Never use this company for anything | UPS review

Details
Received notice that my package would be delivered on 12-11-2019. Never delivered. Then each day after was promised delivery for the following day. This continued for 5 consecutive days. I called customer(so called) service and was told " sorry but cannot guarantee delivery on ANY date" That I would just get the package when I get it. Last tracking entry showed that they had handed the package over to the US post office for delivery. I still do not have it. Horrible company and rotten service.

Maybe you could hire a homeless person to hang out in front of your house everyday so that they can receive your package for you. You can call the folks at UPS and text them a picture of them so that they know the package can be handed over to them.

I'm sure that they would be willing to do this in exchange for a hot shower everyday and a few cooked meals. You could even let them set up camp next to your front steps so that they would always be there.

Don't do it | UPS review from Carmel, New York

Multiple packages delayed for days because of "severe weather". 4 days after we got 3 inches of snow. 50 degrees and agreeable today. Still no packages. UPS is horrible, will never order anything from any site that uses UPS again.

Driver says he tried to deliver. My security cameras show exactly what I saw: Driver zooming down my street without stopping at my house. Liars and cheats + terrible management/customer service = UPS :(

They put stickers on the door and say that they don't get a response from you, but they don't knock or ring the doorbell this way it looks like you have to pickup the package that was paid to be delivered and they keep the delivery fees while you do the work SHAME ON THIS TYPE OF COMPANY

Ups needs to clean house and get rid of dishonest bad drivers stealing and marking packages as delivered when they are not.

Ups Driver took my package and marked it as delivered. Why would he check something delivered and sign. If you weren't stealing the package. I want my package very upset with this company they shouldn't be allowed to sign anything.
