In the month of May 2013, we ordered a mini refrigerator online at Sears.com After a month of waiting, checked the tracking for UPS item and it posted that it was delivered back in May 2013, signed by a person name and delivered it at residence on a military base. What the f.....k Can you believe that the family that accepted the box did not call UPS to tell them they received something that they did not order. And what do you call this ***? After several emails, to the President of Sears, no reply was given for the delivery of the mini refrigerator that was delivered to the wrong address. Finally called by phone and they said it was delivered. Yes, to a wrong residence address. Filed a complaint with UPS online.

UPS Depot unmanned during open hours

I drove 150 miles to UPS depot in Baileyville, Maine, to pick up a notified as received shipment. There was no clerk there at 4:15 PM on Friday the 27th of September 2013, (which is supposed to be a scheduled time when it is manned). Another person in the building (a mechanic) told me that the UPS Service clerk did not come in to work that day and the manager had been peviously advised but that there was no temporary replacement "because UPS would not hire one". I faced another 600 miles of driving to come back on another day. I had a shipment arrival notice that my shipment was in, but could not determine where it was. Poor, sloppy and unreliable performance!. I am dismayed. UPS does not list a complaints telephone number on their website

Ups weather delay BS

I shipped two suitcases from St. Joseph Mi. To Telluride Co via two day air I was charged $263.30 for one bag and $276.89 for the other. When I arrived at my hotel my luggage was not there. I contact UPS customer service and was told that it was a weather delay that occurred at Denver airport, the real kicker is I landed at Denver airport at the same time they told me that my luggage shipped via UPS was delayed by weather. It was raining but my flight was on time.. I contacted UPS and was told they don't control the weather. These are the people that actively advertise this service. Maybe they should use my money to help pay for some small print on the TV adds

I was driving on Mission Blvd at 5:15 PM today September 20, 2013 I was driving in the fast lane, the UPS driver in truck #53059 wanted to get into my lane. I tried to speed up to get around him, He stared into my lane.

I honked my horn so he knew I was there already. All of a sudden he swerved his big brown truck in front of my car and tried to hit me with it! I slammed on my brakes to avoid getting hit by the truck. Then I tried to go around him and he was yelling at me "I had to get over, can`t you see that you *** Hole" then he went real fast to the turn lane.

I thought when you put your turn signal on, it was a request to get into the next lane, not a right!!! This guy needs some more training in Drivers ED! "THIS WAS ROAD RAGE" He deserves to loose his job. Just because you have a BIG brown truck does not mean you can use it as a tool for Road Rage.

I will call my Attorney on Monday. There was no reason for this. Needless to say, I will, nor will my company use UPS ever again. We will not support that type of behavior.

FED EX just got our business.

I cant believe that UPS allows thier drivers to act like this, to use thier truck as weapons. ONE REALLY PISSED CONSUMER!

I work for UPS in Dallas non managment.

If he was an older guy, he was nice only because he knew it was over. He had an avoidable accident and admitted to it. When he got back to the building, security was there, took his work ID and walked him out the door.

He no longer had employment with UPS.

His momentary lapse cost him his job, and no one could do anything to get his job back. May have cost him a good chunck of pension as well.

That is why the company stresses "PAy Attenion!

Please believe me when i state this fact.I was driving on the freeway in DALLAS,TEXAS when all of a sudden a UPS truck came into my lane of traffic and Hit my truck.The driver was a very nice guy.He got out of his UPS truck and Stated he was so sorry for hitting my truck,He explained to me that he was trying to get to his "BARBER"Before he closed.Can you believe that?But the UPS office had all ready telephoned my home when i got home and Guess what i had my truck fixed immediately and Also recieved a second check for $5,000 within two week's time.In your case you could have caused a serious accident,By trying to speed up and Not let the UPS DRIVER in.So my question to you is why telephone anyone,You are the one at "Fault" By speeding up trying to block the UPS DRIVER from getting over.WTF

You realize that purposely preventing another driver from completing a lane change is illegal. That is the act of speeding up to close a gap if the turn signal of the vehicle is on. This is as much your fault as it is the UPS driver.

I am not related to a driver. YOU placed many folks at risk trying to cut off a person in a vehicle who was attempting to change lanes, regardless of the vehicle size.

Answer this: What was the speed limit, the speed you were going, and what was your speed when you accelerated to get past him?

What were thte road conditions, and how heavy was traffic?

What if you had your family in the car with you, or your child. This man took his anger out on trying to kill someone else with no regard for those around him.

The bottom line is. You should not be allowed to drive for a major comany like UPS and use thier trucks for road rage, because he could not get over into the next lane.

I will pursue this until he gets fired. The driver in truck #53059 tried to kill me, thats not just doing his job.

Good luck with that. UPS actually still employs drivers that have killed people in an accident.

They have a pretty strong union so getting fired for calling you some names will be a hard task. Lol

NO DELIVERY IN BORO PARK BROOKLYN

Boro Park, Brooklyn NY 11218 is the only neighborhood which does not receive UPS delivery on Saturdays and Jewish Holidays. Just because Hasidic Jewish people live in this neighborhood does not mean that other people don't live here. I was in need of my medicine (I have cancer) which was being over nighted and didn't receive it because of Jewish Holiday. After 3 hours on the phone between Doctors Office & UPS thats when I was told NO delivery in 11218 on Jewish Holiday. That is ridiculous! If you ask me it's also prejudice!!! I will never use UPS again & I will be sure nobody sends me any packages UPS ever again!!!

I was waiting for a package from UPS that was taking way too long to arrive. Online tracking finally showed that the package was at UPS facility awaiting pick-up. (Unable to deliver because of EMERGENCY beyond their control. When I contacted them they said the emergency was a power outage. I said that I had no power outage. The reply was that UPS had a power outage. (that was 5 days before) Now their back up but never attempted to deliver. I drove 60+ miles round trip in rush hour because they were never going to deliver it and I had one day to get my package before they returned it to the sender. (Why would I pay them for shipping, if the only way I can get my package is to spend twice that amount in gas to retrieve it myself. The clerk was rude and slow. I waited in line at the UPS center for about 30 minutes before being waited on by the lone clerk. It took an additional 25 minutes to actually get my package. The clerk could only say "If you have a complaint, call 1-800-PICK-UPS. I had called that number several times without success. Demand to use USPS not UPS. USPS has never missed a delivery out here in the country. UPS rarely gets it right. The attached picture shows the UPS lobby after almost an hour, with the clerk still out searching for my package and other patrons just milling around and waiting. Damages include cost of gas and time.

The problem it appears, is that UPS did not have enough staff, which is surprising, they certainly should be able to afford more employees, as the business page of the newspaper reported that in the first 3 months of this year, UPS had a profit of 1 BILLION dollars ! Yes 1 BILLION in only 3 months profit !

Amazing they would only have 1 employee on staff, it seems a couple more employees would not hurt their profits too much !

11$ for box, worst service ever- priceless

UPS associate in the Bank and Hunt Club in-store location gave as little information as possible leading to me purchasing a 11$ box that was oversized and likely to damage my expensive unit inside because it was bouncing around. The only thing she said was, "you can insure for loss, not damage because you will need more packaging." "Your box will not be able to be shipped as is you need to purchase a box." She wouldn't shuffle between those two answers as if that was what she could only say. I am usually a very easy going, understanding customer but she wouldn't even tell me that the unit was bouncing around till after she taped the box and I owed her 11$ for unusable card board. ALSO, there is no complain section through the automated phone selections or on the site... They must not like criticism or even care because of how big they are. Thanks for wasting my time, money and leaving me very put off from something that did not need to be this way.

he was concentration in playing cards in the computer in front of me.

I paid money for nothing and I told them that it's bad service but they didn't care. I'm still trying to make a complain.

Yes, you are quite ***. The UPS STORE associate sold you a good box assuming you will purchase packaging materials!!!

Why wouldn't you? You need packing materials. You can't send the box inside by itself because it isn't a shipping box, nor would the Styrofoam inserts protect it from damage.

(assuming it's an appliance or electronic) Also UPS Store employees are not UPS employees. (Just a fact!!)

Package sent to wrong place

I went to a T-Mobile store to get new phones for my family. We ended up getting 3 iPhone 5C's and 1 Iphone 5S. They told us that they weren't in stock at the moment and that they would have to ship it to us. We get a tracking number by UPS and wait for the delivery. Several days passed and we saw that they were in the same city so we watched for hours to make sure the package got there. No vehicle showed up but the tracking said delivered, and that It was signed by some person I have never heard of (It was not any of my neighbors). I still don't know what to do. Even though we filed a claim that the package was lost/stolen, nothing has changed. That package was very expensive (It cost me $1000+) so I wish I could get it, but UPS keeps jerking me around.

A person at their call center, in the Pacific, not in the US called me a racist.

I have been calling all moring about a missed shipment (I was asleep sick and by the time I got to the door the driver had left) that needed an adult signature. First I got lied to by a person in Central America then called a racist by a woman in a Pacific rim country. I am not sure why paint needs an adult signature and My choice does not let you sign on line for as an adult. Anyway I am appaled that when so many people in this country need work that ups sends work out of country.

I ORDERED A LAPTOP HARD DRIVE FOR A CUSTOMER AND IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY....... I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE BECAUSE OF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION......... THE TRUCK TURNED AROUND TWO MILES FROM MY HOUSE BECAUSE IT STARTED RAINING !!!!....... NOT EVEN A DOWNPOUR......... IT WAS A LIGHT SOAKER !!!!...... LAZY *** !!!!....... THE HARD DRIVE WAS FOR A CUSTOMER AND I LOST A VALUABLE CONTRACT BECAUSE OF THIS....... I TOLD MY CUSTOMER I WOULD HAVE THEIR COMPUTER FINISHED BECAUSE THEIR HARD DRIVE WAS COMING IN YESTERDAY AND IT NEVER SHOWED....... UPS TOLD ME THAT IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM....... Terrible driving nearly killing me!!

When driving through Beaconsfield in Bucks this morning I was cut up by the terrible driving of one of your men. I noticed him parked in an awful place beside a busy road during rush hour traffic and instantly thought how ridiculous it was at 9 in the morning to half block a road! When I got closer I had noticed the driver in or out of the vehicle but he did have his hazard lights on so it seemed safe to drive past. On getting within around 2 cars length of him he decided to pull out into the road without changing his hazard lights to an indicator and nearly knocking me off the road!! I only got a partial number plate of EX57 but I do think that this man is unfit to drive for UPS especially as he was wearing sun glasses as well, I don't drive a dark car it is a red mini one so I do expect he saw me clearly!

ME: looks like the package is sitting in the ups san pablo location ME: not a shipper issue...this is a ups issue Yel F.UPS: I understand your frustration. That is why an investigation is needed to be open by the shipper so that we can resolve this matter. Please be aware that the last scan on a package in-transit is not necessarily an indication of its current location. So, I moved down here from Erie, where I had a huge problem with UPS. That's neither here nor there, but I was already wary of how awful UPS is. Oh, you're not here from 2-5 PM because you work? Okay, we'll try again tomorrow WHEN YOU ARE AT WORK AGAIN. blah, blah, blah. So, I had a package coming that I knew I had to be available to sign for. Found out when it was going to be delivered, tracked it and everything, made my work schedule so that I had the day off SPECIFICALLY to wait for the package. Sat in the living room close to the door, didn't put the TV or music on so that I could hear the driver come. I have a metal screen door so it makes a pretty decent noise if you knock even slightly, I can hear it in any room of the house, but predicting that this guy would be a ninja I decided to play it safe. Even scheduled not to use the restroom (because you know when you're in there, that's the 2 minutes they show up and don't wait). Waited, waited, checked outside a few times, didn't see anything. Boyfriend comes home about 5 and gives me the dreaded but expected Sorry We Missed You notice. Looked at the time, I was sitting in the living room. Called to complain and customer service was soooo kind to me that I couldn't even express my anger to her. Of course, the drivers were done for the evening. So I explained my situation, and the woman was very nice to me assuring me that she would speak with the driver. The next day I heard the truck pull up and waited in my kitchen like a child playing hide and seek. I peeked out so that I could watch the driver come over and literally tap on the doorframe of my apartment. Just as suspected. So the next shipment (didn't have to sign for), I nearly peed myself when I heard something hit my door. Went to see and the box was on its side, you could tell that the guy just launched it at my door. I can't win with these people....I encourage all reader's to look up the internet meme "How to deliver to a private residence". Spot on.

Packages

Pissed off at UPS...............In the past 2 wk 2 different companies have sent packages using UPS, UPS left info notices on different apartment doors than what was on the mailing address, the person was nice enough to give me the notices only it was too late to get packages, when I called the customer service line for UPS, it stated that I would have 5 days from 3rd attempt to collect package from local office,I still had time. I could not find a phone number for the office so I talk to a UPS Store they stated that the office in Bozeman MT does not practice the 5 day pickup rule, once the 3rd attempt has been made they immediately send the packages back. How am I suppose to get a package when I don't know it is even here? I work 11-7 so I am home by 0730 and am a light sleeper so if they attempted to make a delivery (rung doorbell or knock on door) I would have been home to get package. I have to buy different things off the internet because this is a small town and does not have a lot of things in stores, and I want settle. This is to all companies that use UPS I will not be ordering things from you because I can't get my packages, I have had no problem getting things from the good old United States Postal Service, so companies that use them will be getting my money from now on. I filled a complaint with UPS web site I don't expect anything to come of it they will just make excuses, so here I am pissed off and no packages.

I was waiting for a package from the US when it finally got hear in Canada. UPS contacted me via email. the package showed up at my house, I was not at home at the time. the driver left me there info Notice I call there 1-800 number they told me that I had to wait until the the next day. I asked them to hold it at there warehouse and I will pick it up. I called the next day and the customer service rep and asked her is my package there at the warehouse she told me that it was on the truck for delivery so I waited another day for my package. then went on there website today and now it says waiting for pick up I went to the warehouse and my package was not there. the man at the counter said that he would call the driver to have the package dropped. I have had no call back from the man at the counter to tell me when it would be at my house it is now 6:45 Alberta time and still no call and no driver. I feel that I have bin given the run around from them now I have bin waiting two days to get my package from them. this is ridiculous the big companies *** on the little guy.
