. I refuse to purchase products from companies that only use UPS. I will voice my complaint to Nordstrom, but from now on, I will opt to have my orders delivered to the store for pick up.
