At fedex just like ups we do the same thing. sometimes they push out to much and we run out of dot time.

Nothing we can do about it.

I'm waiting for package still that have not arrived but after working for a shipper I understand and I will just have to wait. if you want priority then ship express.

UPS in Fort Worth, Texas - Nothing but Lies

Stayed home all day waiting for a delivery which UPS stated it would be delivered "by end of day." It is now 10:15 PM, NO DELIVERY! Talked to CS, what a joke, pure lies. NEVER will I use UPS! Ordered some coffee which was delivered by FEDX IN 3 days. For me it will be FEDX from now on, NEVER AGAIN UPS. No one should be subjected to the false info UPS issues. The truth always wins. It is obvious UPS are the losers. GO FEDX!!!!!! Down with UPS! My advice is DO NOT USE UPS, even the USpostal system is better than UPS. THATS MY 100 words

I agree with you 100%. I'm amazed at the lies this company allows to tell and in their even in their documentation! I think Fed Ex will be the way to go in the future.

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Four Days Late - Still Not Delivered - Worst Shipping Company Ever

Checked their useless tracking system today - said that it would be delivered by end of day today. Stayed at home all day long. It is now 8:15pm - still not delivered. Even Canada Post delivered on time or one day late due to a bad snow storm we had. Why is it UPS just can't get it together and do what they say? I will never use UPS even again or purchase anything from anyone that uses their services. PERIOD. They are the worst shipping company and have the worst customer service. When you call their customer service department they do the absolutely minimum possible. Absolutely pointless in calling them.

UPS in Liberty Village, Ontario - Slip and Run

Ordered an item from Apple, delivery was scheduled for today 12/20, a bit before 8pm heard swishing sound at my apt. door, found a delivery notice had been put on the door but I was too slow to catch the driver, who never even knocked, just bolted after leaving the paper. Tracking information showed the item had been delivered to the UPS store and marked as "delivery attempt failed" a few hours earlier (I had been home all day, heard nothing at the door before) - driver was not even carrying packages, just slips. The UPS store does not have parking and it'll cost me $6 to get downtown on transit to pick it up. Called to complain and see if there was any way to get the package actually *delivered* to me, there is no contact phone number on the delivery slip, you have to go on the website to find it, after being on hold for a long time (and not given any actual option for "speak with a human", but mashing 0 got me there), I was told that they couldn't help me because their system had automatically routed my call to US customer service, because there was something wrong with my phone line and it couldn't tell I was in Canada. No, they could not transfer the call to the appropriate people, and their computer system couldn't do anything at all because my address doesn't have a US zip code. I was calling from a *regular Bell landline*. And I've had the same number for almost 10 years. Not a cell phone, not an internet phone, ordinary landline. I am not entirely sure this company understands what, or where, Canada is, or that more than three people live in the country. I cannot understand why any company still uses UPS to ship things here, given that satisfied customers are about as common as snowflakes in ***, when you also consider the brokerage fees on anything shipped from the US.

UPS NEVER Came but said a SECOND attempt was made.

I ordered a table from walmart and paid 2.97 for it to get here a day earlier. I missed the first time ups came because I slept late so today I made sure to wake up early and I stayed by the door ALL DAY. I tracked it a few minutes ago and it said a second attempt was made which is not true because no one EVER came to my door and I've been here all day. So I paid extra for shipping and they STILL didn't bring my package now I have to wait until MONDAY. Then I call customer service and some guy who could barely speak english gave me the worst customer service of all time. I'm so done with ups. Extremely unprofessional.

I feel for you! UPS documented that I refused my package, lol, I was standing in front of my window when the truck pulled up, no one got out of the truck and left about 30 seconds later.

I watched the truck pull around the corner and stop, so I submitted a tracking status at 1:05pm, and got a response at 1:07pm that I refused the shipment!

When he stopped around the corner, that must of been when he updated this fraudulent status. What a scam!!

UPS in Phoenix, Arizona - 13 days from Mesquite, TX to NLR, AR

Don't understand why it would take 13 days to get from Texas to Arkansas. Sent in plenty of time. Went from Texas to Chicago..... Almost every time something goes UPS I have to sweat whether or not it will get there. CS needs to look at how they do things. They always seem to give what to them is a reasonable explanation. Doesn't make sense to me. Mailed a package USPS the same day to North Carolina they got it in 3 days. I never use UPS but wasn't given an option. Please retailers complain about service and complaints you recieve.

I shipped item from San Antonio on Dec 9th and it was in Mesquite, Texas until the 20th of Dec. They claim it is weather related.

I don't believe it. I will never use their service in the future.

UPS- no next day air today 12/20/13

I paid for next day air. Tracking stopped tracking in KY, but system keeps telling me it is in transit and on-time. I worked with shipper, they tell me it is stuck in KY since 02:00, which is 14 hours ago. Shipper is now sending new package next day air with Sat delivery. I had to chat with UPS because their phone message says call volume is too high and won't put me in the ***. While chatting, UPS says it will not make it till Monday, but gives no reason why. So why won't UPS make good and get my original package to me regardless of when it gets to the local hub? That is what any other business would try to do, right? I paid $35 to get it here today, but will be lucky if I see it by Monday. Shipper is helping me out, but at the cost of poor business by UPS.

UPS LOST NEXT DAY AIR PACKAGE

Paid to have an important item shipped next day air/overnight. Guess what, package is missing. I called UPS and, as usual, they have no idea and offer NO help. Complete and utter indifference towards customer satisfaction. Normally, I would not care if a package came late, but I NEEDED this package that day because I was leaving the country. Bottom line, UPS really has no accountability to its customers, and makes ZERO effort to ensure customer satisfaction and that it actually does what it supposed to do. There are other options to UPS: I would highly suggest that you use ANY of them (FEDEX, DHL, and gasp, even the US postal service)

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Horrible Delivery and Useless Tracking INFO

I know we had a snowstorm 3 days ago. But everyone else except UPS can make it around the city. I have been waiting and waiting for my package and feel trapped in my own home for 3 days and counting, as I don't want to miss it and then have to track it again. It is a valuable item. The package has been in town for 3 days. It took 5 days to get here from Ontario (probably by wagon train). Their tracking service is a joke.Tried to call them but their phone lines were a long wait.

I posted above message 4 days ago. Still no package but their tracking assures me it is out for delivery every day for the last 4 days.

It is Xmas Eve and I hold no hope of seeing it today and perhaps for a long time to come.Item has been in town for a week now.

:( I just wish I had driven to Toronto from Calgary myself to pick it up. I would have had it by now!!!

UPS in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Driver left 5 packages in the middle of driveway

The house has 3 separate rental units. Today, we discovered 5 packages sitting smack in the middle of the long driveway - all for the 3 separate units. The lazy driver couldn't be bothered to take them to the separate addresses. If it had been night time, we would have run right over them! Also, last week the UPS driver went from my neighbors driveway to mine - THROUGH THE GRASS!!!! Of course left ruts for us to have to fix! Lastly, I had to drop off a pre-paid package at UPS. While there the UPS guy told a customer if she wanted the package guaranteed arrival by Christmas (a week away at that time), the cost to ship it was going to be $132. Frankly I would have returned the items I was going to ship and order them online to be shipped for free to the recipients address. $132 to ship a $15 lb or so box? I don't think so! Frankly UPS has the worst service and seems to be overly expensive!

I just went to my local post office and spent way less to ship a package and it even inclued insurance.Also she told me it would be there be4 xmas. It only took 2 days to get there awsome service.Why pay more when your local post office is cheaper and more efficent.
