Totally disappointed in your tactics. UPS AND YOUR OUTFIT SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
The driver attempted to make the repair by placing it back onto the bracket
to which it was attached. The enclosure holding the device to the bracket was placed in the wrong position. This caused the gate to be inoperable. The two bolts were broken from the enclosure.
The manner in which the driver attempted to make and conceal the damage is Totally unacceptable.
The price to repair the da.age is $150.00
The price for the device is $75.00 Tax $5 66 and postage is $12.00. Having been in the gate installation business for many years, I am fully qualified to do the repair.
I am willing to accept$92.66 for the parts, tax and postage as payment in full for the damage. The manner in which the Driver handled this occurrence is totally unacceptable.

We meant to create a USPS label for a parcel and mistakenly selected UPS. We dropped it off at USPS not realizing the error.
I understand it went to a USPS hub in Jacksonville or Gainesville, Florida and there is no way to contact them.
Will they return it to us? Or will UPS get it? There is a return address.
It has been 2 weeks. It has a UPS tracking number but it has not been picked up yet.
The parcel contained special gifts for my grandson and family that can't be replaced because I bought them overseas.
This must be a common error given how close the initials are - this should be corrected as well.

This company is frustrating; they need to eliminate that automated voice computer that doesn't connect their customers to a real representative.
When you try to explain something to reach a representative, it responds with "I can help you" but provides information you already know, then hangs up. For instance, I waited six days for a package that was supposed to be delivered on November 23rd. Throughout this time, I've been given the runaround. First, they told me the package was damaged, then claimed there wasn't enough cushioning inside.
Later, they said the product had internal damage, suggesting improper packing or insufficient cushioning. If that's the case, why did they let the package get shipped all the way to the state for delivery, only to declare it as damaged? Moreover, they alleged there was enough cushioning to send it back to the sender.
I called the customer service line multiple times, and they transferred me to the Damage Exception group. From there, I was transferred to the Pi department regarding the claim they initiated.
After communicating with them, they acknowledged my concerns and said they would message the warehouse to complete the delivery to the correct address. They assured me that the warehouse would call to confirm if I still wanted the package. I was relieved that someone seemed to care. However, the next day, I didn't receive a call.
When I called myself, they stated they would expedite the process, and I would receive a call within an hour to confirm. Despite my patience, no call came.
The following day, they informed me that they couldn't do anything, and the package was back in Wisconsin instead of being delivered to the intended state.
Don't expect any help from UPS until they straighten out their issues and improve customer support. Without a doubt, I can say they are the worst shipping company.

Yesterday at 12:13 UPS driver puts my package inside my fence beside public sidewalk where anyone can reach over walking bye and take my package first time that has happened and I pray the driver will walk packages to my porch from now on You don't leave someone's package in the yard at the gate where someone can just reach over a 3 ft tall fence and grab I live in S.E. Roanoke where the homeless situation is out of control not to mention the drugs and high crime around here I thank God it was still there an hour and a half later. TODAY looks like same driver on my camera He left my package at my neighbors across the street and her package on my porch goodgrief so disappointed in this driver

Verified ReviewerErroneous driver report of wrong address is preventing delivery
A UPS driver incorrectly logged a wrong or incomplete address on a package requiring an adult signature. I checked and the address on file was correct.
The sender states that it will not replace lost or damaged packages. My first call to customer service successfully reached a person who was very helpful and logged the error, but this did not update the wrong address flag in the system (neither did my attempts to verify the address on the app or website). And there was no information about when UPS would attempt redelivery and I am unable to sit at home 25/7 on the off chance it comes. Navigating the automated system proved impossible because it could not understand the tracking number.
It dropped my call numerous times.
Using pissed consumer seems to have helped - I quickly got through to another human who was also very helpful and could verify that someone from the local UPS office would call me by 4:00 pm on Monday and confirm the time of delivery. Fingers crossed this is accurate.

The driver broke my electric gate opener by tossing the last package to my address. And then replaced the broken device in hopes I wouldn't notice.
When I arrived back home the gate would not function. I reviewed his actions on my security camera and saw what happened. The repair bill us estimated to be about $150.00 for the part and labor and service call. I think UPS should be responsible for the damage.
I have temporarily replaced the device. I am prepared to do the repairs my self as I was in the gate installation business for many years.
I will accept the price of the broken part $65.00 as payment for the damage done by your driver and install it myself. The manner that the driver attempted to make the repair is totally unacceptable.
