UPS - I was home dumba**

i ordered 150.00$ worth of clothes for my little boy i tracked the package saw it was to be delivered 9/26/2013 so i was here all day no ups but later i find they was here never knocked on my door and they threw my package on my back porch where my dog was and she tore it up and ruined the clothes its not my fault they make minimum wage and hate their jobs !!! what a *** ,***, loser with your brown *** colored uniform do your job what if your stuff was treated like that huh?

Haha minimum wage my *** they make over $32 an hour, have their medical premiums completely covered by the company , and after 25 years of service will receive a pension worth $2700 a month in today's money and will only have to pay $100 dollars a month for the same medical they receive when employed. Your an *** for having a destructive pest for a dog which is probably why the driver never rang your bell or knocked ; he didn't want to deal with you letting it out after him!

UPS - Delayed Package

Ordered a package where it is said 1 day to be processed by the store (and it was) and 2-6 (UPS Shipped) to be at my door. I waited a good 4 days and looked online just to find some terrible news. Now apparently my package is delayed to next week making it 9 days! I paid for the 2-6 day shipping rather the free shipping where basically you never get any of your stuff for half a month. Thing is this isnt the first time. Im sorry but I wish UPS was gone and USPS took over since they do a lot better of a job, plus USPS is actually FRIENDLY. UPS really has to stop worrying about the khaki shorts and get to WORK!

UPS SUUUUUUUUUCKS !!!!!!!!!

I ORDERED A LAPTOP HARD DRIVE FOR A CUSTOMER AND IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY....... I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE BECAUSE OF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION......... THE TRUCK TURNED AROUND TWO MILES FROM MY HOUSE BECAUSE IT STARTED RAINING !!!!....... NOT EVEN A DOWNPOUR......... IT WAS A LIGHT SOAKER !!!!...... LAZY *** !!!!....... THE HARD DRIVE WAS FOR A CUSTOMER AND I LOST A VALUABLE CONTRACT BECAUSE OF THIS....... I TOLD MY CUSTOMER I WOULD HAVE THEIR COMPUTER FINISHED BECAUSE THEIR HARD DRIVE WAS COMING IN YESTERDAY AND IT NEVER SHOWED....... UPS TOLD ME THAT IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM....... UPS in Toronto, Ontario - Lost Package

UPS - Lost Package
In a nutshell, I sent an item via UPS to a modification shop in California (my cars ECU, you can't drive it without one), it was supposed to take 5 days to get there, 48 hours in the shop, another 5 days to be returned. 3 weeks go by, and no package has returned, I called the modification shop, they say they haven't received it. I Called UPS, and they tell me that they can't find my package. UPS never again, worst shipping service in the world. Now I'm pretty screwed, because again, a car can't function without an ECU.

UPS in Nashville, Tennessee - Lied to by customer service

I placed an order on Amazon for overnight delivery, 1 item. Paid extra for the shipping. UPS website says on truck for Friday delivery. A UPS truck pulls into my driveway around 5:30. Sits there for 5 minutes then pulls out never to be seen again. I call customer service and I am assured my package is out for delivery. The web site says by 8. At 8:30 I called again and was told my package would be delivered 1st thing in the morning, Saturday morning. We'll here it is Saturday afternoon and they just now update the tracking to say rescheduled for Monday delivery. When I called, once again they were just telling me what they thought I wanted to hear, except that there was nothing they could do until Monday. Why lie? Just be upfront and people won't get so upset.

This BS is happening to me too. I ordered a printer cartridge to be overnighted and arrive on tuesday.

I never received the package bc they said they didn't have the suite number to my building but somehow still received other packages without suite numbers and the same name from ups that day. After speaking with customer service they assured me I would receive my package.

This has happened for 2 consecutive days past my delivery day and I have still yet to receive my package going into Friday. I want to pummel everyone at ups.

Oh, yeah, how silly of the customer to expect that the driver actually do his job and get out of the truck. If you can't make an intelligent comment, just shut the computer down - it will help you avoid drooling on the keyboard anyway.

I was driving on Mission Blvd at 5:15 PM today September 20, 2013 I was driving in the fast lane, the UPS driver in truck #53059 wanted to get into my lane. I tried to speed up to get around him, He stared into my lane. I honked my horn so he knew I was there already....

Linda, hope you weren't injured!

I work for UPS in Dallas non managment.

If he was an older guy, he was nice only because he knew it was over. He had an avoidable accident and admitted to it. When he got back to the building, security was there, took his work ID and walked him out the door.

He no longer had employment with UPS.

His momentary lapse cost him his job, and no one could do anything to get his job back. May have cost him a good chunck of pension as well.

That is why the company stresses "PAy Attenion!

UPS - Rescheduled delivery by whom?

I was promised a delivery date and paid for it. On the day the package was to be delivered, it was "On the truck for delivery", That was to be expected. Then "It has be rescheduled" with no explanation as to why or by whom. Everyone I spoke to said they would get back to me. Then I was promised an answer by 10. UPS - Paid for 10:00 Delivery, Package not delivered

We paid $23 for overnight, 10:00 AM delivery on Wednesday. The letter was not delivered. I called UPS and tried online chat. Both experiences were awful. They said I could go to a store to ask for a partial refund. I asked for a supervisor and was put back in the *** for 15 minutes until I hung up. Service was terrible and noone seemed concerned that my time-sensitive letter was not delivered, they just said they'd get to it tomorrow. The chat was just as bad, they said they couldn't call me to confirm delivery or issue a credit. I won't be back.

You're wrong in several places here. First off, you can't get a refund at all from a UPS Store, even if you sent it at a UPS Store.

All UPS Stores are privately owned so you can't get a refund from a random store. It's like asking a refund from Target for something you bought at Walmart.

Secondly, you don't get refunded until the package is delivered!!! If they did tell you this (which they probably didn't) then they are bad.

So I am really pissed off of you UPS

I am waiting for a package for 2 weeks now, because initially I did not give the suit number to them. But after I gave them the suit number, I am calling every day because they are saying delivery in 24 hours. It has been a whole week after they do have a suit number. And today again in the tracking information they add request for suit number. I do no know who is so not capable to work his/her job over there, but they need to reconsider again how they work. I will never use this service again! And I thought in the developing countries is worse. This is Washington DC...this things should work...grrr
