UPS drive rip down our power lone in are drive way with their truck then lied and denied it too
Hereis what happen UPS was dropping off a package at my house which I didn't even know they was in my drive until I heard this big loud noisy and I felt my house kinda of shake so I jump up and ran into my kitchen and look out the window to see the power line that goes from the house to the pole barn rip down and a UPS truck leaving my drive so I call the company soon after and talk to someone in charge which that person was rude to me and said that if it did happen that it was our fault cause we didn't have our line high enough for the truck to fit under but we got a pretty long drive so they didn't have to drive all the way in the drive .So the man in charge came and look at the damages and called his driver which his driver denied it and lied about and try to say the power line was down when they got there and the had to walk underneath line to drop off my package but my boyfriend was outside there 30min before that and everything was fine then. But they told me since I didn't actually see them do it I have no proof but the man in charge had the nerve to say that we was trying to get money out of them which is not true we just wanted them to admit what they done and stop lying about. Since the man in charge decide to be very rude my boyfriend decide to call all the ST Louis news channel in area to report how they treat the customer and get away with it I only hope others will not be afraid to call the news station and report their stories BUT I can honestly say that I will not be using UPS in the near future A CONCERN COMSUMER
UPS in Meridian, Idaho - NEVER Delivers!
This has happened to me twice! I ordered a package and it never comes. I make it a habit to track the shipping process. But the first time it said it was delivered, I wasn't home and had to call up there for them to find it. I was at home all day this time and it said it was left at my front door, but NO ONE ever came! I called and they told me my package was lost and it was not their fault but the company's fault. I have to fight for them to reimburse me all while dealing with rude customer service agents! I DO NOT advice ANY one to ship with UPS because they do not take responsibility for their screw ups and have bad attitudes when you call them as if you are bothering them! Next time, use FedEx.
UPS refuses to delivery a residential package after 5pm.
I had a Christmas present shipped via UPS to my residence. I actually work for a living so I do not get home until after 5pm. I left a note to the driver letting him know that. He still tried a second attempt in the middle of the day. I called UPS to explain the package was going to a residence and I wouldn't be home until after 5pm. She said quote "I can't guarantee the driver will deliver after 5pm." and I said quote, "Well there will be no one there to receive until after 5pm so what shall we do." She said, and I again quote, "so you want me to return the package?" Really they refuse to deliver the package when I'm home. Asking for after 5pm deliver is a norm for residential delivery. Funny how FedEx never has a problem getting ANY package to me. To note, I did not chose UPS the vendor I purchased the merchandise from did. Now they just lost a sale as the product has been return. UPS has managed to hurt (2) customers in one transaction. Good Job UPS! PS: Their website allows you to request delivery after 5pm but they charge an extra $5.99 stating it is a fee to change the delivery. Really I have to pay extra to have it delivered any time M-F after 5pm??? UPS sucks!
UPS DID NOT Deliver-and said they did
I came home to have the UPS Truck blocking my driveway. I watched the driver get off the truck with no package and then get back on the truck. He blocked the driveway for another 7 minutes. When I checked the front, side, and back door for the package, there was nothing. When I checked on-line for deliveries, it said that my package was left at the side door. When I called UPS, to find out about the package, I was told that I needed to complain with the sender. I am pretty sure that this isn't the first time this driver has done this and I believe he is getting his Christmas gifts from the hardworking people who trust their packages with this company. LOW LIFE THIEF IS FULL OF BROWN AND WEARS A BROWN UNIFORM WITH UPS ON IT!!!
UPS Refuses To Refund All Product/Shipping Costs
Sent a personal package through UPS store #135 in Las Vegas (3540 W Sahara Ave.) The package was lost. I requested a refund for the product ($20) and the UPS shipping costs ($16.40). I was refunded $25 - $11.40 short. When I called this to the attention of the UPS store, I WAS INCONSIDERATELY AND RUDELY told that is all they're going to refund me, and if I didn't like it, take it up with UPS. Called UPS but they did nothing but shuffle me around from phone number to phone number department to department. No one would do/or did anything. I wasted over an hour with these UPS jerks. Never will I ship anything again through UPS. I am dropping my company's account with them as well. One of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. Harry Pappas, Las Vegas, NV
UPS - Damaged cargo
I work on the road 350 days a year and I ship my luggage from job ti job to save time and space in my vehical. I shipped my luggage three days before I left for north dakota. They lost my package then shipped it to me showing up over 2weeks late. The when I opened it almost all my stuff was broke. I called their claims and no one could help me. I had over 2000$ worth of stuff broke from my brandnew laptop to my ps3. Not happy with any of this, I will never ship amother thing with ups.
UPS in Davenport, Florida - No care for parcel delivery
On occasion I have had to go for the delivery options on a purchase which has meant through no choice of my own that UPS were the carrier, almost in every instance I have order valuable electronic items off Ebay and the delivery should be recorded and signed for, on at least 5 times I have lost my items because the lazy SOB driver can't be bothered to do his/her job and just leaves my parcels on my doorstep, they don't even ring the bell. I have been driving down my road when the delivery truck has been in front of my house, and I saw the driver get out, walk half way towards my door, throw the item on the door step and calmly walk back to the truck and drive off. The item was damaged and when I filed a report they refunded the cost of the item with some half baked apology. I have never signed for my items they have ALWAYS been left on my doorstep. They don't understand the meaning of the word Logistics. Shame on you.
UPS in Georgetown, Kentucky - Delivered wrong address, won't fix
Package to be delivered with signature required. Check tracking and it says delivered in wrong town. Sure enough it was delivered to a company's return center and UPS says they can't do anything unless the company contacts them to say they have an extra package. Lead time is 2-3 days just to hear from company return center before the package is reshipped to me. Customer service offered zero assistance or solution to remedy their mistake. Was told numerous times "I'm just telling you the way it is." Are you freaking kidding me??? I am more than fed up with this incompetent company.
UPS in Las Vegas, Nevada - Change my package delivery date 5 days
I bought an item from eBay and they ship it ups and delivery date was 11/27/2013 but I found later they change delivery date to 12/02/2013, and the package was sitting in my city Las Vegas ups. I will never buy from any company or sellers in eBay or Amazon or any other website if they ship with ups period. We should teach these *** company that we are the consumer are the power and we can do big damage to these useless companies, we should be standing together to teach them lesson won't forget, just hit them where it hurts there pocket.
UPS in West New York, New Jersey - Package left in front office but never rang door bell now this package is lost!
I can't believe how if ups delivers items but doesn't make an attempt to ring door bells, just leaves packages an are not to blame if package is lost,where do they hire these workers I'm ashamed to use UPS again, but any other carrier would make an attempt like FedEx which leave door tags. I don't know why anything hasn't been done to improve this. I wonder if any complaints will be looked at from this company. Don't these workers read if there are notices not to leave packages an do why are customers paying for it,not the individual who made this error?
