Lost my package, & they gave me the wrong pick up address

Never got package, bad business. I was lied to and still doesn't have my package. I need my package, Im disabled and need my package. I cant speak to nobody because of the robot answering service who blocks you from talking to a live person

Pkg delivered to wrong address. I moved and notified you of my new permanent address. The new address is 10406 East 46th Terr Kansas City, MO 64133. The old address was 8409 East 56th St KC,MO 64129

See previous account of incident Please look into this. New address was listed on mailbox. Its not your fault it trying to deal with usps is impossible

Late delivery

The meds that were shipped were overnight, but they were overnight ground. They were expected to be delivered in the morning and they ended up coming at 9 PM at night. The biggest hangup I have is the inability to reach somebody that can give you answers. Nothing is clear anywhere that I can fine to get that call completed.

Lack of responsibility and accountability. Representative would take ownership of the issue and he turn over the issue and the blame on UPS store. I was charged Gor next day Air $190, however the package arrive 5 days later.

To be UPS DO NOT Deserve a great weight. I've been waiting on my package for 2 weeks and today I went outside when she said she would.
