UPS in New Chicago, Indiana - Still Waiting For My Package...

...It arrived in my city four days ago. I understand that we had a holiday this week and that may have slowed some of the deliveries, but it is ridiculous that my package has be "On Vehicle For Delivery Today" for the past two days. I should mention that I have seen plenty of UPS trucks driving around the city. Since I live on a very busy street, I didn't want to risk having the package left at my doorstep for anyone to wander by and take it, so I decided I would wait at home for it. I waited all day yesterday, and I finally called UPS' customer service number (What a joke!) at 8:15 PM to ask if my package was in fact "still out for delivery". I was told..."Oh...there was an emergency beyond our control, and we had to schedule your package to be delivered tomorrow." This was there way of saying, "We haven't hired enough people to handle our customers' demand, but we are still willing to take money from people and tell them anything." I was then asked, "Can you pick it up from our facility?" I replied, "NO, I don't own a car and I don't want to haul a heavy box around. I paid to have it SHIPPED...not to pick it up from somewhere." I realize that it probably wasn't the customer service rep's fault, so I politely thanked her for her time and hung up. I checked online again today, and sure enough "It's on the truck for delivery today" but I still haven't seen it; it is after 7:30 PM. I have wasted another day at home waiting for my package. I purposely arranged to have my package delivered during this time because I am on vacation. Guess what! I go back to work next week, and I likely won't be at home to receive the package. I spoke with another customer service rep today and asked UPS if I could have it sent to my place of employment next week (if it doesn't arrive today), and I was told that I would have to pay $5.00 and any additional transportation costs. I was also told that I could contact the company that I ordered from and ask them to reroute the package. Wow! So you leave me in limbo for two days and you want to CHARGE me more to fix a problem that YOU caused. Better yet, have the company that I ordered from try to fix your problem - they did their part already. I realize that my problem isn't as big as some that I have read here, but I am shocked that they are still jerking people around after all of the negative publicity that they have been receiving lately.

I would encourage everyone experiencing delivery problems with UPS to contact your shipper and request that they tag your account with UPS as least preferred delivery company. Amazon has done this for me after 4 late/misdelivered shipments handled by UPS. This is the only way UPS will get the message that customer service counts.

Horrible, horrible UPS calls drivers in when roads are clear, stopping deliveries.

Shame, shame, shame, after all the Christmas delays, today, following the morning snow, by noon everything within 25 miles of the Elmsford depot was plowed, and really easily navigable. By 6pm the roads were not only clear but dry and super fine. YET UPS IN THEIR INFINITE STUPIDITY CALLED IN ALL DRIVERS AT 6:45pm. We are located 4 miles from the depot, consequently one of the last stops so our Christmas delayed packages are being delayed again until Monday. This is inexcusable, and ridiculous since the roads are just plain fine. I drove to the depot in 5 minutes flat. UPS this is why, my business ships with FedEx.

They do it because they only allow their employees to work a certain number of hours a week; they don't want to pay overtime. My package has been riding around the city on a truck for two days.

HOW *** IS THAT THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY MUST BE LIKE DUMB OR SOMTHING I GET SUNDAY . BUT SATURDAY SERIOUSLY .I WOULD LIKE THE CEO OF UPS TO SEE THIS .... YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND IF I HAD A CHOICE I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE YOU AGAIN. that was my letter to customer service about ordering two small games with two day shipping but with a holiday I was okay but now I have to a week more for my small package to come ..... I can successfully say ive been waiting a whole year for it!! (btw it was order on dec 30th)

UPS SERVICE BAD, BAD TREATMENT AND DISCRIMINATION.

I'm thinking of suing UPS for damages and discrimination. This company is bad service. Treat customers like dogs. When delivered will leave a note on the door without touching the bell. You ask for a supervisor and leave you waiting and then you answer and say wait a minute and I transferred to a ghost town. They have no talent and are professionals in service. Whoever wants to join a server in suing UPS can contact me. Do not use this service. Best use FedEx or USPS for a company that has no respect with your customers is not company.

Seriously UPS

My package was supposed to arrive today that was very important but nothing came due to weather but you know what UPS? I saw UPS delivery people out delivering today. Seriously really pissed off. This is the 3rd thing in a row in the past year. My skateboard that shipped from UPS and apparently there was bad weather in Iowa. So I checked and it said it was a nice sunny day out. Hmm bad weather huh? It came 2 weeks after the delivery date. The second time it happened was recently with business cards. It had came 4 days late when I had paid for 7 day shipping. Now this time seriously. I am moving out of state now I have to have my mother send it to me which will cost even more money...

WHAT THE *** UPS??

First, UPS reminds me of the Obama Admin. when all else fails, find a scapegoat. Okay..it was blamed on Santa and snow.. but YET I ordered my business stock after Christmas and long after the storm. My items are suppose to arrive today and tomorrow and the package for today is SUPPOSEDLY still out for delivery a 8:26pm EST. Okay, they have lied to me three times now.. first time they told me delivery by 8pm EST.. second time they said it could arrive anytime, I said before midnight.. she said NO.. Okay, after midnight would be Jan 3rd...retard. Then they said they had no ability to contact driver. That is the third lie.. because my hubby worked there part time. This company is full of ***... bad customer service and their online LIVE help is worse than the phone... these bastards regard us as *** and you also.. UPS SUCKS ROYALLY! I will find a new distributor and NEVER do business with this lying company again!!

UPS in Iowa Park, Texas - My Pills went to the wrong address

The think what ticks me off is this. The UPS diver went to the wrong address 1513 keeler instead of 1523 keeler ave. think is I seen the drive go there. And what's Sad is you have to sign my full name to get the pills. And I take norco and someone just signed my last Name and the package was opened and everything. And thing is the police will not do anything eve. If I got my Pills back.... Thing is someone on 1513 signed my name and WICHITA falls say they can't do anything ... Sad.. What's sad is someone signed my dang name it least my past name , and opened the package and tryied to take the sticker off. Why is it against the law to sign someone else name and not be able to do anything about it. Think is the driver even said he deliveryed to the wrong address ...

I would encourage anyone that has ezperienced racism or discrimination to avoid phoenix metro area, or any arizona, businesses, really. Maybe then those white supremacist, inbred, hillbillies will get the message, that racism is wrong, and the constitution counts.

The worst Customer Service Suprvisor in UPS is at the Brockton MA facility

January 2, 2014 I just received a followup call from the facilities dept. in Brockton, MA today 01/02/2014 at 5:52PM. The person on the phone refused to provide her name but she sounded Asian (probably from China), she claimed to be the supervisor but she was very rude, impolite, instead of listening to my issue and help me resolve it, she kept screaming during the whole conversation. When I asked her to transfer me to her manger, she hang up the phone. Tried to call the number back, but it kept ringing busy as she wouldn't pick it up. This by far is the worst customer experience I have encountered in my entire life. Since there are no managers to talk to about this incident, I'm leaving a this review. Kudos UPS.

UPS in Dallas, Texas - LIARS AND INCOMPETENTS

Sent my daughters Christmas presents on 12/20/13 to make sure they arrived by 12/24 (she lives 3 hours away). Checked tracking notification on 12/22 and it said DELIVERED and that is was left on porch..It was NOT delivered and she has NO porch. Daughter spoke with UPS delivery guy and he said he did not deliver a package for her. Now UPS has contacted the place where it was shipped from and said that they had spoken to my daughter and she received it. WHAT!?!? That's a lie. No one from UPS called my daughter. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Sounds like the shipper is lying, not UPS. If UPS were lying they would say they delivered it.

Whose tracking did you use? The shipper's or UPS'?
