My Pills went to the wrong address

The think what ticks me off is this. The UPS diver went to the wrong address 1513 keeler instead of 1523 keeler ave. think is I seen the drive go there. And what's Sad is you have to sign my full name to get the pills. And I take norco and someone just signed my last Name and the package was opened and everything. And thing is the police will not do anything eve. If I got my Pills back.... Thing is someone on 1513 signed my name and WICHITA falls say they can't do anything ... Sad.. What's sad is someone signed my dang name it least my past name , and opened the package and tryied to take the sticker off. Why is it against the law to sign someone else name and not be able to do anything about it. Think is the driver even said he deliveryed to the wrong address ...

I would encourage everyone experiencing delivery problems with UPS to contact your shipper and request that they tag your account with UPS as least preferred delivery company. Amazon has done this for me after 4 late/misdelivered shipments handled by UPS. This is the only way UPS will get the message that customer service counts.

I would encourage anyone that has ezperienced racism or discrimination to avoid phoenix metro area, or any arizona, businesses, really. Maybe then those white supremacist, inbred, hillbillies will get the message, that racism is wrong, and the constitution counts.

I am having the same issue right now and I am very frustrated. What the guy told me is Arrival scan deos not mean the item is there phisically .

It's just a pre-status they show on the tracking system. A UPS agent told me that on the live chat from theit web site .NEVER UPS again

Broken box, missing part

The parcel-crated box, well packed with the handles was sent to New York, paid additional $20 fee for handling. Under suggestion of UPS store employee did buy insurance. The box was delivered badly damaged with one of the big item missing or stolen. As I was told the investigation determined that it was poor packaging, so no compensation or responsibility whatsoever. They don’t even give a service complain number. Absolutely horrible service. Same box with more items came all the way from Europe in tact with FedEx. The managers at UPS Canada refused to talk. What could be done in this case?

Very poor service

I was waiting for replacement credit cards to be mailed from the bank. They never showed up. Called the bank again and again no mail. A month later one set of cards were found in a field 200yds behind my house. It seems the guy showed up and droped the envelope on the porch and left. Who knows where the other set is. We were home and the doorbell is within arms reach. I called UPS about it and they said "well signature was not required". Its always very windy at my house and wouldnt take a very bright person to realize that the envelope would be blown away in less than 10 sec at any time of the day.

Did not deliver!!!!!!!

Checked the tracking for my package (ordered through amazon.ca) on the UPS website on monday as it had not arrived at my house and the status claimed "Delivered"!!!!!! Sure did not receive it!! So contacted amazon and was advised to wait till wednesday (as this apparently happens!? Although not sure why I'm shocked, I've never once had a good experience with UPS) So of course my package still hasn't arrived and now waiting on amazon to get my order to me. Too bad online stores don't allow customers to choose their courier! Impossible to call UPS either to complain as they don't give a *** and have terrible customer service once you finally reach a person (which is next to impossible, as I've done that several times and have given up!)

Happened to me with a different carrier. Turned out they delivered to the wrong address.

Best to call and open an issue/tick immediately. I did this, and while they were getting in contact with the driver, a day later the neighbor delivered the packed to me! That was nice of him.

Turned out that my address was incorrect on Google maps.

I corrected this on Google Maps by submitting an address location correction request. Which they corrected a few weeks later.

Seriously UPS

My package was supposed to arrive today that was very important but nothing came due to weather but you know what UPS? I saw UPS delivery people out delivering today. Seriously really pissed off. This is the 3rd thing in a row in the past year. My skateboard that shipped from UPS and apparently there was bad weather in Iowa. So I checked and it said it was a nice sunny day out. Hmm bad weather huh? It came 2 weeks after the delivery date. The second time it happened was recently with business cards. It had came 4 days late when I had paid for 7 day shipping. Now this time seriously. I am moving out of state now I have to have my mother send it to me which will cost even more money...

Very frustrating messUp after messUp! ggggrrrrr;)

UPS originally promised my Costco parcel for yesterday, 12/16, so I followed tracking info and asked 'hold 4 pickup'; since no one would be home. Drove 14miles out of my way= it was not found;( So I requested 12/17 delivery. Not according 2 tracking!! Wasted over an hour on 4 useless calls. Their tracking proves to be stale 5 to 14hours so far. Call centers r not allowed 2 fix things, nor enter updates, so waste more time. They are so lame, facts r warped or not seen;( It took 25hours 4 my parcel to travel 200miles that takes 20minutes. No valid excuse 4 this further delay. CS lies about local pickup fone#? They called, but still no contact as promised. Costco etal BEWARE.. Never again will I want to gamble on their backward administration, and outdated systems. Why beg 4 stress? lol

She totally refused to get what I was seeing, and became rather curt and RUDE [without cause]. Denial??;( Only their delivery guy was pleasantly positive. Taking it inside I saw that 2/3 of one side was gaping open due to very poor packaging....

So the Toshiba lptp touch screen trouble is newest mess in saga lol btw, Fri shipping only deliverable Tuesday is said 2 b 2nd day Air in my stats;( ggggggrrrrrrrrrrrr...

wow, seems junk is flooding in above against bozo UPS!!!! too true!

UPS Delivery - worst service, company

I was waiting for a very important piece of document from my bank and I was informed that it would arrive before 3:30 pm the next day. At about 10:30 am, I heard a short door bell and before I got to the door (about a minute or so), the UPS guy had stuck a InfoNotice and was gone. I called the number on the back of the notice and they told me it was going to be delivered the following day. I told them that it was not right that the delivery guy was gone in a minute or less and I was willing to pick it up anywhere. They told me someone from the warehouse was going to call within the hour. I waited two hours before I call the number again. They told me that letter would be waiting for me after 7 pm but they cannot give me anymore details. I asked to speak to a manager (Angela employee ID UTA2817). This is what she told me. She kept using the word protocol and it appeared that she had no idea what it meant 1) UPS does not have a protocol to handle complaints that do not fit into specific categories. Apparently, mine was one of them 2) My issue was related to internal departments and their protocol does not allow them to accept my complaint 3) She was the first level supervisor and there was no one else that was available to take my complaint or hear me out. I asked her how did she know they were not available while she was talking to me all the time. She said she made an educated guess. I don't know where she was "educated" but it appears it must be the UPS Supervisor Training she received coming through. 4) When asked if I can have the phone number of their corporate site so I can submit my complaint, she said she does not access to it. I have had similar problems with UPS before. So I am going to ask all my clients to avoid UPS in the future. This is a company on its way out.

One minute is a very long time to answer the door. Maybe if you would have made the effort to hurry even slightly to the door you would have your package.

Think about it... drivers don't have time to wait minutes at each house, especially since most people work during the day.

Package Non Delivery

I have a package sitting in a UPS facility since Dec. 5th not 10 minutes from my house that has not been delivered. First it was put on a wrong truck "Out for Delivery", then left twice in a UPS facility with delivery rescheduled twice. Then it was missed at the UPS facility as of yesterday. Finally I had to call the corporate complaint line this morning to have this further investigated. A word to the wise, contact your vendor and have your shipping fees refunded if your package does not arrive. Make them aware that UPS is not the way to go for package delivery.

If UPS is only ten minutes from your home. Why did you not just go pick up your package youself?I use UPS a lot and Have never had a problem with delivery. Most of the time my packages arrive earlier than stated.I do not see the complaint here. All i see is someone that has nothing to do on their hands but sit on their behind and Try to cause others problems.

Connie,

It is nice that you live such a unblemished life; but,for the rest of us, I, for one have bragged about how good UPS is, but, in the past couple of weeks it is like witnessing the meltdown of a company. They now seem to take advantage of weather etc. to NOT DO THEIR JOB. There have been no major weather issues that have taken a week for the rest of the U.S. to recover from, yet, they claim a small 24hr weather delay is causing MAJOR back-ups. Then theyshut down CHAT and don't answer the telephone. WHen I finally did get someone on the telephone the call is cut off, especially, if you ask for a supervisor.

POOR PERFORMANCE!!!!

Delayed Delivery, Unacceptable Timeframes

Ordered a new cellphone on Thursday, selected two-three day shipping. Upon checking the tracking number provided thereafter, I saw that a signature was required to complete the delivery (relevance later). Woke up Friday morning, refreshed the tracking page, package listed as out for delivery. Due to my hearing impairment, it is very very hard for me to hear the door knocking or the doorbell being pressed if there are any other sources of sound. Spent entire day in the living room before giving up at 7pm. Saturday and Sunday are non-delivery days. Monday, woke up early to assure I would be awake during their 8a-7p time frame. Another day of waiting in the living room all day in relative silence. Gave up at 6:30 and went to the gym. Came back, note said delivery attempted at 6:45p and another attempt would be made at a time after 5p the following day. Not a huge deal, though irritating that it was last minute. Rearranged my entire for schedule the following day, did all my errands in the late morning through mid-afternoon. Arrived home at around 2p. Waited patiently until around 5p, refreshed the tracking page. They had attempted delivery 12:30. Called their customer service, very upset. Got condescended too and told it wasn't their problem, the note slips are just 'estimates' and deliveries could be at any time through out the day. So now I am in a situation where tomorrow I must again wait the entire day in silence waiting for the delivery. No loud noises, no going to any other part of the house, nothing. I have had similar issues with them in the past at different addresses regarding the horribly inaccuracy of their tracking page. USPS has bent over backwards many many times to help me out. I am done using UPS for anything. If a company only allows shipping through UPS, I will literally find a different source. I get that they can't give me a time frame accurate to within the minute, but showing up 5 hours different from the time on the slip is absolutely ridiculous.

Crappiest Service

I have been driving on a spare tire for two weeks now. I need to replace the rims of car and the were shipped through UPS. My mother and I have been home all day watching for the package. As of right now, I have not receive anything. I called customer service and was told that the driver reported that there was no one home to receive it. This is a complete ***. There was no door tag left at my door. UPS needs to do whatever needs to be done to make sure that the customers are satisfied before the run out of business. Stop hiring lazy bun who refuses to perform their jobs as they should. I hope to never have anything ship through UPS ever again.

A DICTATORSHIP

My Co. has been in business for 30 years and no one has treated us with such disrespect. Three times they have assigned account numbers to us without permission to charge brokerage & duties on unsolicited samples. When we complained our service ( they have almost become an essential service!) and credit were threatened. Most recently they put one of these returns on customs hold in Kentucky and notified us with a garbled message off hours. Although the hold may be justified, there is simply no way to call them. So far three long distance hours and time spent on hold. Simply stated they use goods as hostage to bleed all they can from you and clearly are excepting more business than they can handle.

Your company has been in business for 30 years, so you're like 70? My guess is Alzheimers or dementia are setting in because you are obviously confused.

First you say that UPS charged you for customs on items, then you complain that UPS didn't charge you and held your item for payment. Which is it?

Then you say there is no way to call them, which you follow by saying you spent three hours on hold?

Please, please, take your meds, step away from the shiny computer screen at the nurse's station and head back you your room, sweetie.

Ship to wrong address (often) - Always late

The Mesquite and Palestine UPS hubs are horrible. There are always delays. When tracking deliveries, I frequently get this message: "Your package encountered a delay. We expect your delivery will be postponed by one business day." More frequently, the drivers deliver packages to the wrong address. Sometimes a house down the road, and other times on the steps of a business (that I have nothing to do with). I have called them several times and told them exactly how to find my address, and yet, I still get this message when tracking: "A correct street number is needed for delivery. UPS is attempting to obtain this information. / Delivery rescheduled." Forget calling the corporate headquarters, they just put you on hold (with no music or follow-ups) then drop the call after ten minutes or so. Calling the local UPS office in Palestine, Texas : 903-723-**** will get you no where either. The entire operation seems to be rotten from the head down. I called the company I ordered from most recently and asked them to offer other delivery services other than UPS. I will never voluntarily mail anything through UPS again in my life.

Driver left package in snow in the middle of driveway

The UPS driver left my package in the snow in the middle of my driveway. We live in the country so we have a very large/long driveway.

It looked like the driver open his door and dropped the package right there 20+ feet from my door and the on tracking put it was delivered to door. At least he/she had enough sense to put it in plastic first since it was left in the snow. They ever made an attempt to go to the door and my husband was even home.

I then get a simple apology from UPS. Hoping I would continue to be a loyal customer.

Seriously?! This is the second problem I've had with them in less than a month. The other package never showed up and that time they referred me back to Amazon.

They are not very concerned at all about their customers. Hopefully the lazy driver is repremended!

Sniffles.....not sure where you are coming from with your comments. I am a Service Provider.

Where a person decides to live does not play into how their package is delivered. It makes no difference. The consignee, not the customer BTW, said that they had a long driveway and the driver left the package 20 feet from the front door, in a delivery bag. So, it appears that there Service Provider did what they were trained to do by bagging it if the weather dictated, but failed to leave the package at the front door where they should have.

We all go through at least annual driver release certification as Service Providers and this obviously did not meet proper driver release criteria.

I guess I am old school as I would never make a driver release delivery like the consignee described.

Guest

So you choose to live in the boonies and have a mile long driveway and ups should try to decide where is appropriate to deliver. You realize the flip side of this coin is the vustomer thats pissed a ups driver drove up their mile long driveway and disturbed their dog or ruined their gravel or some such.

No win.

At least the driver took the time and effort to bag your item, its not required.
