UPS - They haven't informed me that i will take 9 days to send an item form colorado to NH

I have sent my return item on 7 the of December from local ups office from CO to NH with priority mail. It has to be returned before 15th of December. They haven't mentioned me that it will take 9 days to deliver . later while i tracked my item and i found that. I wasn't aware that it will take almost 10 days to sent an item from one state to another within USA. I have spent $10.47 to send iphone.They haven't mentioned anything in the receipt except tracking number. I don't think the seller will accept my return item and refund my money.

That's about right for a UPS ground package. You can't count weekends, UPS works in business days. If time's a factor 2nd day or overnight is the way to go.

Overall I don't think I would mind as much if they at least had customer service let me know what was going on. And the fact that it was a gift and it will arrive after the occasion it was meant to given. Tonight :(

Was expecting a packaged delivered on 12-07-2013, then I have to go and request my tracking number since it was not provided. All to find out " Due to local operation disruption, packages not unloaded from trailer, expect a one day business day delay." Was not notified of this so I waited, my town, FL, United States 12/09/2013 9:12 A.M. Out For Delivery 12/09/2013 9:00 A.M. The package was left in a UPS facility 12/09/2013 6:05 A.M. Arrival Scan Jacksonville, FL, United States 12/09/2013 12:59 A.M. Departure Scan Jacksonville, FL, United States 12/08/2013 10:21 A.M. Arrival Scan It is 9:34PM 12-09-2013 still no package, no notice, no nothing. I have tried calling the company but you get through to this automated system ask you a bunch useless questions all for it to transfer to and get the MESSAGE "DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUME, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL" then you hear a "CLICK" and the call is ended. Their Chat has been down, and your not able to get a response over email either. So now I am just seeking a complete refund of the package they stole, and will never use them again. FILED A BBB, OFFICIAL COMPLAINT

I am getting the same exact run around and even took a days vacation time from work to be here to sign and their "disruption" is causing it to be delivered tomorrow when no one will be here. I have done everything I can including driving to the deliver center to pick it up and have gotten no where. UPS is a freaking joke!!

Well join the club i was supposed to get a delivery today 12/9/13 and it was out for delivery at like 9:36 am all of a sudden i check it 15 min ago and it says it scheduled for tomorrow. no notice or anything. it just changed this is bad business

UPS Sucks!!!!

Apparently "adverse weather conditions" have prevented an package from being delivered.....wait for it...for 5 days! They can't (or won't) tell me where my package is, they won't do anything for me. Five times their "customer care" centre has said they will find out and call me back....have they called back....NO. If I were the customer paying for overnight delivery of this package, believe me, they would be refunding my money. So what do they do for the person in my position waiting for delivery.....ummm...nothing. Just say they are sorry blah blah blah! Never ever will I ever order from a company that uses ups as their shipper...EVER!

UPS in Watertown, South Dakota - PAID OVERNIGHT FEE ON THURSDAY - PACKAGE ARRIVED MONDAY.

I PAID UPS $36.00 TO OVERNIGHT A PACKAGE TO A TOWN 75 MILES AWAY ON THURSDAY. MY CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE ON MONDAY. WHEN I WENT IN TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED, THE UPS CLERK SAID THE PACKAGE FIRST WENT TO MINNEAPOLIS (210 MILES AWAY), THEN TO MORRIS, MN (105 MILES AWAY), THEN TO MY CUSTOMER. UPS BLAMED THE DELAY ON WEATHER AND SAID THEY COULD NOT REFUND THE ADDITIONAL MONEY THAT WAS PAID TO OVERNIGHT THE PACKAGE. IT WAS COLD, BUT THERE WAS NO SNOW. TOTAL CROOKS. FROM NOW ON, I WILL OVERNIGHT THROUGH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.

UPS is seriously the WORST

I dropped the package off on Dec 3, at my local UPS Store to ship 2 day air to my husband in CHS with 7 Christmas gifts in it. Dec 6 it still hadn't arrived and I called. Was told they would call me back. They didn't. I called Dec 7, and was told they would open a lost ticket. They weren't showing they had picked it up from the store, but the store said they had, but it was common for the UPS driver's to fail to scan packages when they pick them up. Called today Dec 9, and was told it would take 8 business days to research, and that starts today, because they didn't do anything over the weekend or Friday, and the big kicker, they can't tell me anything, but can only communicate with the store from where it was sent. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Use any carrier other than UPS.

UPS accepted my $ while adverse weather was forecasted. After delays and trying to receive a refund for over an hr on the phone, they said NO refund will be given but u can ask the shipper to refund your $ this is UNACCEPTABLE poor CS poor resolution., UPS is NOT my only choice to ship with. UPS in Salt Lake City, Utah - My package was not delivered and I cannot pick it up.

I was suppose to receive my package on Friday 12/06/2013 and they didn't load on the truck, so I called to pick it up myself-they told me the package isn't going to be available until Monday 12/09/2013 for pickup-why? No one knows....I went on Monday to pick it up-after an hour waiting I was told they cannot locate it and they will probably give me a call back today!!??!?!?! It is a 46-inch TV. After a number of calls my package still isn't found and I am waiting for them to call me back...again...this is completely unacceptable! The worst customer service and experience ever! Avoid this place if you can!

UPS in Manistique, Michigan - Delivery problems

I placed an order with Amazon for a two day delivery so that I could have the item for a gift. The package was set to be delivered on December 6th.The package never was delivered and I didn't have a missed delivery note. I had to track the package online to see that it said that it was Held by origin location meaning the forgot it and that the delivery day was switched to December 9th. When I pay for 2nd day delivery, I don't want to wait extra days. I called the customer service line and they were no help.They kept saying sorry but there was nothing I could do until Monday.

These things happen, mate. Huge storm across mid-America the past few days delayed many things, UPS deliveries included.

Time to remain calm, understand that things happen and perhaps have a stiff drink if you need it. It is what it is.

they were coming from Wisconsin to the upper peninsula of Michigan only life 5 hours away theres no excuse if I would of known I had this problem I would of just made the drive myself

UPS in Plano, Texas - Inaccurate tracking information on website

Tracking reflects grossly inaccurate tracking information. Website says package was scanned in Colorado on the 4th, left Colorado on the 5th, arrived in Dallas on the 7th. When I called at 5:00 PM on the 7th, the assistant explained it will be Delivered on the 9th. I waited all day Saturday for a package the website had as "on time" for the 7th. This is very typical for UPS. I have never had a good experience with UPS. I would rate the service on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best a ONE. A zero's more accurate.
