UPS in College Station, Texas - Damaged Shipment

Sent electronic system covered in bubble wrap and it was received completely destroyed. The frame was completely bent and there were broken pieces everywhere. The package arrived opened too. Looks like someone took a sledge hammer and beat the *** out of it. UPS denied any compensation based on insufficient packaging because it wasn't exactly "2 inches." I talked to the owner and he didn't help out. Didn't apologize or take any responsibility. Didn't care at all about his shipment problems. I will never use UPS again and tell everyone else the same thing. Terrible *** service.. do not go here!!!!

If YOU packed it, it's YOUR responsibility to pack properly. If you don't care enough to provide protection for your garbage, who is to blame when it turns up broken?

UPS is not a moving company, one person does not hand a package to another person.

google--"inside ups video"-- get it now?

Your poorly packed junk was in a logjam in front of someone else's junk, boom goes the electronics.

You learned a valuable lesson, cricket, pack better.

UPS in Savannah, Georgia - PISSED CONSUMER to say the least!!! 2nd atempt had an actual time for delivery that was completely IGNORED.

The notice that was left on my door the day before said they would retry delivery the next day after 5pm, which I was prepared for because I live like 30 mins away from our local UPS store an with all the nasty weather we're experiencing I didn't want to make that drive. Well I'm pregnant an had a doctors apt today which would not interfere with UPS apt time, an I made it back home to find another notice in my door stating they been here 12:52 pm ( a long time from 5), so when I called the office no one could help me except tell me that's its an estimated time not the actual time. Well I was really mad because not only do I have to make this long drive but its raining an if I wait for them to redeliver I would have my school books in time for class. So UPS I would never recommend our services to anyone, an I hope I don't have to do business with your company ever again!!!!!!!

UPS fails to follow up on delivery issues

Expected a package to be delivered via 2nd day air on 30 December 2013. At approximately 2:00pm on that date, there was a knock at the door. Although it only took me a moment to answer, the driver was already driving away. I can only assume he had pre-written the notice I found on the door. Delivery was rescheduled for the next day, but no delivery attempt was made on 31 December 2013, despite assurances by UPS customer service, and the "out for delivery" notice on the website. Someone was within a few feet of the door all day and evening. The 2nd day air package (needed for a New Years Day event) was finally delivered on 2 January 2013. This was unfortunate and frustrating, but wasn't the worst part of my recent experience with UPS. Numerous attempts were made via Twitter, the UPS website, and email, to get some sort of explanation about what went wrong. Representatives of UPS did nothing in response to the situation but offer scripted responses, lacking in any specific detail which would indicate that they cared enough to look into the problem. A string of non-answers, phony apologies, delaying tactics, handoffs to the next "customer service" rep to tell me how sorry they are that I'm frustrated, and how much they want to "get to the bottom of this." The problem? They never really do anything; they never act on the feedback or information I gave them.

UPS NEVER EVER DELIVER MY PACKAGES WHEN I WANT THEM, I JOINED THEIR SO-CALLED "MY CHOICE" PAID THEM MONEY AND NEVER EVER RECEIVE MY PACKAGES

I HATE UPS...WE WORK ALL DAY LIKE ALL UPS EMPLOYEES. WHEN AM I SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED MY PACKAGES? WELL I JOIN THEIR BOGUS "MY CHOICE" PROGRAM TO REQUEST PACKAGES BE DELIVERED WHEN I RETURN HOME AFTER WORK AT 5PM OR ON A SATURDAY, HA, WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENS, MORE AND MORE EXCUSES. DRIVERS ARE NASTY, INCOMPETENT, RUDE, IGNORANT AND SO MUCH MORE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT DRIVERS CANNOT BE CONTACTED IN THEIR TRUCKS...BULL . I HAVE ASKED FOR SUPERVISORS TO CALL ME BACK, NEVER, I HAVE TRIED FOR 2 DAYS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO FILE A COMPLAINT, NOT HAPPENING. TRY TO CALL THEM, WHAT A JOKE. email them at help@ups.com and leave tracking number, and details about what is going on and they are good about helping people through that way. Goodluck, im still waiting on my stuff to make it to my house that was supposed to be here 3 days ago, but when I emailed them my package moved when it had been sitting in a hub for 4 days with no info :x

UPS in San Joaquin Hills, California - Liars who will give you a different answer every time you call.

Their "customer service" line is a joke. These people are liars and *** artists who will tell you anything to get you off the phone. I had a pkg supposed to be delivered yesterday that I purposely paid extra to have delivered today on my day off. Why did I do this? Because they ignore my notes and requests to deliver to our management office and do shady *** like THROW MY PACKAGES ON MY BALCONY ON THE SECOND FLOOR! So I go to track my pkg last night and low and behold, they charged my card the money but the pkg isn't coming when I specified I wanted it. I then called and got talked down to by a rude agent who despite me asking to supervisor, put me back on a que for 15 minutes to speak to a regular agent. It took my husband 2 1/2 hrs to get to a supervisor and even they are ride and horrible. It makes me not want to order anything delivered by them.

UPS IS UNRELIABLE 2 shipments in 2 weeks....Both delayed

1) Blackberry died a few days after Christmas. Verizon paid ups fee to overnight it to me. After waiting several days (even though the tracking info online said it would be delivered) I finally had to drive 22 miles to the local UPS depo to pick it up. I was told they were still working through their Christmas backlog. My question if they were still back logged why did they accept my overnight order....why didn't they tell Verizon that they could not deliver it the next day? 2) My PC was repaired and shipped back to me for overnight and delivery by 10:30 am, it is now 11:30 am and I am told it is on the truck and that I should have it by 8 pm or earlier today UPS has become very very unreliable, anytime I have a choice I will select fed ex or usps, anyone but ups

UPS Still Hasn't Delivered My Package

I ordered a pair of head phones on December 11th, and UPS claimed it would come on the 17th. That day came and went, and I kept on waiting. It was the holiday season, after all. But after two more weeks, I got frustrated. I went to check were my package was stranded, and it was in Mesquite. It had been for the past half month. It was leaving Mesquite, only to get delivered right back to it. Now, it's January 9th, and it is still stuck in Mesquite. The last tracking detail was on December 28, in which it stated that it "arrived in Mesquite." The Mesquite UPS post has no excuse for this. I looked around, and apparently, many people have packages stuck or "missing" there. I ordered 3-5 day shipping, and it's almost been a month. They have no excuse, especially when USPS and FedEx have been delivering packages throughout the holiday system with minimal setbacks.

UPS Delivery - worst service, company

I was waiting for a very important piece of document from my bank and I was informed that it would arrive before 3:30 pm the next day. At about 10:30 am, I heard a short door bell and before I got to the door (about a minute or so), the UPS guy had stuck a InfoNotice and was gone. I called the number on the back of the notice and they told me it was going to be delivered the following day. I told them that it was not right that the delivery guy was gone in a minute or less and I was willing to pick it up anywhere. They told me someone from the warehouse was going to call within the hour. I waited two hours before I call the number again. They told me that letter would be waiting for me after 7 pm but they cannot give me anymore details. I asked to speak to a manager (Angela employee ID UTA2817). This is what she told me. She kept using the word protocol and it appeared that she had no idea what it meant 1) UPS does not have a protocol to handle complaints that do not fit into specific categories. Apparently, mine was one of them 2) My issue was related to internal departments and their protocol does not allow them to accept my complaint 3) She was the first level supervisor and there was no one else that was available to take my complaint or hear me out. I asked her how did she know they were not available while she was talking to me all the time. She said she made an educated guess. I don't know where she was "educated" but it appears it must be the UPS Supervisor Training she received coming through. 4) When asked if I can have the phone number of their corporate site so I can submit my complaint, she said she does not access to it. I have had similar problems with UPS before. So I am going to ask all my clients to avoid UPS in the future. This is a company on its way out.

One minute is a very long time to answer the door. Maybe if you would have made the effort to hurry even slightly to the door you would have your package.

Think about it... drivers don't have time to wait minutes at each house, especially since most people work during the day.

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Terrible Service - Worst Shipping Company Ever!

Someone overseas ordered something for me for Christmas from the US in plenty of time to reach me before Christmas. They sent me the tracking info and was supposed to be delivered by December 23rd. It had a scan that told me on their online tracking system that it would be delivered that day. Waited all day and evening, nothing came. Called them, they assured me it would be delivered the next day. Since this is a gift from one of my dear friends, I waited all day again since the tracking info online said it would be delivered on the 24th and it was delayed. Nothing again. Called them again, they didn't know why it wasn't delivered but they were certain it would be delivered on the 27th. Nothing on the 27th either. Called again, someone finally sent a message to the Calgary center and someone named Amanda called me and told me she was trying to page the driver to look for it on his truck and she would call me when she hears from him. Never called me back and there was no way for me to call her back. Now it is over two weeks and still nothing but they are now telling me they still have thousands of parcels from Christmas still being delivered. That makes no sense to me at all. My friend contacted the company she purchased from, they sent another package to her address in Calgary. It was shipped on January 2nd and received on January 3rd. Don't know who to believe anymore - seems like all their customer service agents are trained to lie as much as possible, make up stories. TWO WEEKS UPS - What is wrong with you. Maybe you should hire Canada Post to deliver the backlog for you since you obviously can't handle it.
