I just lost $600 with the UPS people same *** as the first guy that posted. They said it was delivered when it was not. We emailed them and said the package was not delivered or stollen and the next day they said they found the package and it was delivered when it was not.

UPS in Sioux Falls, South Dakota - Next Day Shipping? HAHAHA

UPS - Next Day Shipping? HAHAHA
ordered a nice new Asus monitor with next day shipping from amazon. 25 dollar next day shipping. tracking information says "attempted for delivery" for this morning (dec 31st 2013) but there was NO attempt to deliver the package. all facilities are closed now and i wont receive my monitor till the 3rd of january now. such a hassle. every time i order from UPS they say "Attempted delivery" but they never once call me or let me know they are "attempting" to deliver. i stay home all morning just to get my package and now i have to wait. why buy *** next day shipping if its going to take 5 days to get to me anyway. really screwed me here UPS...Just a bunch of lazy jerks. P.S. Customer service sucked to.

Ups driver was reckless and hit my dog! He broke his leg and cost my kids their Christmas!!

Dec 17, My dog was relieving himself at my mailbox, he was half on the curb half in the street, the ups driver hit him in front of myself and daughter and of course didn't stop because he was so close to the curb and driving recklessly in a residential area. I called ups the next day, no call back until today Dec 30!! He lady didn't care that the driver was driving recklessly or in my opinion way to fast in a residential, only said that they were not responsible! Terrible customer service!! If my daughter would have been at my mailbox that driver would have hit her instead of my dog!!! Then UPS had the nerve to say, we didn't have a driver in your neighborhood that day at the time of day!! Really we watched a big brown truck about take out the mailbox and hit my poor Yorkie-poo!!

Sorry your dog was injured. You are lucky it wasn't killed.

How is the UPS driver, who is sitting in that big tall truck, supposed to see your dog half on the curb half on the STREET?

Obviously you don't care much for your beloved animal, since you failed to protect it by using a leash to keep it off the street. Stop scapegoating the UPS driver for your lack of responsibility.

UPS in Mount Vernon, Texas - Nxt day air package shipped on 23

Package was shipped on 23 by nxt day air and its the 30th at 8 pm and i still hv not recieved it. Has bn delayed and rescheduled 4 times wth a promise to deliver nxt day. Still no package ups took the money and ran. No idea when package will ever arrive keeps getting taken back to center and rescanned nxt day but never delivered. I give up i guess their promise means nothing as long as they get ur money upfront. I do not plan on using ups again as long as their is another company avail. Im done still huge backlog unlike they say.

UPS in Tampa, Florida - I has ship a package for my customer and the package has opened stolen merchandise before delivery.

The package was ship on December 7 From Tampa, FL to NY. ups tracking # 1Z4327T50397614548 It arrived to NY on 11th and it missing until I receive a call from my customer claim never got the package so we claim it missing the next day the package show up at customer store but opened and swap 90% of merchandise to coffee and paper. We has call ups to claim and we got hangup few time. Today the package return to my place missing 90% of merchandise. Look like ups do not care for who they should hire to work for them...stolen customer merchandise before delivery.

probably because like most idi0t shippers you didn't pack the box properly nor tape sufficiently, thus, your box came open in transit and someone had to guess who's cr@p went into who's box. tough luck, learn to package properly, dunce.

UPS recycles tracking numbers but doesn't remove old info from system

I placed an order online on Dec 26, 2013 and received an email on the 27th with the tracking number. So I track the package and UPS's system shows that it was delivered on Dec 28, 2012. That's right, one year earlier than when it was shipped, and to a different state. Tracking detail show no additional information as of Dec. 30. Checked with the online retailer who informed me that UPS recycles tracking numbers. Fine - but how about clearing the old info from their system. Otherwise, the "tracking" part of the tracking number really isn't worth much is it?

The problem here may be that UPS stores are not actually owned by UPS. They are franchises and that is probably where the disconnect came from.

I'd suggest Either call UPS to pick up or drop off at a hub (customer counter) or drop box. Ive never had a problem with UPS.

UPS Store #0038, Scottsdale, AZ - WORST SERVICE EVER

Absolutely worst experience ever with shipping. I would recommend you go anywhere but here. Worst customer service I have ever had and at the holidays. There was no one but me in the store and still I got bad service. The package was not delivered next day and when I called back they told me to call UPS and not them and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! THERE IS A FED EX LOCATION 1 MILE AWAY THAT HAS GREAT SERVICE. I would like for the store to be notified of this complaint. This is not their first but one of many.

Was it a prepaid drop off? If you paid them to ship it I doubt they would had told you to call UPS. If it was a drop off however then 1) they don't get paid and 2) because they don't get paid they will not and cannot find or otherwise help with your package, thus the answer to call UPS directly.
