UPS in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Package at local hub for 10+ days

★☆☆☆☆ My packages have been at the local hub for 10 days undelivered. They won't let me pick it up and continually lie about it being out for delivery. This have been a complete nightmare and I've lost all faith in UPS. This is depressing as I terribly needed these packages before I left on vacation. I've called multiple times and tried the online chat only to be lied to or been helped by people completely out of the loop. I hope they get new management and figure out how they are failing so badly. I ordered the packages on the tenth, not going to be delivered until after the 26th.

UPS Delays Shipping Once Again!!!

I ordered an item from Walmart and paid extra to have it delivered by 12/23. They shipped via UPS and once it reached its final destination which is 2 miles from where we live, delivery has been delayed until after Christmas for reasons unknown because UPS will not give you a straight forward answer. I contacted Wal-Mart and they were not pleased at all. They gave me a complete refund of the shipping charges. I urge anyone ordering an item needing to be shipped to either have it shipped to a store or offer to pay for an alternate shipping method. Do Not Use UPS. You will only be frustrated by the delays and their lack of so-called Customer Service.

UPS in Lubbock, Texas - "Guaranteed", my ***!

Paid for next day delivery (Xmas gift) and kept up with tracking info. Package is in Houston (2 hrs away) but delayed due to "external factors". I told them I am going to pick it up, but was immediately denied that option bc "we can't go through a truck full of packages to find yours". I said I would go through them but was yet again denied. I used to work for this company - they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction, from the bottom to all the way up to regional and beyond. This happens everyday. Well if you worked for this company, and actually think they don't care about customer satisfaction, I am willing to put my money on that you got fired from there! And if you worked there, you would know they wont let you go through the trucks!

Sounds like to me you are an ill-mannered hot head! Wasn't there some bad weather that went through texas recently????

UPS has my Christmas packages sitting in a trailer 1 mile from my home.

I live one mile from a UPS facility in Sulphur Springs, TX. I ordered my wifes Christmas presents from amazon. Tracking kept showing delayed but also that they were right here in our hometown. I went to the UPS office and was told that my packages were in a trailer right outside the door but it would not be unloaded until Thursday. There were many pissed off customers there at the same time most of which had also ordered from Amazon. If UPS actually cared about customer service they would have unloaded the trailer and let customers go ahead and pick up their packages themselves. If UPS was so overloaded why didn't Amazon switch carriers?

UPS Midland, TX...you should be embarrassed

Two day shipping took a week and the package never had to leave Texas! UPS Midland had trucks stacked up and not even being unloaded. Employees do not appear to care or have any concern. Only clerical employees in the facility (2) with the loading bays vacant of anyone working. How nice to run a business and take consumer's money without providing anywhere close to what was purchased. Sounds like theft to me. Of probably 100 customers coming and going to pick up packages I only saw two leave with something in their hand and the line of customers broke out in applause. Shame on you UPS Midland, TX

UPS in Marietta, Georgia - Paid for Next Day Air and got ground service

I made a last minute purchase online over the weekend and needed expedited delivery since this was a Christmas gift. I live in Orlando, Florida and the purchase was from a retail store in North Carolina. I paid the $60.00 for UPS Next Day service. Using the online tracking the package did arrive at the local Orlando operations center this morning but was not loaded onto a delivery truck but still showed a delivery of 12/24/13. A couple of hours later the delivery has now been re-scheduled to Thursday 12/26/13 the day after Christmas. Ironically UPS Ground service from North Carolina is 2 days! I did contacted UPS Customer Service because I thought I could go to the local UPS Operation Center and pick up the package at their Will Call which is open today. The customer service agent confirmed the package is at the local operations center but stated I could not pick it up before the scheduled delivery date. I reminded the agent that today (12/24/13) was the original scheduled delivery date. However the agent would not do anything to find a solution. I personally feel I offered UPS a very easy and simple solution of picking up my package at their Will Call. Not only would I have an extra Christmas gift to give to my son to open on Christmas morning but this would have saved UPS money by not having to pay a driver to deliver the package and saved UPS the fuel costs to delivery the package. This was a win win solution for everyone. But for some reason UPS made the choice to let rules get in the way of providing great customer service.

UPS *** ***.

I ordered a package on saturday December 21st so my package would arrive no later than the 24th being as though I had overnight shipping. I had been checking the status of my package which took forever to update. finally monday night around 12am it updates saying it was in transit. so I constantly checked each destination and it said my package was due to arrive tues by 10:30 am. 10:30 came but no package. so I checked again and I saw that the delivery time had changed to thursday the 26th. so of course , I WAS PISSED TF OFF. I was like what is this MONSTROSITY?! and I kept refreshing the page to make sure this was true. after realizing in fact that it was , I proceeding to call customer service, which I was waiting for an agent for 15 minutes 28 seconds before hearing the phone call end. I was pissed off even more, in the mist, my boyfriend called me, upon expressing to him my aggravation that his gift wouldn't arrive on time and me still being pissed off, I proceeded to tell him he wasn't allowed to give me my gift unless I had his and that when I see him he was no longer allowed to give me my gift because I didn't want it If I had nothing to give in return except a holiday card that I used my discount on and had no money inside. My tone wasn't pleasant so we proceeded on the phone call for about 12 minutes 17 seconds in silence until he told me how I was being rude which resulted in us having an argument and not talking at all. even more pissed as I was before I decided to call the Bi*ches at ups . I reached an agent who told me the truck arrived late with my package so it wasn't able to go on the next truck , and that it wasn't their fault and there was nothing she could do. hmm well if wasn't THEIR fault then whose the *** fault was it?! SANTAS?! I was so pissed I couldn't even respond to the stupidity of this woman cause I knew *** sure her *** was going to have her gifts on time eating all the milk cookies and shi*t. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE UPS AGAIN, I should've chosen Fed EX instead. but never again, UPS RUINED MY RELATIONSHIP AND MY CHRISTMAS SO THEY CAN TAKE A STIFF DI*K UP THEIR ***. ohh merry christmas everyone(:

I ordered, on the spur of the moment something from a company and it was scheduled to be delivered today, 24 Dec. I checked tracking and it, too has been delayed.

Perhaps you did not hear about the bad weather throughout the US this past week? Too much booze or dipping into the white powder?? It is what it is.

Get over it. Next year, with whatever boyfriend you are hooked up to, order his gift earlier.

Driver decided not to deliver a package cause amother package was scheduled for pick up next day at ups store

It is unbelievable how these people wash their hands and keep giving you excuses on why the package was not delivered. My husband lost almost $1500 because the driver made the "executive decision" of not delivering the package today cause a pick up from store from a Completely "Different package and Company" was scheduled for next day. ..so he assumed it was ok for us to go and pick it up next day..Really?? So now they decide and have control over my time, schedule and money. The first story the rep told my husband over the phone was that the package was attempted to be delivered but no one answered which was the first lie..cause at the time they said the driver was at my house my husband was in the garage with the door wide open..no one ever came. On the other package that we had to schedule a store pick up he actually said he attempted to deliver 3 times?? Never left a single note on the door...and the lady at the ups store said "mam that is debatable implying I was lying???!!! Really?? What a crapy service...by the way this was at the Ups store in Raleigh Nc....Atlantic Avenue

UPS holding package 6 days in final location.

A Christmas package was scheduled to be delivered on 12-19-13. We had a slight amount of snow on that day. They immediately posted they couldn't deliver due to snow. I contacted RVCA to find out what was going on and UPS assured them the package would be delivered on Monday0-12-23-13. I have been waiting paitiently for 6 days. The UPS office is 1.3 miles from my home. They still have not delivered and this package was the primary gift for one of my grandchildren. Do not ever use UPS they are unreliable. Trying to reach them to say never mind I'll pick it up is impossible as no one will answer the phone. G. J. Hanna
