UPS in Dallas, Texas - Guaranteed 2 day deliver turned into 8 days and 4 hours on the phone

Worst experience ever in trying to get a package delivered. Customer service was non-existent. Nothing but excuses. 3 promises not kept. Guaranteed two day delivery turned into 8 days. If I had not spent over 4 hours on the phone with them, with a minimum of 10 hold times (at least 6 calls) and disconnected at least 3 times who knows how many days it would have taken for me to receive my package. I will never use UPS again in the future if I have to pay for shipping. I know weather was an issue for them but this was ridiculous!

UPS in Maidenhead, England - Wanted a quote for a parcel delivered

Wanted a quote for a parcel delivered and the staff was so rude and abrupt the line manager told me to F off and get out of his office and a lady on the telephone told me not to disturb her or else she had reddish hair i think she called her self Julie these people were not helpful and the customer is always right. I am so unhappy at the way your office at Avonmouth treated me as i was a genine customer and no customer should be abused and shouted at this is not good business practice. This happened in October 2013 so i am really annoyed with the office staff at UPS i have heard from several people in Avonmouth that they have encountered similar problems at this UPS department these people are not fit to run your Business and should be investigated . I am so annoyed many thanks David

while I can feel your pain with how you were treated there's one thing that you stated that i'm sorry but you are 100% wrong about

the customer is NOT always right. that is a marketing gimmick that was made up to make customers feel better about themselves.

it does not however give them the right to treat people like dirt just because you're spending your money there. that being said however if you had been threatened as you claim you were by the employee I would have contacted the police, filed a formal complaint about the threat that was made to yourself and then filed a complained with the main UPS officer wherever that is located or call their 1800# and make sure you get as much info from the person you talk to. as in their name some type of # or whatnot that documents your complaint is being taken seriously.

and then if all else fails bring your complaint to the local tv stations they love this type of drama. but complaining on a board such as this where the likelihood of ANYONE from the company who could do anything about it is in all likelihood NOT going to happen.

UPS in Rogers, Arkansas - Terrible Customer Service

Me and my roommate were watching a movie and suddenly here a very large pounding on the door. It scared me. I looked out the perp hole and saw a young guy pounding in our door screaming "Let me in!" I was thinking who the heck is this? My roommate opened the door and a kid in a UPS uniform threw him the package and speed walked away. What the ***? I'm surprised he didn't put *** in my door from knocking so loud. He was very rude. Usually when I receive a package the people are very friendly, but this kid was definitely not.

UPS - Late Service 1Z8368192042241086

We purchased some coils from Ontario on Dec 11, 2013 and it got shipped out on Dec 12. We were supposed to receive the coils on Dec 13 however, we were told by UPS that we would not receive it till Dec 17. When i tracked the package on Dec 17, it stated that due to adverse weather in Richmond, it might cause delay. I called Customer service and i was told that there was nothing that they could do to track the package or let me know a valid delivery date. We received complaints from our clients since we could not deliver the end products on time as promised due to the late service from UPS.

UPS - Very frustrating messUp after messUp! ggggrrrrr;)

UPS originally promised my Costco parcel for yesterday, 12/16, so I followed tracking info and asked 'hold 4 pickup'; since no one would be home. Drove 14miles out of my way= it was not found;( So I requested 12/17 delivery. Not according 2 tracking!! Wasted over an hour on 4 useless calls. Their tracking proves to be stale 5 to 14hours so far. Call centers r not allowed 2 fix things, nor enter updates, so waste more time. They are so lame, facts r warped or not seen;( It took 25hours 4 my parcel to travel 200miles that takes 20minutes. No valid excuse 4 this further delay. CS lies about local pickup fone#? They called, but still no contact as promised. Costco etal BEWARE.. Never again will I want to gamble on their backward administration, and outdated systems. Why beg 4 stress? lol

Tuesday 12/17: Well local UPS Leah called me. She attempted to verbally correct the online lies they were still feeding and frustrating me with.

She totally refused to get what I was seeing, and became rather curt and RUDE [without cause]. Denial??;( Only their delivery guy was pleasantly positive. Taking it inside I saw that 2/3 of one side was gaping open due to very poor packaging....

So the Toshiba lptp touch screen trouble is newest mess in saga lol btw, Fri shipping only deliverable Tuesday is said 2 b 2nd day Air in my stats;( ggggggrrrrrrrrrrrr...

wow, seems junk is flooding in above against bozo UPS!!!! too true!

The American Disability Act of 1990 says They are to accommodate your reasonable Request-because of them It I not up to the driver It’s a law I would send them a certified letter and if they don’t fix this issue You will contact the ADA government office and file a complaint They have no right to eye you disability letter or even ask you They have to comply with your request

Beware of using UPS for shipping!

Twice now in one week, UPS tracking shows they delivered items to my front door. My camera system tells a much different story. On both deliveries, I show the UPS truck driving by my house just moments away from the so-called delivery time. One of those cams are centered on my driveway and another on my front door. The truck never even slowed down going by my place. I am a home-based business and my clients are the ones to suffer due to their incompetence. Calling UPS is a complete and utter waste of valuable time. They take no complaints except from the original shipper. From this point forward, I will never purchase any products that are shipped via UPS. If enough people would do the same, perhaps they would change and actually provide customer service. "We Run The Tightest Ship In The Shipping Business"??? More like the Titanic!

UPS in London, England - Dont Care, Dont Deliver, Dont call back!

UPS have the worst service in the world. They should be liquidated! They dont deliver on the day they should. No update and when you speak to 'customer services' they do the standard response! I have spoken to 4 different people who clearly do not know what to do. They keep making empty promises! They promise to call back only to fail on that. I have no idea when my parcel will arrive. At the end of the day I get an exception notice saying, thanks for waiting, but your parcel will not arrive, there has been a delay! Utter rubbish! I want my parcel is that too much to ask?????

UPS Employees Can't Read

Well, I had been waiting for a package that contained two products that had been ordered from Amazon. About a week had passed when both Amazon and UPS tracking said that the package had arrived in my city. I was anxiously waiting for my package the entire day even though the package had arrived to my local UPS distributing location the night before. It was about 8:30 pm when I saw the UPS delivery truck enter my neighborhood. This was a little late to be delivering packages in my opinion but that didn't matter because I was getting my package soon. Time is very crucial in this story because I will be leaving in a few days on vacation and I feared that I would not be there to receive the package. My house is relatively big so by the time that I saw the UPS truck I decided to start walking to not keep the driver waiting for my signature. Through the windows of my home, however, I saw the driver run from his truck to my front porch with a package and run back to his truck. I didn't think much of it until I opened my door just as the driver turned the corner of my street. It appeared that I had received a totally different package from a completely different address. I don't know if this man was *** and can't read basic numbers and words or if he was in a hurry and decided to deliver things no matter where they ended up. I began getting worried because I assumed that he would leave my package somewhere else. For the next 30 minutes I continuously tracked my package on both Amazon and UPS until I saw that the package's status was "Delivered." Under that it said something similar to "Signed By:" and to the right in capital letters was OCHOA. Well, no one in my home has that name and I was the only one at home at the time anyways. Additionally, I signed nothing for some *** remote whereas someone signed off a package with several hundred dollars of my products. I immediately called UPS and explained the situation. I asked if they still had drivers out that might be able to pick up my package and the package that I had received. The guy who answered told me, with an attitude that really pissed me off, that there were no drivers working and that if I knew what time it was. I said nothing about his answer because I was worried about my package but was still a little ticked off. He then told me that the only thing he could do was have someone call me tomorrow morning to have someone pick up the package that was left off at my home. When I asked what would happen to my things he said all he could do was leave a note to the person picking the wrong package from my home and that I would have to tell him my problems. He then said that if the driver couldn't do anything that I needed to contact the seller. What I don't understand is how *** this whole thing is. Why would I need to contact my seller if it was obviously their *** mistake? Why was the package I had a bigger concern than the package that I called in for? It just *** me off how the whole system can be so ***. There was a number that I found in the package sent to me so I then decided to call it. The person who answered was very nice and I briefly explained the whole thing to them. I asked if they had received my package and they answered no. Somehow UPS just gave away my things to a completely different person. I even asked if anyone he knew was named Ochoa and he responded with no. Well now it was clear that it wasn't a simple package swap. I really don't know how the UPS man could have delivered my things to a completely random person. I then told the owner of the package I received to call UPS either today or tomorrow morning to get this all figured out and he said he would. It is obvious that he would because I'm sure that he would want the things that belong to him as well. I really *** hate UPS right now. I will try to avoid them at all costs. I had never had this problem with any other delivery company.

UPS in Dallas, Texas - Lost Packages & Overnighted Replacement Packages Held Hostage

UPS managed to lose three 4'x5' packages during the December ice storm in DFW. And now the replacement packages the company has shipped out are currently late with no real delivery date known. Customer service is lying to north Texas customers assuring them their packages will "be delivered tomorrow" when actually they will not be delivered anytime I the near future. Stop lying and stop trying to cover up the epic ice storm fail. Packages being shipped long after the ice has thawed aren't being delivered and nobody at UPS is addressing it. How the media hasn't picked up that UPS has not only NOT recovered from a backlog of packages but delivery to north Texas is at a virtual stand-still.

Having the same issue. They have lost 3 packages of mine and 1 was overnight.

They keep giving me the runaround. They had one here in Mesquite and sent it to Illinois because they said they didn't have any room in the mesquite warehouse. Another one was in the warehouse and they told me it would take 3 additional days to reach me. I asked to come pick it up and was told I couldn't because they had too many packages and would not be able to locate it.

Seriously???

Of my 3 packages, they said one was delivered to me, but I never saw it. It is chocolate from Ghirardelli, so I guess they ate it!!

Be prepared this is where mine is and it was 2nd day air....took one day to go from WV to KY to TX....and its been over 7 days with unknown delivery date to get 5 miles from Mesquite to Rowlett...but it seems to visit Dallas a lot :(

Was in Mesquite on 12/10....on 12/16 it FINALLY said it would be delivered 12/17,it didn't deliver today because its traveling over and over between Mesquite and Dallas if you as me....and there is no delivery date now.....
