UPS - Four weeks and its still not delivered

We sent an item to consignment to Barbados. We gave the correct address, the house name, street, town etc but they could not find it. They asked us for a telephone number of the consignee. We gave them this on the 23rd May and an email address. The goods have not been delivered, no one has contacted the consignee. Emails to customers support get replied with, we will pass this on. Rubbish service- Rubbish Customer support I know know what UPS stands for OOPSE we failed again.... Forgot - Tracking still says awaiting information from consignee but they had this 27 days ago .........

UPS in New York, New York - Harassing and threat calling my house

A shipping from sleepy delivery by UPS. I did not receive my order and contacted sleepy on 6.3.2013. So sleepy put an investigation on this with UPS. I received a phone call on 6.7.2013 around 12noon and she state she calling from the UPS local store stating I claim I didn't receive my shipment and now they have to paid sleepy $370 and start harassing and unprofessionally rude. So I contact the UPS 800number and filed a complaint of time and date of call received. And I guess they tracked her down and she got in trouble because she start calling my cell and home phone yesterday 6.19.2013 7:41pm. First call i pick up she state she calling from Allstate insurance and that there's a claim against me that I backup at the parking lot of CVS near my house and I bump into another car and confirmed me that i drive a ML350 and ask me did this occur?! Then I said no, I rarely goes CVS and that I have not backup into any other car before. She keep accusing me that I lie and blah.blah.blah so I got *** off and told her do whatever Allstate want to do with the claim and investigate it. Then she said well you can settle this claim without going on file and paid the couple $370 dollar for the bumper damage. Then I told her she must be crazy! She wouldn't let me hang off the phone so still I hang up on her and told her do whatever she need to do on her end. Then right away I contacted Allstate and confirm no claim on my policy so that was a scam. I was so *** to talking to her for so long, I should have notice from the start. Then I realize it must be her from the UPS store that called a week ago with the same tone, voice, attitude and $370. Phone been ringing again and again since I hang her up. The second time I pick up the phone was at 8:29pm and again she said she calling from Allstate and been trying to call me for the past half hour. Right away I told her I know who you are, you are the lady from the UPS that I file a complaint of so stop calling here!! When she hear that the last thing she said to me was be careful what you say because I know where you live and what car you drive. I told her I'm gonna call the police and track her down and hang up on her. Her call to me was blocked so can't see her number. Then about 20mins later a pizza was delivery to my house and I told them that this is a scam and if they receive private call again don't make delivery for this address. I also contact UPS 800number again and told them the above matter. A guy name M-- called me back from UPS complaint dept. state he read over all the note from day 1 but can not give me her name or information because this time she not calling me from the UPS office and this is between me and her now so theres nothing he can do. But I don't understand, she got my information of name,address, cell & home phone through the UPS delivery info.! So this is between me and her now???! I live her for 8 years. This never happen to me before this incident and you telling me I can't be sure that was her?!

UPS in Glenview, Illinois - Bad customer service

I was expecting a package and couldn't be around to pick it up. I receive a notice after the first attempted delivery and as instructed in the notice, I left a note instructing the delivery person to leave it by the door. The note was ignored and the package was not left for delivery. When I called customer service, they could not give me an idea of where it is or when it would get back to the center so I could pick up. They told me that they couldn't give me that information. They said that I have to wait to be called back by the pick up center but they could not give me that number. They refused to give me a status when I called back after 1 hour.

UPS in San Francisco, California - Gen mgr

You might say I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COULD HAPPEN One Afternoon we made a godly sin of checking off ground shipment option when we really meant to ship overnight. Within 5 mins. of pick up we were on the phone trying to correct the problem. Talked to 4 different people who said sorry can't help you. So, we accept OK shipment is going to take 4 days to Iowa when we really wanted to ship overnight. So, next the package arrives in an Iowa depot, and then I see that UPS has noted "customer want to intercept package" So, before they deliver, UPS decides to intercept package and send it back to us! Now what kind of a ***, backward, retard person would do that? What for? why? Someone there decide, Oh, these guys wanted to ship overnight. So when the package arrives, we'll divert it back to them so that they can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sin of it is any UPS Moran reading this would LOL and say " that's right. You should have marked your package right in the first place!!!!!!!!!

What is so funny is that you made the initial mistake but can't believe (or won't forgive) someone else's 'mistake.'

Ummmm.... UPS does not give complimentary upgrades in service!

No more so than a Hotel giving you a suite for the cost of a basic room, or a Restaurant giving you an upgrade to a T-Bone Steak for the price of a hamburger.

You paid for ground service, you got ground service.

You wanted next day air, they have to return it to you so you can send it next day air !

The only one to blame for this is you, for your lack of attention to detail !

UPS in Burlington, Ontario - Rings the bell and runs!

The door bell rang this morning. I walked over right away to answer the door, only to find the yellow slip on the door and the truck driving away! - not even 5 seconds after the bell was rang. The yellow slip had already been pre-filled out in advance. This has happened in the past as well. There has been times where I was at home all day only to find the "missed you" slip on the door at the end of the day - no attempt to ring the bell ever! I am extremely unhappy with UPS, and will do everything I can not to use them ever again!

Ups stole my samsung s4

ups stole my samsung s4 that was sent from rogers been told I have to wait 1 to 8 business days for an investigation. rogers already billed me for the phone and refuses to send me an other phone until ups is finish with their investigation which is *** .ups said that the package was scan as recieved by ups and was out for delivery but not updates were made or the package delivered. now rogers is not sending me a new phone but yet still has the charges on my bill until the phone is recovered by ups or investigation is closed

My dad sent me $1200 for my rent and 2 pairs of shoes for my infant son which was overnighted to me and I got the package on Saturday morning. The driver left the package at the door and by the time my aunt had made it to the door the driver had already pulled off....

You're just a fraud trying to cheat a company out of money. Thinking you 'insured' your package you could send an empty box and claim something was stolen.

Too bad for you...Cash isn't insurable, and ups doesn't sell insurance. So your fraud fell flat.

UPS BAKERSFIELD DUMPS PKGS & RUNS!

Ever since moving to Bakersfield, CA I can't believe the service (or should i say LACK of) of the UPS drivers. I live in a Senior community, and I always see them walk up and they can SEE me too standing at my kitchen window and instead of walking up to the door to hand me my pkg., they throw it at the end of my carport and walk away (also they NEVER EVER knock, to even let you know there is a pkg out there!) I have to go get dressed, put on shoes, etc. to go outside just to pick up the darn thing...they can't even set it down by the door (to avoid you having to trek outside). THIS is what you pay their OUTRAGEOUS DELIVERY FEES for?? I've submitted NUMEROUS complaints but nothing changes...basically, BAKERSFIELD UPS SUCKS!!..go with FED EX or USPS instead!

UPS in Portland, Oregon - Speeding driver on Viewmont Drive. Rude driver!

Today a male UPS driver drove recklessly through our neighborhood. It is 2:10 on 680 SW Viewmont drive. I signaled him to slow down. He screamed out at me..."Do you even know what the speed limit is???" He then sped away around a blind corner. My neighbor was a witness to his rudeness and obvious speeding. Well yes, I do know the speed limit and he was driving over that limit. I know this is a busy day for him, but children play on this street and there are blind corners. If this were an isolated incident I would not complain. But, It is the norm and his rudeness was unjustifiable. Please let me know your actions on this or for now it is USPO.

UPS worse than the US Postal Service

These clowns don't get it. It is impossible to reach them. When you do get someone, they put you on hold and then hang up. Especially the Sunnyvale CA office. They just delivered my package once again to some other address and now once again I go thru the same phone hold/hang-up scenario. When you chat they just type the standard - lost claim forms *** info. What a joke of a company. I just wish shippers like Staples etc. would use another shipping company, heck even the US postal service is better than these clowns. Those news clips on them on throwing TV sets is an example of this "service" company's service.
