UPS in Saint Cloud, Minnesota - Returned to Sender Too Soon

After receiving the 1st sticky notice 7.01.13(it wasn't addressed to me, but I was the only one in the duplex who'd ordered anything recently) that stated a signature was needed for delivery, I called UPS promply to confirm that my package could be picked up at the facility when I was able to do so on the 11th, which was within the time frame allotted. No problem, the rep stated. On 7.8.2013, the shipper sent me an e-mail stating that my shipment was returned as "undeliverable." My shipment wasn't something that could be ordered for the same price again. To say that I was upset would be an understatement. Thirty minutes later, the agent I spoke to could only apologize and say that he'd pass on the information. Another agent left a message in apologetic tones on Monday, but I was unable to return the call due to work obligations. I'm not expecting anything but another series of apologies (which provides me with absolutely no recourse), but I'm certainly going to try for something. Ironically, I received a postcard a few days ago that assured me that my shipment would be available until the 11th.

UPS in Yorba Linda, California - Repackaging Fraud

The UPS store in Yorba Linda charged over 330.00 for shipping an item in a crate. That night, someone at the store took the item out of the crate and into a cardboard box. They then cancelled the original transaction and pocketed the refund. A new transaction was created at a much lower price. How can i tell? the tracking number is not the same as the one on the receipt. The package was damaged in transit due to the *** cardboard box. Worst part of it? UPS will only deal with the UPS store about the claim. The store will just tell you that your claim was denied for poor packaging. Never use UPS stores. Go to the UPS depot or use the FEDEX stores.

Resolved: UPS in Las Vegas, Nevada - WHAT HAPPENED?

This is the first time in 40 yrs. that I have had a problem with UPS. I ordered vitamins through the mail and checked my delivery status. The UPS website clearly states that my package was out for delivery today 7/12/13, it is now 10pm and they did not show up. Because of the heat and the UPS trucks have no a/c I am afraid that my vitamins are spoiled. I am guessing that they will deliver it next Monday and if my order is not fit to consume I will demand a refund. I hear complaints from my neighbors about their non deliveries of the medications.

UPS in Chandler, Arizona - Were sorry, we didn't follow our proceedures but its your problem now.

I was expecting a package from another company, as a replacement for a defective Item. I was unawre that it was to be shipped to me via Usually Poor Service (UPS) On July 11,2013 I found a finall notice ,we shipped it back notice on my door. The FIRST notice I've recieved. I called the Customer service number who said they could do nothing but ask the local center to call me. I called back at 7:30 am and was told it was being shipped back to the seller and to contact them. I explained that this was the FIRST notice. They simply replied with I'm soory but thats all we can do. So a "shipping company " who can track packages cant flag it and have it sent back? Nope!! I spoke with about 8 different people over the course of 3 hours all who appologized but offered no solutions except that it was my problem now. UPS policy is to hold a item requiring a signature for 5 days before sending it back Today is July12th not even 24hours later!!!

UPS policy is not to hold a package for five days, unless you specifically ask to put it on will call, then it is.

UPS loses package. Claim its out for delivery for 2 days.

UPS lost a 46 pound electric boat motor that supposedly was out for delivery for 2 days. Would not fess up. Finally told me to contact seller (amazon) who called them. Amazon was told they lost it. How do you lose a 46 pound boat motor that supposedly on the truck!?!?!?!? Headed out tomorrow for boat trip with my daughter so will have to do without. Of course it's nothing to UPS. Too big I guess. The frustrating thing (aside from losing the package) is they make it hard to even get a live person to talk to. And when you do, all they can do is spit back at you what the tracking info is (and they were not up to date on that). Yet as soon as the seller called they fessed up that they lost it!!!! Really!!! IS that the best you can do?? Why pay someone to sit on the phone if they arent going to be of any help???

UPS in Phoenix, Arizona - Customer

I have a bad UPS regular route driver for my residence. I've lived all over the USA (in the military) and never had any problems like this before. This guy opens my packages, and since my first complaint to the UPS main number in 2008, I have never received a package that was not totally damaged on the outside. Not just one corner of boxes crumpled, but all 8... Clearly this guy isolates my packages and throws them all about, or jumps up and down on them - not just sometimes, but EVERYTIME! He has a terrible personality, but he does not physically threaten me any more because he is aware that I am willing (trained and able) to accomdate such an assault; therefore, now he systematically destroys my packages and then stands there and smiles about it because his supervisors evidently support his behavior. There's been no monetary loss to me because when a product is damaged, the vendor simply replaces it. They are willing to use an alternate carrier, usually USPS or FedEx. The problem is the time - an inordinate amount of time - expended in documenting, returning and then finally resolving the issues and hopefully finally obtaining the product in good working order. UPS's "customer service" is at fault for this continuance of such an untenable situation. In most cases, I do not have any choice in the delivery method for my purchases. When I do, I certainly request anything other than UPS.

UPS in Royersford, Pennsylvania - Brown can't do anything for me

UPS is a vendor we use to deliver payroll to our clients. My experience with them has been TERRIBLE. Most recently, I sent two payroll packages to one of my clients (both to the same exact address) as a priority delivery. The next day, one was delivered (but over 30 mins past the 1030am deadline) while the other package was marked "unable to deliver as addressed". I called UPS to find out why only one of the two packages were delivered. I was told that someone misloaded the package onto the wrong vehicle. (then why wouldn't the delivery exception say that?). They had no answer. They promised me it would be delivered the following day adn that someone would call me back to review my issue. That day came and the second package was never delivered, nor did I ever receive a call back. I called UPS Service again - was told that the person I spoke with the prior day put a hold on the delivery, when I asked what that meant, she didn't have an answer. I then asked if I could send a private courrier to pickup the package at the UPS location and deliver it to my client. I was told that wasn't possible due to security reasons. I ended up escalating to Corporate who in the end was able to have someone deliver that package that day (two days late). All this time, the UPS Service folks were very polite and appologetic but none of them followed through on what they said would do. BUT my clients' employees went two days without getting paid. I wish UPS tried to go two days wihtout paying their employees to see what would happen. I pay good $$ for this service, they are unreliable and do not follow through or follow up. For my small business needs, they are too big.

UPS in Denver, Colorado - Incorrect package

Since last Friday when UPS delivered a package to my address which did NOT belong here, I have been trying to get UPS to pick it up, unsuccessfully. I have had people call me to say it will be picked up, but it wasn't. I have much time and sent around ten emails to UPS with no concrete results. I find it impossible to believe that the company can possibly give a *** about their customers. All I wanted them to do was to pick up a package. In fact, they made a delivery here today but there was no effort to pick up the mis-delivered package. The city I live in, however, is a lot more dependable when they pick up the trash, which is where the package will end up tomorrow AM. I will NEVER use UPS or shop at a company that uses UPS.

You could look up the person that the package is for try Google or the sender that sent it let them know. I'm sure you will make them happy.

You're wasting your time with UPS waste it to get it to the owner. Maybe they will reward you.

UPS in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Susan jankowski

I had my first time experience shipping packages at a UPS store,I was mailing chocolate candy her in Wis. One was in Milwaukee only a few miles from the UPS store 3lb. charged me $12.45, the other went to Wisconsin Rapids 7lb. charged $11.18 . This to me is wrong the prices should be reversed for one. I was never told that I was paying extra to have them delivered the next day . If I had been given a choice I would have chosen a 2 or 3 day delivery . I didn't charge my customer enough for shipping so I lost money .

UPS in Rushville, Indiana - Destroyed package

Came home today and found our package destroyed by our dog. Yes it was our dog but the UPS man should have a brain. Da if I put this package is on the porch where the dog can get it will be destroyed. If the UPS man has no brain activity then they have no business having a UPS job let alone driving a UPS truck. These guys get payed way too much for the *** job they do with the packages we own. Yes we own them and not UPS! This is not the first time this has happenedSteve Mulligan

Next time, (since the UPS driver is not an expert on what breeds of dogs will destroy things or since he didnt magically know your dog would destroy it) he wont deliver it, youll have to go to the center to pick it up, and then you can come right back here and complain about how the driver wouldnt leave your package and wouldnt reimburse your gas money going to get it. ***.

Not all dogs will destroy things. How was the UPS driver supposed to know that you haven't trained your dog to behave?

Actually this was just as much your fault as the UPS driver, because if your dog isn't well trained he should be kept where he cant get at things or people.

Are you aware that the dog could just as easily have bit the driver and then you would have a major problem?
