I been investigating more and I found out ,Ups Central are lying saying the address was wrong but I got the order register copy and the address in perfectly right I apologize kokoto Market as they did not do anything wrong ,all they do is keep the parcels when the Central had end up the delivery route ,but Ups doesn't want to sort out this problem,they keep lying saying that the order had wrong address,so the sender told me ,ups would be the last company to be used for them ,I would rather don't use them again ,but better than nothing it is

Few month ago I ordered online as I do from many years ,first parcel I received ,was o.k ,I found the picking up receipt at my door step,I went to my nearest Ups collection point whom I am entitled to : kokoto Mini Market,126 Craven Park Road NW10 8QD . But next 4 times I received an email from the central saying : returned parcel cause didn't find the address, not all those parcel were coming from the same sender ,so is evident the problem is on the ups company ,I rang Ups in Sussex where Central is ,the girl told that the postcode was wrong ,were missed last 2 or 3 digits ,I contacted one of the sender company ,and they told me that was impossible mistake occur as all is done automatically ,so there's no mistakes ,of course I believe them ,when I went to complain to KOKOTO , the maghrébin owner and staff could not even talk a proper English ,they are not competent to develop that activity ,I am agree they work ,but if that means complicate our life ,as I had to ask my boss to get my parcels at work whom is annoying as the employees have to stop working for personal matters of one of them is not fair for the rest ,so they cannot follow the standard role of society ,and its acceptable to mess others life??Before ,in one of those email I received I went straightaway as I had day off and with my id proof in front he couldn't find the parcel ,and was there ,he founded later ,I had to help him ,even read didn't know,they have to learn before ,now I am trying to sort out with the sender ,asking them to replace Ups fot Dhl or Royal Mail ,I hope I am lucky ,this company is *** ,and they been rude and *** on the phone and mocking of me
