Ordered a super deal from Amazon on the recent Black Friday Sale and had it shipped to my apartment. After living in this complex for the past 6+ years, they suddenly decide that they WILL NOT deliver it to the office and let them sign for it (why? unknown). I've spent thousands of dollars through many different online retailers and UPS's track record is so unstable, where items have been left at my door step or in the office. Not once had they done this.

Now the item is going back to Amazon for a credit, and just a credit, so if I want the same item, I have to pay 40% more than what I was getting.

So between UPS SUDDENLY changing policy (or as someone mentioned in another post, the driver had better things to do), and Amazon not honoring the fact that I needed that item that I could suddenly afford, even if I was to pay for shipping coming back, I get nothing but a credit.

UPS and Amazon.... go to ***. I'll use other retailers and pay for FedEx shipping from now on.

Monetary Loss: $400.
