Seriously UPS

My package was supposed to arrive today that was very important but nothing came due to weather but you know what UPS? I saw UPS delivery people out delivering today. Seriously really pissed off. This is the 3rd thing in a row in the past year. My skateboard that shipped from UPS and apparently there was bad weather in Iowa. So I checked and it said it was a nice sunny day out. Hmm bad weather huh? It came 2 weeks after the delivery date. The second time it happened was recently with business cards. It had came 4 days late when I had paid for 7 day shipping. Now this time seriously. I am moving out of state now I have to have my mother send it to me which will cost even more money...

WHAT THE *** UPS??

First, UPS reminds me of the Obama Admin. when all else fails, find a scapegoat. Okay..it was blamed on Santa and snow.. but YET I ordered my business stock after Christmas and long after the storm. My items are suppose to arrive today and tomorrow and the package for today is SUPPOSEDLY still out for delivery a 8:26pm EST. Okay, they have lied to me three times now.. first time they told me delivery by 8pm EST.. second time they said it could arrive anytime, I said before midnight.. she said NO.. Okay, after midnight would be Jan 3rd...retard. Then they said they had no ability to contact driver. That is the third lie.. because my hubby worked there part time. This company is full of ***... bad customer service and their online LIVE help is worse than the phone... these bastards regard us as *** and you also.. UPS SUCKS ROYALLY! I will find a new distributor and NEVER do business with this lying company again!!

I would encourage everyone experiencing delivery problems with UPS to contact your shipper and request that they tag your account with UPS as least preferred delivery company. Amazon has done this for me after 4 late/misdelivered shipments handled by UPS. This is the only way UPS will get the message that customer service counts.

UPS in Iowa Park, Texas - My Pills went to the wrong address

The think what ticks me off is this. The UPS diver went to the wrong address 1513 keeler instead of 1523 keeler ave. think is I seen the drive go there. And what's Sad is you have to sign my full name to get the pills. And I take norco and someone just signed my last Name and the package was opened and everything. And thing is the police will not do anything eve. If I got my Pills back.... Thing is someone on 1513 signed my name and WICHITA falls say they can't do anything ... Sad.. What's sad is someone signed my dang name it least my past name , and opened the package and tryied to take the sticker off. Why is it against the law to sign someone else name and not be able to do anything about it. Think is the driver even said he deliveryed to the wrong address ...

I would encourage anyone that has ezperienced racism or discrimination to avoid phoenix metro area, or any arizona, businesses, really. Maybe then those white supremacist, inbred, hillbillies will get the message, that racism is wrong, and the constitution counts.

The worst Customer Service Suprvisor in UPS is at the Brockton MA facility

January 2, 2014 I just received a followup call from the facilities dept. in Brockton, MA today 01/02/2014 at 5:52PM. The person on the phone refused to provide her name but she sounded Asian (probably from China), she claimed to be the supervisor but she was very rude, impolite, instead of listening to my issue and help me resolve it, she kept screaming during the whole conversation. When I asked her to transfer me to her manger, she hang up the phone. Tried to call the number back, but it kept ringing busy as she wouldn't pick it up. This by far is the worst customer experience I have encountered in my entire life. Since there are no managers to talk to about this incident, I'm leaving a this review. Kudos UPS.

UPS in Dallas, Texas - LIARS AND INCOMPETENTS

Sent my daughters Christmas presents on 12/20/13 to make sure they arrived by 12/24 (she lives 3 hours away). Checked tracking notification on 12/22 and it said DELIVERED and that is was left on porch..It was NOT delivered and she has NO porch. Daughter spoke with UPS delivery guy and he said he did not deliver a package for her. Now UPS has contacted the place where it was shipped from and said that they had spoken to my daughter and she received it. WHAT!?!? That's a lie. No one from UPS called my daughter. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Sounds like the shipper is lying, not UPS. If UPS were lying they would say they delivered it.

Whose tracking did you use? The shipper's or UPS'?

UPS is incompetent and a bunch of liars!

I paid to have a package delivered express, guarenteed next day delivery! It's two days later and package is still not at its destination. Dealing with someone to find my package and rectify the issue was a huge ordeal and I has given about 6 different reasons why the package didn't get to its destination on time. Lie after lie from various individuals. No one took any responsibility for the mistake and it was even blamed on me at one point. Also had a rep say its impossible to have a package go from Calgary to edmonton in 12hrs time........seriously! I will never bring them business again.

UPS in Toms River, New Jersey - Don't waste your money for 2nd day air

I paid almost half the cost of the item I ordered so I would receive it in two business days, Because it was a part I desperately needed. Part was shipped on 12/27/13. Status showed part out on truck for delivery on 12/30/13. was not delivered. status now shows part will be delivered on 1/2/140. that makes 4 business days. I wish there was a way that the consumer could pick the carrier, not the shipper, because the amount of problems I have had with ups in the past (like delivering my medications to the wrong house) thank god for honest neighbors. I would prefer FedEx. well any way pay for standard ground delivery it's going to take that long anyway.

business days for ALL carriers, do not start the day it leaves the shipper. so, the 27th was friday, it left the shipper, monday the 30th is the first business day, the second business day would have been tuesday the 31st, the 1st was a holiday, thursday was the third business day.

UPS management made some very *** decisions the past couple of weeks and as a result their delivery service fell off the wagon and their reputation suffers. They apparently failed to track the increasing amount of online orders this year and not put staff to work to deliver the packages.

Just inept management and hopefully, heads will roll. However, you are not alone.

Many of us are in the same boat. I prefer FedEX anyway.

UPS in Publow, England - Claimed delivery 31/12/2013. Lied

UPS claimed to be able to perform a delivery on the 31/12/2013. Failed to do so in spite of delivery to own depot (Northampton) 20 minutes away, at early midnight on the 31st. In short, you have had 24 hours to deliver (to Kettering) and have not. Please do not lie in future. It leads to lack of faith in your own abilities. In future please create sensible delivery dates and if bank holidays disrupt your delivery schedules claim that is the reason. Please do better and make complaints easier to make rather than pretending you're perfect. Perfection is impossible. Unless you are perfection. Are you perfection? I doubt it. Perfection is impossible if your people are dissatisfied. And I most assuredly am dissatisfaction. That you ask for 100 words is a transparent attempt to reduce complaints. Please accept complaints are an excuse to do better.

UPS has still not delivered my package 20 days after package arrived in my city

My package arrived in my city Dec. 11. It's now Dec. 31 and my package has still not been delivered to my home yet. On Dec. 16, four days after it arrived in my city, UPS delivered it to one of their stores. They had not attempted to deliver it to my house. The called and told me that I should go and get it from their store. No, I said, I shop on the internet so I don't have to go out. Get it on your truck and bring it to my home, I said. It's Dec. 31 and it still has not been delivered to my home. I called yesterday, they promised someone would call me. No one did. I called this morning. They said it would be delivered today. It has not been delivered today. I believe the lady lied to me just to get rid of me.
